Very pleased with product and service. I needed flooring fast and they had good recommendations and were able to finish quickly. The installation of glue down vinyl planks was well done and looks great.

I had a similar experience as another review. I found a flooring I loved and was told I would be contacted with a quote the following week. I called 4 times over the course of the week and was told the lady would get back to me each time by the end of each day. My calls were never returned. Very disappointing experience w this place and lots of runaround with out anyone following through w their customers. Not how customers should be treated and clearly they are not valued. Will be taking my business elsewhere now.

I would not suggest shopping at this store. My experience in the store was actually fairly pleasant. However, the staff lacks follow through. I was promised a date when an installer would come and measure. That did not happen, and I had to call a couple of times before anyone came out. Then, I was told that I would be contacted by the sales person the next day to discuss costs. There was no follow up. I called to get a price and was told that my sales person would call me by the end of the day. it is now 4 days later, and I have not received a call. I called the store related to this and was given many excuses about tax season, and the store is very busy. Apparently, they are so busy that they do not need my business. If you want good customer service, I suggest that you shop elsewhere.

I selected this company based upon google rating. Receptionist was pleasant. Website looks nice. However, I was repeatedly told over a several week period that the manager would call me back by the end of the day. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I have never spoke with this manager. I will be selecting another company for our floor covering needs.

They belittle and talk down to people and are just simply put mean and rude. I wish it was possible to give zero stars.
