My experience was pretty seamless. I had no air coming thru the roof vents on my 2013 Tahoe. I made an appointment with Chris. I have a service contract and Chris checked to see if it covered the fix. It didn’t. I told Chris to go ahead and my Tahoe was ready early the next day.

I was very disappointed with the service I received on my GMC Arcadia. Almost a year to the date I paid $2600 to have my AC repaired. About 3 week ago I noticed that the AC was taking long to cool the vehicle. At that time I scheduled appointment with your dealership because the AC was still under warranty. When I got the results back, the service clerk stated that to repair the AC I would have to pay and additional $2600 to fix the issue. At that time I ask that the car be put back together same way it was brought in.When I pick up the vehicle there was no gas in it at all. The AC no long work . The service clerk was rude and disrespectful. The service was the worst service I have ever experienced with a car repair shop. I was very disappointed.
Overall great experience. Aaron was awesome to work with, and he really went out of his way to get me a deal I was happy with. Most of all, they didnt waste my time. I was out of there in less than an hour with my new truck. Highly recommend!
They charge for services they do not perform. When confronted everyone blames the other guy who is not there. Then they claim they must have performed this service on another vehicle by mistake. When they refunded what they didn’t do they acted like they was doing is a favor. When we can see that the obvious services are not done, how can we trust that the major services are? Was seriously looking at new cars while there but will now go elsewhere. They claim to take pride in your car but take your wallet for a ride. We are done with Critz allaround.
Really wish I could give a 5* because the buying process was easy at a very good price considering everyone else raising their prices. Unfortunately service after the sell has been horrible. Starting with the what I was told would be hand washed detailing. Instead my 80k has swirl and scratch marks everywhere. Besides that there were some scratches in the door frame and even a chip on the door at purchase that was to be taken care of. Still waiting on the reimbursement and a status on the trim pieces that I have taken the truck in 3 times already so the parts could be ordered. Not sure if it has been or not yet? It has been almost a month and a half and the county has told me they have yet to receive registration paperwork and without it they can’t issue a tag. Not sure what is taking so long as we bought the wife a new car after this truck and received hers within 2 weeks. In two days my temp tag expires. All in all not a bad dealership, my only suggestion if you like a new car to stay looking new. Do not allow them to wash it.

I’m from SC and I contacted the dealership and they were so personal. They catered to my needs of what I wanted. I purchased a 2021 Sierra SLT my sells person was Bryan he did an amazing job making this process so simple. They didn’t have the truck available that I called for. But he went and searched for the truck I wanted and made sure I got it. Thought it would be at the dealer in July but came in June. Which was a shock to the both of us. But it was an amazing experience in purchasing my first brand new vehicle. Then I worked with Danielle to close the deal snd pick up the vehicle. The two of them are amazing sales consultants. Usually buying a new vehicle is stressful as salespersons and managers can be very pushy. But to our surprise, our recent experience was very pleasant. All of our questions were answered and no one tried to push the sale. We were allowed to drive off the lot to think about the vehicle. No pressure at all. We returned two days later to make the purchase and we are very happy with the decision and the assistance of all the people who interacted with us.
Every time I bring my car to be serviced at my appointment time at Critz Buick GMC it takes FOREVER. My appointment time was at 9:30 why is it my car isn’t ready until 1:40. Never again

We have been critz customers for about 30 years. The staff is friendly and not pushing to commit only because you stop by. But still very helpful and there to answer your questions.
I scheduled an appointment online and that Friday when I arrived the young man did not see my appointment but he assured me it was not an issue. I really appreciate his kindnesses and customer service.
I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday for an early Thursday appointment. No one called me about my vehicle and I had to call myself on Friday morning. When I called on Friday, I wasnt given any information on my vehicle. I called almost daily after that to get information on my vehicle. Finally after having my vehicle for 2 weeks with no clear understanding of what was wrong with it, I was able to pick up my vehicle.
This was my first time purchasing a car through Critz and salesman Ray went above and beyond. He made me feel less like a customer number and more like a friend! Extremely personable. Ive leased multiple times and have never had such an easy time on the lot choosing a vehicle.

The service was good but felt nobody discussed anything about what I was having done. Felt like the Walmart experience rather than a Whole Foods. I was disappointed especially it being my first visit with the car I purchased from the dealership.
I personally enjoy my experience with Critz dealership especially on the weekends whenever Mr Sloan is working. Mr Sloan always educate me about my car and its maintenance. I ask Mr Sloan questions about my car. He gives me sound and professional answers. It makes me feel safe and confident that I can drive knowing that my car is working and performing like it should.

