Craig has been such a delight to work with! I had an issue with my car not starting on a Sunday of all days and had it towed to Integrity. The very next morning they were able to diagnose the issue and order a part, overnight it and start fixing immediately. I had been referred to them by multiple friends in Savannah and theyve all said wonderful things. I cant say enough and would highly recommend them! I get to pick up my car tomorrow :) Yay! Needed a diagnosis for my vehicle due to over heating. Now 3 out of 4 results of the Diagnosis was not correct. Not sure whats leaking on back side of Timing Belt Cover, Blown Head Gasket, Radiator Hoses Needed Changing and AC not working Properly. Now I know my AC works better than what I expected for a 98 model. Correct, All Hoses need Changing. I replaced my Oil Pan two day before I drove to New Bern, NC, which is a total of 13hrs their & back. Im not a Mechanic but I do know if I had a Blown Head Gasket, I could not have made it to the corner of my street. Noticed Blown Head Gasket is a main diagnosis with older model vehicles which is probably due there Liability Policies, but $95.00 now.... I want Truth. Not every customer that gets a diagnosis will use your services to fix the vehicle in which they dont want to touch. 2 Vehicles with Blown Head Gasket Diagnosis, hell The Bones in My Body should have got diagnosis because these vehicles are running like Deer with No Headlights. They my be Old & Seasoned, but keep Right will run better than a Newer Model.

I cannot speak any more highly of integrity auto. They surpass every expectation of a repair shop and then some. Their name says it all. Not only are they always in a great mood, friendly, and kind…they’re honorable with their inspections and do NOT try to rip you off. If you don’t understand soemthing they explain it in the most generous terms for you to understand. They go above and beyond in repairs and routine maintenance.. my only critique is that they start expanding to different cities. I travel a ton and sometimes can’t quite make it back to Savannah for an oil change and I just say to my self- man where is another integrity.. not to mention I try researching for repair shops similar to them but can never find the same quality and care.Always will be a loyal customer.You won’t be disappointed by them, highly recommend.

Integrity has some of the best customer service! My first experience with them was getting a car I was looking to purchase looked over for any issues. They gave me a detailed report of the state of the car. The price was more than reasonable. Ive also used them for our normal vehicle maintenance.

They inspected the brake and explained what was wrong and what they would have to do to fix it. They were able to get it fixed within a couple of hours and the price was reasonable. She will definitely use Integrity as her auto repair and maintenance from now on. Highly recommend!

100% honest... extremely competent and polite

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place warrants one. As a 20-something female who knows pretty much nothing about cars, finding a trustworthy mechanic can be daunting. I had to get my (older) car checked and tuned up for a cross-country drive, and these guys were super flexible and got me in right away. They were extremely friendly, transparent and professional. The send you a link with a detailed report on your car and their services. I really can’t recommend them enough!

Currently going to say only worth the 3 stars. Im astonished that no place seems to do free inspections anymore. Thats all about keeping people safe! However this place at least only charges $55 for the inspection which is half of what most other places are asking.

Wow! Great customer service! I thought i needed a few repairs/replacements, but they were able to keep it simple. They saved me hundreds of dollars that I thought I was going to have to spend.They had great communication the whole time & were very upfront with how much everything would cost, as well as cheaper alternatives.I have always hated mechanics, because they can prey on clients ignorance & upcharge. I am very happy with integrity auto because they showed me I did not need the things I was asking for, as well as showing me photos of the actual problem. Very time efficient tooI would highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!Morgan explained every issue I was having in my car thoroughly, and with the upmost of politeness. I learned a lot about the exhaust system and engine from him. They also prioritized an inspection on my new car when I needed it back by noon to get to work, though notably Id made an appointment two days ahead of time so they knew to expect me. I got it back by 11:10 and made it to work 15 minutes early. Highly recommend!!

