Expensive!Update: Worse than expensive. Bad service and a rip-off. Three days later and the amendment you did on the battery wire just broke off. Back at the mechanic. Guess what? He charged me $21! Less than half of the $102 you asked for just 48 hours ago.

These guys are great. Knowledgable, friendly and fair. They were totally honest with me about what should be done with my brakes, but that it wasnt of immediate urgency. They didnt even charge me to take a look at my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Mr Mike solved my electrical issue as only a true professional electrical mechanic could . He solved it and in a timely manner because we all know diagnosis of wiring harnesses can be long not to mention expensive I highly recommended his shop for all your automotive needs great guy

Wonderful service! Im a college parent from out of town and Tucker & Sons fixed my van--which ended up requiring a major repair; as fast as possible and did a great job with it. They helped me feel cared for when I was stranded 12 hours from home. Highly recommended!

Tucker and Sons is a local family owned business that has been in Savannah my entire life (33 years). They are the most trustworthy and reliable mechanic I have ever dealt with. Any repairs that I cannot do at home, I trust Tucker and Sons to fix. I prefer dealing with Tucker & Sons much more than the dealerships. There is a much more personable feel working with them compared to your local dealership. You can expect a good honest diagnosis of your problem, reasonable pricing for the repairs, timely repair, and confidence to stand behind their work.

We were just on vacation in Savannah and the day before leaving our cooler fan assembly needed to be replaced. Mike was so helpful, he got us the right part at the best price and made calls to get it squared away with our warranty. They worked on our car right away and we were able to leave for home the next morning, crisis averted. They even offered to come pick us up and bring us to our car that morning because it was raining and we have a 9 month old. It was an all around great experience and the owner is just such a down to earth good guy. If we lived in Savannah, this is where we would get our cars serviced. Thanks Tucker and Sons!

Great experience with Ron, Michael and Steven. My vehicle had water on the passengers front floor carpet and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Reliable on-time service

I had car trouble on a work trip to Savannah, and this place happened to be one of the closest to my hotel. They also happened to be extremely nice and helpful, and I highly recommend them!

Took my car here Nov 21 to get my starter changed. They were able to get me in that day. BUT when I get my car home I noticed a couple days later that it is leaking really bad underneath the motor like its leaking oil. My husband goes to change the oil and there were 3 hoses that have been loosened quit a bit. Husband tightens them back up and guess what NO LEAKS! Beware of this place. Just trying to make more money off people for things that dont need to be done!

Worked on an older model Dodge van for me the water pump had failed and it would not start. I had to get a couple of checks before I could pay them and they were generous enough to store the vehicle at no charge.

They charged me $250! only for check my daughters car, that’s insein. I took my car after and for fixed the amount they ask was much more than the dealership, they charge me $ 80 dollars from the deposit for the part that was going to change, thats not right, and more when we have all taken our cars. no longer gives us confidence

Michael Tucker is honest and wont try to sell what is not needed

We were visiting Savannah for the 4th of July from Columbus, Ohio. It was the middle stop in a 10 day road trip vacation and our car started acting up. We were so worried to be in a city where we didnt have any idea where to find an honest mechanic and we were worried that it being a holiday weekend, no one would even have time to fit us in. Based on other reviews, we called Tucker and Sons and they got us in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road with no delay in schedule. They were knowledgable, straightforward and honest with us and we cant thank them enough for getting the car back in good shape so we could enjoy our vacation.

Took my 2007 yukon denali to 5 different places (including 2 gmc dealerships) because of random misfire code, these guys got it on wed at lunch, thur eve drove car home everything running fine...ended up being ground on passenger side and throttle body....critz gmc said I just need new engine ($8100.00). So thanks I would definately recommend this shop to anyone
