This is for the service side of Lexus.I had an appointment this past Saturday at 8 am for an oil change. This was my first time going to this dealership, so I arrived around 7:55am. I wasn’t super sure where to go, but I saw the bay doors opened on one side with a couple people standing inside. When I drove around that side, above the open bay door was a green sign that read “OPEN”. Naturally, I thought that’s where I pulled in.. seemed obvious enough, right? Well when I pulled in, the two standing in there chatting approached me with a “we’re closed”, which was confusing when at that point I had about four minutes until my appointment. So I said “oh- the door is open and the sign said open” and then he proceeded to say “we’re letting the hot air out”. Like okay? FOUR MINUTES until you open and you can’t even greet a FIRST TIME customer with a “good morning, can I help you?”. I could’ve understood it if I was wanting them to start work immediately on arrival, but I genuinely was just trying to figure out where to go and not be late to my appointment. Frustrated, I left. Larry called me at 8:12, saying “we’re ready for you now” and when I started to explain my frustrations he just hung up. This is unprofessional at its finest. My advice would be - if your dealership opens at 8, have your first appointment at 8:15 so a customer trying to be on time doesn’t ruin your precious 4 minutes before you open OR maybe keep your door closed/illuminate the “closed” sign so people know you aren’t ready.. because honestly being that nit picky is a joke. Very disappointed.
I have attempted to purchase a Lexus twice, from this dealership. It seems they rather deal with people they can win over to pay more than they should then just the person who knows the worth and the amount they are willing to pay. I have a 790 credit score, working on buying my second home in all to say the first time the guy gave me a buyers order, he did not even try to work any deal out, so I went and bought a limited RAV 4 because my lease was up. This time, I wanted the 250uxh hybrid, a lot less of a car, hybrid, different features and they could not get me where I wanted to be. No one is aggressive here and It honestly feels like they judge you base on you trying to make a deal rather than signing for an overly priced car. I am in customer service and have been for 10 years, you guys can just sit on your comfy chairs, making unfair deals with customers, while I buy a Lexis from a store who wants my business because I am not just a number to them. Thank you !

She greeted me with such a warm welcome and made me feel at home. I felt like a celebrity leaving CP Lexus on yesterday. She deserves a 10 star rating and more. After hours on phone with Ford warranty (bc thats where I bought my used lexus) Larry, the service manager was able to get multiple issues covered with little to no cost to me. It works like new. Thanks again Larry♡

I just traded my 2020 NX300 hybrid for a 2021 RX350. I had a minor misunderstanding and was disappointed as a result when I went to pick up my new one. I was amazed at how management sprang into action to not only resolve the issue, but went overboard to make me feel like a valued customer. I came into Chatham Parkway Lexus on 12/7 after a not so great experience with Carvana. I was looking at an 18 RAV4, called ahead, spoke to John Layser who confirmed the car was still available. We came in to test drive and see if we liked it (but had a few other options in mind that we wanted to check out). Needless to say we left with the RAV4 and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Car Dealership. Most dealerships get a bad rep but Chatham Parkway Lexus does it right. Not only that, a few days after my purchase, and I just received a call from John who was following up to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend if youre in the market. Went to look at a Prius only to have a rude mechanic ask Can I work on my car? after we were called to come and look at this particular car. Didnt know it was his car. Maybe you guys can hire some nicer mechanics or at least have this individual not interact with potential customers.

Shopping for a new car is not high on my top ten list of things to do before I pass on but the old RAV 4 was growing a few grey whiskers after ten years so I stopped in at Chatham Parkway Lexus just to take a look. I was met by Theron Lambert who patiently took the time to show me the models that fitted my requirements and budget. We drove a couple that I liked. Theron was extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. He never exerted any pressure and made me feel like I was their most valued customer. We found a beautiful red NX300 on the lot I liked and buying it was effortless. When I brought the car in for its 5K service the first person to meet me was Theron. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the car. Happy is a understatement because I love my car. So if you’re in the market for a new car stop by Parkway Lexus and ask for Theron he’ll take good care of you.

