This was my first time renting a storage unit. I completed my process on line. I came into the store to purchase covers for my bed and some tape. The manager Darnell personally took me to my storage unit, and explained the times I am allowed access to the property, and what I can and cannot have inside the facility, very informative very Thorough detailing everything I had questions about. I enjoyed opening up the unit to see how clean it was. I was super excited about that.Seantay ran the desk, she was fast, informative, and kind. She advised me on certain products which to buy and what will be best to suit my needs.Darnell and Seantay are the A team, they work wonderfully together. I look forward to continue working with them.

Convenient location. Very tight lot if you have a larger truck. It will take you some time to get out without causing any damage. I personally would not bring a truck larger than 16 feet in there.I have driven commercial trucks for years, and it took me an hour to squeeze a 26 foot truck through the turn to exit.The units are good sized and the price is reasonable. Aside from the issues navigating the lot, I would recommend.

Do not bother wasting your time at Life Storage. They are not forthright when it comes to their so called specials and are VERY deceitful during the sign up process. They lie about what youre truly paying for merely to charge you late fees that equal almost a full month of rent. In the end youd be better off going elsewhere and NOT dealing with the pretentious staff.
