I have known the Padgett’s for many years and have had to call on them a couple of times for my house and my father-in-law’s house. They were fast, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond when a previous installer put the door in wrong and didn’t have the safety wires in place. The doors worked beautifully afterwards and we didn’t have to worry about a spring causing damage to our belongings or ourselves! The opener they put in is still working like a champ and is super quiet. The remote works from farther down the drive which is awesome as the last one wouldn’t open unless I was right on the door. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them. You won’t find a nicer or more hard working team.

My husband and I havent been able to use our garage door since March. There is a horrible jarring noise when the door goes up, and then it gets stuck halfway through the process. The door is able to go down fine remotely, but nothing can be done going up. The door will also work fine manually. One call to Casey fixed our entire problem.