Well for the last year I’ve really trusted the service dept ; Ed was fabulous!!! As was the mechanics .... just wonderful... I ve been calling the last 2 weeks left messages for Ed on the number I have for Ed ... never heard back .... very unusual. Not just Ed but any service company... each x I said what I needed, left name & number ...Today I call to learn Ed’s GONE! !!!! Awful news ... so reception told me Dan has taken over my account... Tomas in the service department was great! I was having issues with the company who pay for the maintenance on my Lexus IS 200T. Jessie is top notch. I went in with my low tire light on . Within less than 30 seconds she found a roofing nail in one on the rear tires. The parts department did not have a match for my tires so Jessie arranged a loaner car for me, ordered a new tire and told me my car would be ready the following afternoon.We were having bad weather the day. Jessie called to tell me my car was ready but recommended I wait until the following day to come get it because the rain was so bad. Better safe than sorry she said. I picked up my car the following morning.I have been working with Jessie for a couple of years now. She exemplifies what Lexus service is all about. She truly cares about her customers. I first spoke to Hollie on the phone and she was so nice and very helpful! When I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in was sitting there waiting for me along with THE BEST salesperson, NICK SMITH, ever!! Nick was super nice and very helpful! He went above and beyond! Even when my husband finally showed up and tried to sway my decision on which vehicle to choose, Nick helped show us both vehicles and explained each one in detail. The whole team I worked with (Nick, Hollie, Al, and Adam) at Chatham parkway Lexus were amazing! They really acted like a great team and were not pushy at all! I was traveling by myself from FL to VA for a weekend wedding and had to be towed to Lexus on a Friday afternoon when my car broke down. Ali Parker made my experience less stressful and was waiting for me and also had arranged transportation . My car was repaired early the following week, and I was able to pick it up on my way back to FL. Ali’s customer service was outstanding, and I am happy to have had her as my service advisor. Great amenities while I waited in the customer lounge for the work to be done. Over all great customer service and great service team. Well it is really classy, upstairs there are massage chairs, and i think on Mondays there is this lady that sells wonderful lotion, she also gave me a complementary manicure & polished my nails. Down stairs theres complementary snacks, & coffee or soda. Free wi-fi hookup and can watch television while you wait.
My experience was even better even the second time. They worked with me. The salesman was very professional and intelligent of the process and product especially the delivery of the vehicle as technology. The manger are one of a kind. I work in the in the car business and this dealership is one of the best there envoirment they display is for sales and future customer service. I was very pleased overall.

As a recent transplant from Naples FL, this was my first visit to this Lexus service department. The greeting on arrival was as expected as well as my introduction to my service consultant Kristen. She was excellent. The facility was as expected. That said, I wish there were healthier snacks offered in the lovely waiting area because by the time car was done (almost 3 hours later), I was famished. I gave only 4 stars because I was not accustomed to waiting that long for an oil change and 2 filters. That was a little surprising.

I have a 2008 Lexus and the dash needed replacing due to a recall from the company. Chatham parkway Lexus made sure my dash got replaced and it looks brand new now! Plus..a vent was cracked during installation of my new dash and I called and let them know..and they replaced that part to the next day at no charge. They are awesome to work with. Next time I trade up for another newer Lexus, I definitely will go to Chatham parkway Lexus!

We went to many car dealerships looking for a comfortable car to take trips and to pull our boat. Mark and all the people at Lexus took time to listen to what we needed in a car and showed us all options and explained the features of each car we test drove. Other dealerships seemed more anxious to convince us to buy what they had on hand at the moment. We are going to a free class they offer on how to use all of the options on it. They couldnt have been nicer to deal with. We are very happy!

The staff gave us plenty of time to test drive, ask questions and discuss numbers. We never once felt rushed, even though we purchased our vehicle at closing time. The financing process was smooth despite our average credit scores and these gentlemen were happy to clarify contract details. I am a disabled veteran and need a vehicle for my VA appointments. A best friend of mine was shot and is in critical condition so I needed to get a car. I bought a used Lexus from Chatham and had to wait weeks for them to get the car ready. A major safety item happened as soon as I drove away which was corrected but why in the first place. When I got the car back after another week. In less than 48 hrs I noticed another issue and its still pending. The manager has made promises that so far have not come true. I will not name names at this point but its been the worst experience ever. You better get everything in writing. They jacked the price of the car up because of items that halfway got added ( 2 new tires instead of 4) brakes dont look new at all. More to come.
I didnt go in or interact with anyone but just walked the lot after hours to look and see and get a feel without a salesperson hounding me....most of the time Ive done online research so I dont really require someone telling me about the features of a car or SUV because Im more interested in how low can you get the price but i understand theyre just working and hustling trying to get sales
I ve been researching large SUV for a few months now. With a growing family of 6 we need all the legroom we can get. I stumbled upon a rear find at this dealer, it was a Ford Expedition fully loaded. I reached out immediately and was connected to John Layser! John was knowledgeable and understood the concerns I had for the next family vehicle. In order to ensure that we were not being taken for a ride, we sought advice from a couple other Lexus dealers and was assured that we were receiving and awesome deal. Their communication was excellent we were informed about every detail as the process transpired. We went in very late on a Saturday I drove my brand new Lexus home the following Wednesday...talk about quick turn efficient service. The cafe bar, manicure, massages, and unlimited car washes are an added plus. Even the finance manager took his time and made sure that we understood every aspect of the paper work. I have had two Lexus cars. Latest was 2007 Estate 350, a great car but lacked features which have become more needed at my age. I was on my way home from a trip and stopped at the dealer to discuss a trade. Great salesman explained alater natives. and prices, showed me a car with just what I needed. Paperwork was done in 30 minutes, and the salesman took the time to explain all the features, set up the navigation screen and the phone and made the whole process easy and a pleasure.

Took my ES350 in for a 60,000 mi service. I was hearing a rattle coming from an unknown location. Not on did the mechanic fix the rattle while providing excellent service, but the customer service is always second to none!