Fair, honest, terrific service. Can’t recommend enough.I’ve been going to Integrity for almost 2 years now FREQUENTLY as my car is 15 years old and getting to need more maintenance as parts wear out. I take it to them for everything- belts, alternator, air conditioner, brakes, oil changes, so many things. You won’t find better customer service in Savannah. When my car needed almost 2000 in repairs for a worn out timing belt among other things, I called probably every place around before coming here to check out pricing and services to compare them all. Everyone else was very gruff and short with me, (even the dealership!) it felt like talking to someone’s random uncle instead of a professional establishment. I’ve also had one or two experiences (not here in Savannah) with mechanics trying to swindle me recommending 100% unnecessary services assuming I don’t know any better. (Hey, I don’t, but you bet I’ll try and find out) As an incredibly broke college student, Integrity also worked with me and allowed me to break up my payment for the large repair I needed urgently.Ricky and Craig (and Morgan at their other location!) are always BEYOND professional and friendly, and they pay very close attention to the details you provide. My favorite thing about Integrity is how well they make sure to explain everything, and the extensive notes they take on why you’re coming in. They always hand out itemized receipts so you know the cost of everything, and give plenty of warning for what things *might* cost before you even bring it. If they investigate and find something isn’t necessary they always inform you, and never do any services without talking it over with you first and giving you the chance to make an informed decision. They also offer a rock solid two year warranty on repairs, though their technicians are definitely highly skilled and you probably won’t need it. I always feel totally informed on what I’m about to pay and what’s mechanically going on with my car, they seem to welcome any questions I have, and best of all, they never talk down to me or treat me like an idiot. Especially as a girl, I just really enjoy being talked to like a person with respect to my car for once. With all this, they’ve earned my trust completely, and I will be very sad whenever I move away and have to find a new mechanic. I recommend them to everyone. 10/5.

The car dealership told me my trucks lug nuts needed to be replaced and a series of other things of which I I’m not familiar with the name of. Come to find out my truck was good to go I just needed a bulb replacement.

I dealt with Craig during the inspection of my car. I did my research on integrity auto before I took my vehicle to them. They were completely upfront and very professional. The charges were in line with what needed to be done. I have to say that I was impressed with the way they conducted business and they will be my go to place for repairs that I cant do myself when I am in Savannah.

They are always very friendly and usually can get you in fairly quickly even when they are busy. They send this cool diagnostics with pics and videos to you via text so you can see everything they see and the things they recommend be fixed or replaced.

I never thought I would be opening google to write a positive review for a local auto repair shop but here I am! From oil changes, tire changes, to major epic and expensive repair, these are your people! Craig and Ricky at the front desk immediately made me feel comfortable and safe which is hard to come by as a woman in an auto shop! I had an unfortunate and pricey situation with my engine and these guys handled it like champs from the bedside and sensitivity in explaining the bad news to making it SUPER easy ton understand what was going on and what my options are.For as long as I live in Savannah, I am a lifetime customer.They also have a nice waiting area, comfy seating, a Keurig, HGTV on and a small kids area!

Great shop! Was in town from California visiting my family. The AC wasnt working correctly in our VW. They replaced the compressor (parts and labor) for less than just the parts cost back in California. Very friendly staff and fair prices. I highly recommend this shop.

Amazing service! I used to take my ‘97 Lexus here when it needed repairs. I went after seeing Toyota, who told me the only way to fix my car was almost $3000. Integrity fixed it for $500 and I was able to drive and sell it. This is the perfect place to go when you’re tight on money - they never scam you and are honest about the fixes you actually NEED to safely drive, and which repairs could wait a few months or years.I went recently with my new car because I was hearing a weird noise. They explained after looking at it that it was nothing to worry about, and aired up my tires for free.Best place in Savannah!

This shop is honest and competent. They are great at listening to the customer, and communicating plan of action before you are committed. I usually fix my car myself, due to high prices I have experienced in the past.They accurately diagnosed an engine noise for me, and replaced my alternator quickly.I certainly recommend this business, and will be using them from now on.

