Easy to get my package taken care of. Friendliness, politeness and kindness were all part of my experience.
We have had 4 packages shipped to our home through this facility in the past 3 weeks. Of that they failed to deliver 2 of them when promised. One they lost for over a week and until I called and put a trace on it they did not find it. Turned out it had been sitting in the Savannah facility for over a week, however they never scanned it for delivery. The second package they failed to deliver was scanned 5 different times as On FedEx vehicle for delivery but they have never delivered it. This one I have also had a trace put on it but no one can tell me when it will be delivered. It has been frustrating as there is also no local number we can call to find someone locally who can help and even if we wanted to switch it to a pickup at the terminal it would take 3 days to make the switch in the FedEx system.
I was very impressed with the associates professionalism, knowledge and courtesy in assisting me. I recommend using this location. It isnt fancy but its absolutely phenominal in service. Marie BarnardGod bless 🙌
Every time I have a package go through this center, it sits at this facility for weeks, or it gets lost on the truck on the way from this facility and never delivered. I live 20 MINUTES FROM IT. “Unexpected delay,” “unexpected error,” “lost in transit,” etc., and FedEx can’t ever tell me why. I don’t have this issue with any other carrier. I don’t know what’s going on at this center, but I’m glad I’m moving soon and won’t have to deal with it.
My package arrived at this facility and has been sitting there for days! Not sure what’s going on but FedEx needs to do better. Very disappointed….
Terrible company driver claimed they tried to deliver package but didn’t show up called customer service but they didn’t do anything about it.
They pick and choose if they will do pick ups. No rhyme or reason for if they choose to pick up or not. And good luck ever being able to talk to a local dispatcher to find out why a package wasnt picked up. You are way better off going to a competitor.
Why don’t y’all have a contact number that doesn’t send me to a general customer service rep for all of Fedex ? I have been told on my tracking that my package will arrive yesterday and never came. Same thing again today. It says it’s been loaded on the truck ready to go both days. The customer service rep claims that it was taken off the truck and delayed both days but he can’t give me an exact reason why.. To me that is very deceiving and poor service. I would really like to get into contact with someone about this and get some clarity because this is very backwards. I have never had an issue before this and just can’t possibly think of why you would put it on the truck and take it off two days in a row.

This is day 2 of not receiving my package in time. I am expecting them to come later when Im home and is able to sign for the package but everyday the time was different and not around 8 pm at all but before 12 when I am gone. How do you expect me to receive my package.. then it says to drive to this place after 7 from Hinesville really. No wonder you all have low ratings.***3rd time went I was able to get my package because he came later. Thank you.
Very professional. everytime I have to use this specific location Im usually the one in a rush, inconvenienced due to a lazy EXPRESS driver that continuously fails to deliver.I work for the largest airplane/satellite/defense company in the world, and I have never had to due someone elses job more then this 1 driver. Pickup and drop off, I would, passed tence due to I leave Savannah in 3 days, drive my own outgoing shipments because of his work etthics.Thank god this location is open so late.
The guy at the counter was polite and very patient with me! My father just passed and I had paperwork to send off . He helped me get my scattered brain together and put everything in place!! Just perfect!! And, I had left my folder with some paperwork on counter and he brought it out and said you forgot this. Couldnt have had a better experience!!! Unfortunately, I dont remember his name 😔

Could not scan their own return label fro my phonr! Went to two different locations. Inexcusable. UPS had no problem doing this. Customet service definitely lacking company knowledge and just general know how. Big waste of time..Use UPS!!
0 star review actually. Had an out for delivery package expected 3 days ago and no delivery or any updates, etc. Called FedEx 4 times with no new updates posted. Said they put a trace on the item yet Ive received no new information. Isnt it standard procedure for FedEx to track and trace an item? yet nobody knows where the item is. Unbelievable
Fed Ex driver made a wrong turn into a secured facility instead making him back up into traffic I let him enter and turn around even after being ride and refusing to give me his information .Said his first name was T and last name H refused to give me his drivers license .His tag number was Indiana 2320568 trailer number 72603 .I could have refused entrance but for safety reasons I didnt.
Driver in my Savannah neighborhood parked DIAGONALLY on a neighborhood road blocking anyone from driving past while he walked package to the door. Told him he couldnt park like that and he said Yeah, Yeah... and SLOWLY walked package to the door.License Plate# ETL960
Dropped my packages off in time for overnight delivery but they were not sent out for overnight deliver. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with FedEx
Fedex in 51 nicholson dr is Better than ups Pooler and shipper. Ups mess up my delivery day, i pay for 2 day they delivery my package a week later. Manager dint care, so employees will not either. Horrible experience with ups Pooler.

Today, I was told by two different customer service rep my package was on the truck and should be delivered today. I call back a 3rd time, to hear that the center is closed and your package will not be delivered until Tuesday, as we dont delivery to residences on Monday. All three reps requested for me to do a survey, the first two lied to receive a good rating. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!!

