Everything about my experience with Genesis of Savannah was OUTSTANDING!!!!!I just purchased a 2017 Genesis G90 Premium. Prior to making a road trip, on a days notice, I needed to have my oil serviced, no dealership within 100 miles would allow a walk in, which meant I would have to canceled my road trip, because the earliest any dealership could schedule me is two weeks from today, but, and I say but, Genesis of Savannah allowed me a walk in, Mr Adam who worked in Service was very helpful, friendly and very professional and was able to help me with everything I needed!So reward Mr. Adam with a pay raise and a vacation for be being the Face of Genesis of Savannah Ga.Loving my Genesis G90, I owned BMW 760Li, Mercedes Benz S550 and a Audi A6, and by far for the price, reliability, ease of service, luxury, the Genesis G90 gives you the BEST of both worlds, Luxury that the hard working Blue Collar worker can afford!Genesis for LIFE! And Yes Best factory warranty in the auto world!Shout out to Mr. Adam and the Genesis Family of Savannah Ga!I will be back!God Bless!!!!!

Peacock is always Amazing. Adam in the service department always makes sure we are up to date with all of our services on our vehicles. We just purchased our fifth Hyundai last week and Wayne is sales was awesome! Their new General manager Chris is courteous and professional. Every person we have met at this dealership is all about making sure the customer comes first! Thank you all for amazing service!!

I was there on 8/17, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. We were in the process of comparing cars and wanted to look at a G80. Not one sales person came to help us. Even after going into the Showroom (empty but a few sales desks) and asking a sales person at his desk some questions, we got nothing. The sales person gave us some curt answers and then went back to whatever he was doing. No offer for assistance, no nothing. I was better shopping on-line. Good news we were able to cross Genesis off of our list.

I was treated very nice. Everyone seemed to want to help. Very courteous service. I bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I did not notice however that there were no floormats until I got home. But the good thing was that I received a call from the salesman and he said he would look into it. Have not heard back yet. I live 2 hours away.

Although we have a Dealership in our home town, we drive 89 miles to have All our services done at Savannah Peacock because of the excellent customer service we have been receiving since we purchased our car in 2015.Ashley is Awesome in the Service Department and took great care of ensuring our Genesis got all the necessary services it needed and didn’t attempt to sell us on unnecessary products!!!! You Rock Ashley!!!!!

I called Friday 7/30 with a question about service for my K900, being a new potential service customer and at some point maybe new buyer of a Genesis, the women on the other end had no customer service skills, felt like I was bothering her with a question, if this is how it is run, I will take my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2020 Genesis G70 online through Genesis of Savannah and was more than pleased with the process. Maria who handles online sales was amazing. Her communication throughout the process was excellent and she made everything so easy. This is by far my best experience buying a new car and I would highly recommend Genesis of Savannah.

Extremely disappointed with customer service here. Have been waiting for 2021 Genesis G80 3.5 to arrive and finally received a message that it just came in. Was asked to schedule a test drive and flew over right over. Got there only to be told that not only is the car not available to be driven but it’s also a 2.5. Called the representative that contacted me to figure out what was going on and after a rude exchange I was told to not call the number again. Not what I expected from a Genesis dealership.