I had an excellent experience here. I just moved to town and did not really know who to trust with my car. I had an old 2002 toyota that ended up needing sort of a rare, expensive repair according to the mechanics here. However, I actually put them in contact with my hometown mechanic that I had been going to for years, and they were able to verify the fix. The fact that they were so willing to be so open with their process was huge for me! I trust their work, and my car runs great. They even gave me a ride to my job while my car was in the shop. Awesome service!

Love this place! They can usually get me in quickly, they are extremely fair with their pricing, and they don’t talk down to me but female. Plus, my daughter loves to play with the train table in their waiting area! These guys know their stuff and deserve your business!

We are visiting from out of town for a dance competition. We had an issue with our van and were afraid we would be taken advantage of. Our experience was completely the opposite. Would not advise going here or at least getting a second opinion on recommended work. The work they did was fine, but they told me I needed $100s worth of shock repair done. I have been to two different shops to get another opinion on this recommendation, but neither shop found the shock repairs necessary. Integrity? No way.

My husband and I were on our way to Florida made a quick stop in Savannah and picked up a giant nail in our tire... we werent sure if it could be patched or if it needed to be replaced. They were super nice and checked it out for no cost at all and referred us to a place that could get us a new tire the same day! Awesome place.

Integrity is just the start - this place is professional, caring, and stands behind their work. I had a failure in a bearing plate on my front struts and they replaced the struts at a fair price - about $1000. Afterward, there was a very infrequent rumble from the front end and I brought it back several times - they checked it repeatedly and couldnt find any suspension problems. They believed it might be something called transmission shudder which my dealer said they couldnt verify. After several trips back to Integrity, they offered to replace the front struts a second time (on warranty) even though it was six months later. They did so at no charge, and I know a mechanic worked much of the day on the re-do. Unfortunately the intermittent rumble remained. Finally, the dealer concluded that this was indeed related to the transmission. Bottom line: Integrity was right, the experts at the dealership were wrong, but out of an abundance of caution and commitment to customer service, Integrity nonetheless replaced the struts a second time on their nickle. I think all the five star reviews here are well justified. Trust these guys!!

I have trusted Integrity with all of my vehicles for several years now. They are honest, professional, and genuinely care for their customers. I live over an hour away now, but still make the drive just to get my oil changed! They really are that great.

Had to replace an engine part on an Audi and although the part itself was not expensive, it was located deep within the engine and involved several hours of labor. After completion of the work, the car ran fine, but a couple of days later, the new part failed. Integrity replaced the part and performed the labor at no charge. Also, the people at the front desk are very professional and courteous.

First off... when you take your vehicle to a shop for a sudden repair it’s always a bad day... with that being said, everyone at integrity was polite, courteous, and informative. Best business transaction I’ve ever had to deal with within the entire city of Savannah.

In my experience, finding a reliable independent shop is preferable to being beholden to a dealers service dept. I initially selected Integrity based on their proximity to my home. I saw they were very positively reviewed on Yelp, so I decided to take my 2006 Mazda to them for some brake service, with the knowledge that some deferred maintenance on the suspension might need to be addressed. I left the car with Craig around lunch time. Within a few hours, he called to give me the diagnosis on the brakes (new pads and rotors needed) as well as reaffirming the suspension issue (new front strut needed). He priced everything out up front, and gave me several options in terms of what needs done, what should be done, and what could be done. Since his estimate for the suspension work was lower than a previous dealer quote, I decided to go ahead and do everything he recommended. Craig and the crew at Integrity had my car ready for me the next day. Everything was addressed, and nearly a week on I have not encountered any lingering issues. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and approachable. Like the name says, it seems they set out to run a shop that is straightforward, honest, and reliable. The work they did is warranted for 2 years/24k miles. Hopefully I wont need to go back for that, but its nice to know they back up their service in writing. Overall, I had a very good experience with Integrity. They will be the first place I go next time I need my car fixed.

This place is sooo good on there work.