This location cannot print labels. Go to another location if you need to print labels. I would also coach employees on the importance of wearing a mask

The experience inside was 5 stars. However, getting there was 1 star. The address didnt work well with GPS. It led to a spot on Nicholson Dr. from which you couldnt see the entrance, which is on a different street from the address. The were no signs of FedEx at the logical turn off point and its hard to see the building.

The driver parked in front of my house for 5 min and then left without even getting out of the truck, while I watched and waited for them to bring it to the door. Then later online it said customer was not available. I watched you, you lying SOB!
FedEx doesnt even deserve one star, as Im so fed up with this company. We just moved into a home built over a decade ago, so Im pretty sure were not the first people to have packages delivered. Every single other delivery service can find my house, even pizza delivery drivers at night. FedEx drivers consistently deliver our packages to the wrong house, despite the fact that Ive posted a sign with an arrow that our house number is the house in back. What kind of people are you guys hiring that they dont pay attention?! I just found out that a package was delivered yesterday, a $300 monitor, to the wrong house!!! I wasnt expecting it until today, so I didnt check on its status until now. How irresponsible of FedEx to not care about how they carry out their service. Not only have I filed missing package complaints, with absolutely no carry-through from FedEx, Ive called and spoken with CS reps who can do nothing but apologize. What a disappointment of a company.

Service can be a little slow since they usually only have one counter person. But they always have supplies well stocked and they are open really late for a shipping place.

Sent me to 5 different Fed ex places to print label and return dead computer. Not one of them would print the label so I have a brand new defective computer that no Fed ex will print label for returning. Computer dead..no way to print!

Absolutely the worst shipping and receiving company Ive ever dealt with, My time frame for my delivery was ignored driver arrives early the never returns with my package for sign on delivery. I call 1800gofedex, the person(William) lies to me o ver the phone when I asked if I could meet the driver while nearby, or have the driver call me, he then tells me that he cant because the driver is already heading back to the hub, and that I should meet him there over 54min. away from were I live. I proceed to the hub only to discover he (the driver) is still in route and the dont know exactly were he was at the moment. I waited for 57min. Only for another delivery driver to show up and hand me my package... .. . . What a joke!!!

FedEx was supposed to deliver my package. 1st day a doortag was left. So I called and asked can the driver meet me to pick up my package. The customer service rep was very rude. Then when I asked him can he send it to the nearest Walgreens, he stated he will but then quickly told me to just sign the doortag for the next just in case Im not home. The 2nd day I was at home for hours waiting for the driver to arrive. At 1944 I received a text from Amazon saying my package was delivered. Went outside too see if it was on the stairs...nothing but the same doortag from the day before. The driver enter it into the system as delivered to an address not mines. When I went to that address the nice couple inform me that FedEx always drop random packages off at their house even when the numbers are on the package. Yet I checked all around their yard and no package. When I called FedEx I was on hold so long my phone hungup! The driver have lost my package that are kids Christmas gift and they acted like I inconvenience them. Will not be using FedEx in the near future because this is crazy!
Jimmy the Manager is top notch. I had an issue with a delivery that was a pretty big inconvenience and he understood, apologized and let me know exactly what his plan for dealing with it was. Wish it hadnt happened but I appreciate professionalism and courtesy when dealing with an upset customer. Sad contrast to what I got from FedEx national customer service line. If I had a UPS store Id be getting Jimmys resume right now.

I completely agree with the review written by R Murphy a month ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the FedEx delivery guy. The last several shipments to our home were reported as Undeliverable and the latest was returned to Sender without any attempt to contact us. Everyone else UPS, Amazon, freight companies, etc can find us without a problem. I have been to the 51 Nicholson Dr. Ship Center so many times that I know the guy at the counter. The latest shipmet was important and will now delay business matters. I am working with the Sender to be sure they do not use FedEx when they ship.
If I could give this FEDEX location negative stars I sure would.Expecting a package, however, my wife would receive it since I am out of town. On delivery instructions (online) she and I both left specific instructions for the package to be delivered after 7:00 PM since she is at work. Seems like to be spiteful they delivered the same package earlier and earlier in the day for three days.I would never recommend FEDEX, especially this FEDEX location. I will tell everyone to use UPS or DHL if possible, perhaps even the USPS.

Are you kidding me?Package was overnighted to arrive on Friday.As is usual for Fedex....no package on Friday.I called to inquire if they would be delivering Saturday.You guessed it, supposedly I will have it sometime on Monday.So if you overnight a package, expect to have it delivered 4 or 5 days later if at all.
I needed to sign for a package that couldnt be left at home. The facility was easy to find and the staff was very helpful.
Rudeness is their #1 job. Very poor customer service. Came in to ship a lot boxes and the representative told us they don’t take that many that we needed to schedule a pick up and we will be charge for that. We told them they were already prepay and we didn’t want to pay for a pick up. Representative very annoyed gave us a flat cart to load all 29 boxes. Waited until we almost done loading to come outside and tell us boxes were ground and they don’t take ground. Then he went inside and starting talking to the other employees about us and pointing to our direction.
It is really in the cut and if you are unaware of the location you will miss it. Never really too much of a wait. And staff is friendly and fast

