I was doing a simple reservation to use in town. The truck wasnt ready when I arrived. At the counter, I was asked to pay a price difference of $160 from what the reservation had given me. So we cancelled the rental. Several days later, a woman from the store leaves a voicemail saying that I rented the truck and that they dont see the truck outside. I called and reminded them that I never rented their truck or even drove it! I was surprised by these issues with them because I had previously used them twice before for out of state moves.

Currently waiting for a truck still that i reserved at 9am. Got here and the truck wouldn’t start. She said Penske would bring another truck. Instead 45 mins later they send a mechanic to fix the truck. Still waiting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

We have rented a truck from this location twice. Both times the process was terrible. They cannot find out reservation and seem to not know what they are doing. 20 minutes of fumbling around before we even got keys. Customer service at its worst. Go to the UHaul down Abercorn if you want a positive experience that wont make you want to bash your head in.