Me and my partner took our car in to simply have a slow leak plugged in our rear tire. Before arriving we didnt have any warning indicators on the dashboard. It was explained to us by Integrity that the tire was previously plugged. This we would need a new tire. We were given a fair quote for a new tire, however we decided to go obtain a new tire from a different service provider. Part of this was also motivated by an unusual moment we experienced at Integrity. Though difficult to put into words. We sensed something strange at integrity. Not sure what it was, though we did get the feeling that being a mixed race couple may be an issue for them. Again I can not quantify this as it was just a general feeling we both got involving odd stares and weird behaviours.Immediately after leaving Integrity we noticed that the ABS and service engine lights were on. They have remained even after we had our tire replaced by a different service provider. I called integrity and spoke with him about the matter and they suggested that we bring the car back in so that they could check out the warning signals. However my partner suggested that I not bring the car in as she felt that perhaps there was a connection between the odd experience we had and the sudden appearance of warning lights on our dashboard when non-existent prior to having our car brought in to have a tire inspected. This loss of trust translated into a fear in regards to bringing the car back in as we simply do not know if hes warning there are lights were deliberately set or if it is a case of just a coincidence that they happen to come on after a tire was inspected on the car.We do not know what to do but we do not feel comfortable taking our car to integrity after this event as we simply do not know if we can trust them. I posted this review because obviously it is a gamble when you take your car to a service provider sometimes. For a car with no previous issues to suddenly develop some sort of issue following having a tire inspected. I do not think that it is unreasonable to assume that there could possibly be something fishy about that. Though this is not to point the finger of blame but in my experience I have encountered many dishonest people in the auto service industry and have seen this sort of thing before. It is up to the individual to decide if they wish to go to integrity auto repair or not but the fact of our experience must be explained so that people can make a decision and know a possible consequence of utilizing this service however I put emphasis on the word possible it is not an absolute. I am certain that there are probably many other people who have had very positive experiences with integrity auto repair I wish ours could have been as positive.

Its so hard to find really good mechanics. I was a little nervous of this place at first as you pull into a fenced lot with lots of cars and garages and a trailer. I wasnt really sure what I was supposed to do. But I went up into the trailer and from there I was invited into a very nice office and waited in a very nice waiting room. All the staff I met were awesome. And the company has a rewards program that is great. My car is running fabulously, no problems at all. Best of all I feel like I can trust them.

Had a tow and starter replacement done. Price seemed decent and they had it finished in 48hrs. Very nice and knowledgeable on the phone and remembered me by name after the first call. Although the location seems a little... Run down. They do good work. :-)

Forever grateful for this shop in Savannah!! Not only are the employees insightful and experienced, they are also so welcoming and helpful. My A/C had stopped working in the unbearably-hot Savannah summer. The cost/labor to fix an air compressor does not come cheap nor quick to fix, but these men were able to have my car in the day of I called. Most car shops I have had experience with here take days to get in! The cost also ended up being cheaper than originally quoted! Amazing! My only regret is not finding this shop sooner. Looking forward to giving them my business in the future.

This is the only place that I will bring my car now. They do not nickel and dime you, quite the opposite. I have worked with them for two years on three different vehicles. It is rare to say that you trust a mechanic, but I believe it’s well deserved for this shop.

This establishment went over and above all others. They towed my car to their shop from the side of Truman Pkwy. within 1 hour, they were easy to reach and kept me informed throughout the repair, they did the repair and adjusted the bill lower from the estimate of well over $1000.00 to just over $600.00 because they found a used part (the computer). This also included replace fuel pump and crankshaft position sensor.Additionally they were always nice! Wish all shops were run like this one-HONESTLY.

They fixed a few small things extra with no charge just to make sure my vehicle was running smoothly. If you need auto work done you should definitely go visit the guys a Integrity. Absolutely THE BEST mechanics I have ever been to. They were able to quickly diagnose my cars problems and tell me my options, the prices and pros and cons of everything. They didnt pressure me to have my car fixed with them at all, just make an informed decision as Craig, who works the front desk said. Once my car was in, they went straight to work and called and told me about anything else that was going on. I was excpecting for it to take them at least a day, maybe two. Oh no, seven hours. Thats it. Best seven hours that ever went into that car. She drives better now than she has in years thanks to these guys.