This is a company that clearly cares little about its customers. In my case, they left a door tag stating that my package will be available for pick up at 7pm. They close at 8pm and the package still isnt there. The clerk at the front said, stuff happens and how do I know that he didnt get more packages to deliver. He seemed confused that I would even be irritated by the situation. Fedex and its employees clearly have no understanding that peoples time is valuable and that if you guarantee a package will be ready by 7pm, it should be ready by 7pm. I called Fedex and after finally getting through the automated system, I got to speak with a customer service representative. That representative stated that he would send me over to someone to file a complaint. I was then put on hold for 20 minutes and forgotten about. Read the reviews. These people do not care about their customers and it will take a serious boycott to make anything happen.

I was expecting a package to be delivered today 9/22/2016 because nobody was able to be at home yesterday. I call back to my home to see if the package was delivered and it hasnt been. I look online according to the fedex driver who has my package they attempted to deliver my package at 9:23 this morning. I called back to my home and they said didnt nobody come to this apartment from FedEx. I called the FedEx company and told the lady what had happened she said an second attempt will be made today. It shouldnt even take all that for someone to do whats right when it comes to delivering peoples packages😡

As a location, this FedEx is near impossible to find, even with GPS. The staff is lackadaisical and unhelpful, although their bored demeanor masks any hostilities. Honestly, the only good thing I can say about them is they didnt take long to get my package from the back.As a service, FedEx is way behind UPS, and after this recent experience it even seems a few pegs down from USPS. Drivers are so rushed this one didnt even seem bothered to knock or ring the doorbell. I heard him pull up, but when I came down (once again, without a knock or doorbell) he was already gone, replaced by one of their door tags.Seriously hope service gets better on all accounts. Really hard to get my packages when only one of the three services actually does their job.
Will never use fedex again. We had an order shipped from Hawaii that was supposed to be delivered today. Got a call from the center stating the address was undeliverable. The driver was right down the rd., gave the center the directions and he stated the driver was on his way. Driver never showed up. I called to see what the problem was and they opened up a help ticket. My mom called and they told her the package was back out for delivery. Here we are hours later, the center is closed, no delivery, and there wont be one until Tuesday because of the holiday. All the frozen food will be spoiled. Funny thing is we have a neighbor that gets Fedex deliveries twice a week...how can they not find the address!

Have you ever called the 1-800 number and tried to talk to someone?? Stupid automation that cannot do anything for you, nor get you to a human! I tried for 15 minutes to let them know they delivered an overnight letter to me that WAS NOT MINE (they delivered to wrong address)... I just threw it away...they can figure it out with their probably pissed off customer...
Ridiculous, they said my package was undeliverable. I called them and they said they didn’t know why it couldn’t be delivered. So I asked if I could just pick it up. Apparently it would take 2 more days if I did that even though it’s in their store. So now I have to waste another day at home waiting because they don’t have a time frame either...
If i could give 0 stars i would! This office deliverered my package to the wrong address. I was home and no attempt was made. Then a neighbor tells me they received a door tag with a package that was sent and when they put in the door tag number they assumed it was from me since it was sent from PR. The address they tried to deliverered it to was two door down... how do you deliver something to the wrong address! Pay attention driver !!
Inconsistent service and poor customer service degrade this brand locally. Ive lost count of how many issues weve had with deliveries and drivers. Management is inconsistent; some help resolve the issue while others make unreasonable demands. Weve dropped use of this service all together with my organization and switched to UPS.

These people are horrible. Ive been home all day and no one knocked. and then i tried to get them to come back in the same day and they said they would call back in 2 hrs byt no one called . Theses people are disgusting dont waste your time unless you want to be upset and disappointed.
Had a class at 9am on Tuesday and needed supplies, so we ordered supplies on Thursday, to ship Friday within 1 day delivery zone for the origination hub. The driver had it on his truck to deliver, but never came. At the end of the day after 5:30 the driver scanned it as undeliverable....OMG, we had to cancel the class for thier laziness

I chose FedEx thinking they would be better than USPS and UPS. Wrong, my $1500 dollar radio was deliverd according to the tracking system. It wasnt, at least not to the right address. So far I have gotten three contradictory responses on the problem, and now told it might take 48 hrs to get a response from the driver. The system is so poor that even obvious things are not handled, for example, you have to enter your tracking number to speak to an agent. When you eventually speak to one, the first thing he asks for is your tracking number. Go figure.

I have been waiting for a package for 10 days so far and they said it was dropped off... so i call them back and if they dont wanna deal with it they hang up over and over again... worst service i have ever had and if there was a spot for negative stars i would pick that.....

I received an email stating my package was ready for pick up. I took off from work, went up to the office only to find out that my package was still in a shipping container and would not be ready until the following day. Not sure where the disconnect in communication happened but it needs improvement.

I was told that my overnight package could be picked up on the phone. When I arrived, they said it was on a conveyor belt with hundreds of packages and that I had to wait 4 days to get it delivered.
