Brian Flower was fantastic. I received a call 30m prior to his arrival, which was right in the window of time I was given. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issues, and worked out a few plans of action. We talked, decided, and he went to work. No issues at all. And he was handsome. So handsome.

Had a broken spring. Anthony replaced both springs and gave the door a good inspection and lubrication. He also gave me some good pointers for preventive maintenance on the door. The cost was higher than I expected. I did not check prices with anyone else, nor did I get a formal estimate from them before the job. I usually do for jobs like this but did not this time for whatever reason. All things said, it was good quality work and parts, so a good job done. He also took necessary precautions for Covid, which is a good thing these days. Thank you!

Precision was very helpful while installing garage doors on our new home. From the appraisal process to the completion of the install the employees were helpful and informative. Specifically, Anthony who was a pleasure to work with, he had finished installing the motors on the doors when I noticed they were the wrong ones, he removed the motors and installed the new ones. He was working from 10am til 9pm. He was patient and when done he made sure we knew how to use all of the garage door features. Had a great experience working with Anthony! As a new and first-time home buyer I knew something was wrong when my garage door wasn’t sealing properly but when it went from a small 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door to a 3 inch gap it was time to call in the pros. Great job on the repair! While we had to reschedule due to other jobs running long the first time, it was only a couple of days. Anthony was more than willing to come out still, but I had other plans and couldn’t. Job was done and it was done well. Have patience because some repair jobs (like mine) may take longer because of the attention to detail and care they put into making sure the problems are fixed and the customers are happy. I called for garage door repair today at 2pm. I regret not getting the name of the young lady I spoke with because my extremely pleasant experience began with her. She gave me an appointment window of 4 - 8 pm (TODAY)!! and told me the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Brian, the technician, called me at 3:30 and told me he was 30 minutes out. At 4pm, Brian arrived. A very pleasant young man, he explained to me just what my challenge was. He also explained all my options along with prices. Upon my decision, Brian told me it would take a couple of hours or so before starting to get things done.