I puchased my Encore here two months ago. I was very happy with the process. I had visited several other dealerships already and left them with an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Critz Buick was different from the moment I pulled onto the lot. There was no salesperson hovering at my car door like other places do. They greeted me like an old friend as I walked in the front door. My salesperson, Ed, was kind and respectful. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and not once did I feel pressured to buy the car.When I came back the next morning to start the purchasing process, the sales manager Wes was involved in the conversation, and there was no hidden back and forth between him and Ed. It was an open discussion with clear details on how they arrived at their selling price and the price they offered me for my trade-in. I left pleased, and with a completely different car-buying experience than the ones Ive had in the past. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, we will be back to visit.
I live in southeast Georgia and in the market for a 2020 Sierra. In order for me to purchase, I had to get a fair trade on my sierra and a what I consider a fair deal on a new truck. I found the truck I wanted at four dealerships within a 150 mile radius. Critz was fourth on the list due to the fact they were the furthest dealership from me. However, after giving all four dealerships an opportunity to sale their truck. I got a far better deal with Wes and his crew. I was more than happy to drive the 2 hours. I was even more pleased to meet everyone and to see how helpful they were during the process. When my wife is ready to purchase, this time we will call Critz first.
The salesman, Aaron Smith, was terrific. He was very responsive to my questions and requests and took the time to answer all my questions and to explain the features of the vehicle. There was no push to sell me extra features and the pricing on the truck was fair. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. All in all, a good experience.
I just received a call that my Acadia was towed for abandonment! I talked to Chris a while back and he said that it was ok to leave the truck there. I never got a call or email to come get it but today I got a call from a tow company to pick it up! This is very unprofessional! Someone could’ve called me to tell me to come pick it up!

In this pandemic, I was able to go in masked, hand over keys and wait outside away from other customers. I brought my own chair. Everyone was wearing masks or distancing. Seat and steering wheel were covered. I sanitized My hands.all appropriate surfaces. I will wait two weeks for any symptoms. It looks ok for now.
Really miserable, i pay 6 to 7 hundred for check out, change pices and get it fix. And when i get it back its dosent work and tell me they are not responsible for the function, just responsible for the new piece . So they tell me i got to pay at least 400 and sum for just for find out what wrong not getting fix just checking whats wrong . Waste of time and money.

So I scheduled a service appointment for my wifes Acadia and she had to wait a little over a week to get an appointment. I put all the details of what we needed done into the app as well as a request for a loaner car. Well she had to call the day of her appointment to reschedule her appointment because she wasnt feeling well, whoever she spoke with said that they werent able to see the information that I had entered into the app and asked her what we were needing done. They then rescheduled for the next Monday, when she arrived at the appointment they said that they had been complaining about the app for over a year but it hadnt been fixed. My thing is if you know that theres a problem with the app and that you see that you have an appointment scheduled why not call and ask what they are needing done instead of just waiting for them to show up and then asking them? Turns out that she wasted her time and a trip because what we were needing done wasnt covered by warranty even though its a known issue with the car. So now were just waiting for GMC to decide to fix the issue under warranty.

Salesman could have made sure my new truck was completely cleaned, the engine on a new truck with 10 miles on it was covered in dust like it was driven for 6 months with no maintenance and when I reach out to him, he wouldn’t return my call. This was after the sale a few days when this was discovered.
The service department at Critz Buick GMC was able to diagnose and solve the issue on our 2011 GMC Savana Passenger van successfully and at minimal cost! We had had multiple issues with our vehicle for months and had sought service from multiple mechanics and another GMC dealer without success. The other guys took the diagnostic report as gospel and did not use good old fashioned mechanical know how to solve the problem. Not only did the service tech at Critz Buick GMC find the issue and solve it, he insisted on making sure our familys primary means of transportation was 100% safe before we left. The best part is Critz Buick GMC saved us hundreds of dollars compared to what other mechanics wanted to charge us to fix our issue. Thanks Critz Buick GMC!

My husband and I purchased a car with them exactly one week ago, We decided to drive the car to South Carolina on yesterday and before we could get out of Savannah water starting leaking on the passager side floor. Called Critz BMW only to get there and they tell us they cant look at it until Monday and they will not have a loaner car until Friday. Not one time did anyone come out to look at the car or the issue at hand. This is beyond unacceptable. I will never purchased another car with them nor will I recommend anyone else to.
