Courtney, the property manager, has been amazing! She was always available for questions and made the process seamless and simple. The facility is secure and clean. The staff is friendly. Centrally located. What’s not to love?

Steven and his partner were great. They were able to help me empty out my apartment and move my things into storage. The attitudes were cheerful and they enjoyed their job. They were hard workers and finished the job early. The only issue was that the lady who scheduled the pickup said that they would box the rest of my things. Turns out that a separate appointment has to be made for that. Maybe she needs to actually communicate with the loaders more often. I would recommend two guys and a truck to my friends and will definitely use them again. Thank you guys for your cheerful and caring nature.

I initially gave this location five stars because the manager Courtney was amazing and I liked the cleanliness of the location and what I thought at the time was a safe and secure area. However, one Friday night around 9:30 I was adding more of my belongings and organizing my temperature controlled storage space (inside) when I was approached by a police officer wearing a bullet proof vest about larceny as he said there was a lot of it going on in the area which I was totally unaware of and surprised because I thought the facility was safe and decent but I am a fairly new tenant and I’ve only been with this location just about three months. I felt so uncomfortable I locked my unit up and left. The police officer was waiting outside the gate in his car and followed me off the property. I spoke with Courtney about my experience and she was empathetic, professional, and positive. Her resolution was providing me with a copy of my leasing agreement where if a police officer is on the property again I can provide proof that I’m a tenant.

If I could rate a zero I would!!! DO NOT use this facility!! I know two people that within the last 10 days have discovered theft of their property. The first was an actual climate controlled unit where their lock had been removed and over 15k of their possessions were taken and a different lock was put on the unit door. The second person was storing a camper. When they went to get it to use for the weekend they discovered that the converter was cut out of the engine. This is a part worth over 2 1/2k.Theres an obvious issue at this facility. When the person I know with the unit contacted the police they were told that there have been other recent incidents at this location.DO NOT use this facility due to lack of care from staff for security and dont rely on the cameras .

I had a very unique situation. I am from out of town, but purchased a vacation rental in Savannah. Due to work being done on the floor of my home, and a time dependent delivery of a full set of kitchen cabinets, I needed a short term solution. Morningstar was the perfect solution. The use of their truck for my contractor to get the cabinets to my home when the floor was finished coupled with the competitive pricing, and the wonderful customer service by The manager Courtney Johnson and Omar was a real lifesaver. I look forward to using them in the future.

Given 1 star, Since Oct 2019 had 2 price increase. This last time the increase was $100. So Im done getting out by Sept. Thats RidiculousUpdate: as of August 29 2021. Unit cleaned out. No one on site to turn back over and inspect.

Courtney was very helpful! She made the whole process easy and was very pleasant to deal with. She even greeted me at my locker and showed me how it worked with a cold bottle of water! Highly recommend!!

Pleasant experience. Courtney has made my transition from the beginning to the end so easy and simple that a monkey could basically come in and reserve a unit. Lol, all jokes aside I love her professionalism, her enthusiasm, and her knowledge of the business. I was in a tight spot and needed a place to store my travel trailer for four nights until a spot opened in the surrounding area camp grounds. They found space for my camper. The lady that helped me was friendly and understanding, she gave me a great rate and also a military discount. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I have been a tenant here for approximately 3 months, so far I love it and I love the ladies that work in the office. They are so nice and accommodating, even for last minute issues, they helped as much as they could. The unit was clean and I havent had any issues at all. I would most definitely recommend anyone I know to use them!

More than pleased. I was renting space from a location in Richmond Hill at a premium, yet they lacked many of the amenities and services that Morningstar extends. Not only is Morningstar less expensive, they also offer so much more for the price.

Courtney was so helpful she let my sister come do all the paperwork and initial setup I was able to do it all from my phone and I wasnt able to locate my cylinder lock and left the state all it took was a simple text message and she put a lock on my unit for me Ive been with this facility for less than 48 hours and already know ill be here for a long time to come....

Kathy and Toni were great! Within minutes, was able to get a storage unit that fit my needs. On my return trip, Toni assisted me with getting a moving truck and I moved all my items in just a couple hours. Highly recommend Morningstar!

Morningstar got my attention when I was told that a panel truck would be made available at no charge. Then Toni wrote it up and a few days later Cathy delivered. Both are professional at what they do and I cant imagine anyone doing better. Good job.

This storage site has an on site trash can, music in the temperature control unit hallway, a hand cart to help haul from vehicle to storage unit, on site restrooms (only open when the office is open) and fairly wide aisles! Of the places we have had experiences for storage this place is pretty great! They are kind and helpful here as well! We found a little helper on our cart ^_^

This is my second time using the Devon Self Storage facilities and I am very pleased. I reserved my unit online and received a call from Ms. Judy explaining what needed to be paid for and completed. She was able to give me a good estimate of all the initial costs and I did not feel blindsided by any fees. The facilities are very clean and the environment feels safe. My items were not messed with or stolen throughout my time of use. I would recommend these services and would definitely use them again if necessary.

We were passing through Savannah recently on our way to Florida with our brand new boat. Concerned for the security of the boat in a motel parking lot, we opted to rent a space at Devon Self Storage. Mary could not have been nicer or more helpful. She is very professional and has great customer relations skills; she obviously loves her job. We really appreciated Marys efforts, and the fact that Devon Self Storage offers a veterans discount. The facility is clean and well kept, well managed, and we will return and use Devon Self Storage on our trip home.

We needed a place to store our rv until we took it to Florida. The location and layout were just what we were looking for and the manager went out of her way to be sure we were pleased with the site. She made sure all questions were answered and we feel we will use this facility again. The price was very reasonable. The cleanliness and security of the facility were very good.

This is an excellent storage facility, Mary really knows her job, she takes time to understand the customer needs and then provides recommendations. If shes not the manager of this facility she should be because shes very professional and provides excellent customer service. This was a very easy decision for me to make after talking to her. I didnt even check any other facilities because of her professionalism and facility knowledge.

Staff was very kind and helpful and greeted us right when we walked in the door. We got a very good deal and the employee walked us through the facility and showed us how to work the gate. Our starage unit was very clean, in fact the whole facility is super clean, the cleanest storage facility i have seen and this is the 3rd we have seen in the past few weeks. Past management was AMAZING!New management was sending me invoices even after I gave a move-out notice, moved out, and called to notify I had moved out of my unit. Even through multiple emails, interaction with new management was less-than desirable. Called to fix the issue, manager had zero patience with me, interrupting me, and even hanging up on me when I was attempting to apologize for a misunderstanding on my part. Regional management will not own up to their own mistakes and blames everyone else, they are never at fault in their own eyes. Facilities are clean and the staff was very helpful getting settled in. I currently moved from Destin and needed a place to store my boat, and Devon Self Storage facility is in the perfect location, and the staff was very helpful.

Customer service gets 5 stars at the Ogeechee Rd. location in Savannah, Ga. Dave and Mary made the experience effortless and pleasant. Facility could use more lighting, unloading at night was a little difficult.
