Exceptional service. Door became inoperable because of a broken spring. They came out and fixed it the same day as my call. Reasonable prices and super nice folks to work with. I highly recommend them

I just had my old garage door removed and replaced by a new door purchased through Anytime Garage Door Repair. I am very pleased with their services as they were attentive and on pint from the beginning as to the services I needed. Everything was on time and accurate. Shall it be necessary again I will use their services. I recommend them to anybody who has garage door issues!

My initial review was less than favorable. There were definitely some training opportunities with my repair. In the end, training was promised, apologies were made, and resolution was achieved.

I had an emergency with my garage door on 6/9/19 and I called this company and made an appointment for them to come out to fix my garage door. They gave me an appointment on 6/11/19 with a 8a to 9a window. At 9a I called to find out where the technician was and I was told that he got held up at his first appointment and that I would receive a phone call once the technician was on his way. The time now is 4:15p and I have yet to hear from the technician or the company for any update. Needless to say Ive called another company to address my emergency but I just dont understand how this company does business when they leave would be customers stranded with no form of communication. Again, no one has shown up nor called me so its clear to me that this company is doing so well that it doesnt need my business. Very unprofessional and very disappointing from this company!!!

One morning I was on my way to work when I went to let my garage door up it didnt work. So I looked and saw I had a broken spring, it was 530 in the morning when I called. The technician was out to my house 20 minutes later and fixed my door up in 20 minutes. They are a very professional and respectful company, I recommend this company to everyone with garage door problems.

Terrible customer service and they never show up when they say they are going to. Have been highly disappointed with their service. wish we would have gone with a different provider. Would not recommend

Beware. My wife called these guys and I don’t think she did her homework like I would have. The installation is screwed up and I’m going to have to pay someone else to come back and fix it as they do not return calls

CALL SOMEONE ELSE! If I could give -5 stars, I would. I ordered my garage door on 22 October and paid the 50% deposit. I was originally told it would be installed the following Friday. That came and went, so I called on Sunday and the guy who answered seemed perturbed that I was calling him on a Sunday. Understandable, but their operating hours are listed as 24/7 and their name IS Anytime Garage Doors. I finally got in contact with someone last week and they said the garage door would be installed on Tuesday, 13 November 2018; however, they were not able to give me a time frame and told me to call back. I called back and FINALLY got in touch with Steve, the owner, at 8:00am on 13 November...the day the door was supposed to be installed. I asked him for a window of time and he told me hed call me back because Id taken the day off. I waited for about two hours and then started calling about every 30 mins. Every call went straight to voicemail...however, the mailbox was full so I couldnt leave a message. At 1:30pm, I received a phone call from a female who said that they would not be able to install my door today because they had no technicians available and would have to reschedule on Friday. I explained that Id taken the day off work because I was told it would be installed that day. She said Let me look into it and Ill call you back. I waited two hours and started trying to call her back. Same story...went to voicemail but the mailbox was full. I finally texted and told them that I wanted a refund on my deposit and I would go with another company. She responded that they had called me two times and rescheduled with me. Complete lies. This is by far the worst costumer service experience I have ever dealt with...and at a cost of $1200!!!! Beware. Call someone else. Im not sure who is posting great reviews of them on here...but they seem suspect. FYI, I do not typically write negative reviews but want others to avoid going through the same BS that Ive gone through. See below for text message transcripts.

This company is amazing. I tried to program a new remote on a 15 year old opener in our new home myself and the motor started smoking and the door froze half way up. Call in the morning and the gave me n appointment for that afternoon. They showed up right on time and was very thorough in explaining all the options. We went with A new motor and the silent package. He had everything on the truck and install everything in less than 2 hours. I had no idea a garage door could be so smooth and quiet. Will never use another garage door company!

I do not reccomend using this company. They have poor customer service, once they come out and do the work its extremely hard to get them back out afterwards. I called on Monday for someone to come out and nothing was done. I called Tuesday they told me a technician would call and nothing, Wednesday I called and they told me We have someone scheduled for you to come out Friday @ 8am. Here it is Friday 10 Am no ones answering their phone. Do not use this company, this company is not better business bureau accredited. They have a D rating by the BBB due to the exact reason for one star rating failure to respond.

Quick Services, Honest- I called and mentioned that one of the metal cables was hanging. The door was still working but I needed someone to come out. They told me the possibilities of what it could be and a range of how much it would be to fix. They applied the initial fee to come out towards the service and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. They also worked around my work schedule and came out same day! Price was reasonable. The tech even explained to me the life expectancy of the door opener for both of my garage doors and roughly how much it would be when I needed to replace them so I could know for the future. Overall quick service, courteous technician and I would call them again if I ever had a problem.
