I called lthe Ford dealership as I had a vehicle that needed repairs, I was to that it would be a few weeks to get the truck into the shop for maintenance but they had a number to Auto Intensive Car. I called and the first person I spoke to was Brandy. She was so professional answered all of my questions and said yes we have availability how soon would you like to bring your vehicle into us. I had the vehicle towed, Brandy called as soon as the vehicle arrived and she kepted me updated with every step of the process. I appreciate the service and customer service, very professional, kind, great communication. This company really deserves higher than 5 stars. Keep the same quality.

Last year (May) I drove down for vacation and needed my tires replaced as they were about as flat as they get. I spoke with the manager over the phone and he got me in the next morning and got the job done in a relatively timely manner. Super polite, accommodating and helpful overall and would definitely be coming back if I lived locally for any off the wall auto repair jobs. Thanks!

Im not sure when all these reviews were made or what but when i went to this shop i was expected halfway decent service and what i got was an outrageously overpriced diagnostic that I wasn’t even told the price of before they did it. They didnt even fix what i asked of them and when I got my truck back a few things (crucial to driving) weren’t even in place. What kind of garbage service are these people running?

They found an oil leak and showed me. We figured out it was from the oil filter housing. They spent the time to clean it up and then have me check on it to make sure. What great local service and great people. So glad I found this place since moving here to Savannah.

Vehicle had issues while on a 2-night trip to Savanah so timeliness was a necessity. They were able to get the vehicle in and fixed on the same day.

While traveling to Savannah for work, I experienced a major issue with the brakes on the vehicle I was driving. I researched nearby repair shops since my destination was Savannah and decided Auto Intensive Care was my best option. I first called and spoke with Mike, informing him of my issue and received amazing customer service. That continued, as I dropped off the vehicle and was even provided transportation for my 3 miles travel back to the hotel. The next morning I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup, although I knew they had to order parts. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was spectacular. If I lived in this area, I would use them for my personal and work vehicle needs. Thank you Mike and staff! You all are awesome!

My A/C went out on my 2009 F 150 right when the weather turned really hot, I took it to Auto Intensive for repair, a major component went bad. They told me the dash had to come out to fix it, I was a little worried about that, you know rattles showing up, miss aligned parts, etc. but I was impressed with the speed and professionalism provided to me by this group. Everything was just great, I couldn’t even tell they did it, everything was like it was when I got!It’s great to have a reliable shop in Savannah. We were from out-of-town and suddenly needed a car repair. Mike did everything he could to solve the problem and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We were well cared for.

Have used Mike for about 13 yrs now. Aways good servixe at reasonble price. For Fords Hondas and Nissans. Everyone in my family uses Mike. His repirs arw good and he is HONEST.

I would not take your vehicle here. I had all 4 brakes done and they made squeaky/ hingey noises every time I stepped on the brakes. My truck sounds like a jalopy thanks to them. I took it back after the installation a total of SIX times. To this day it is still not fixed. They would not refund me. It cost me a total of $600 and im a student. I left very frustrated.
