Brought my phone there a few weeks ago for a screen replacement. The replacement went well, but there were some problems with my phone afterwards that really affected it. Things happen, that is part of life and doing business. He stuck with it and made everything right. Absolutely would use again.

My daughter had cracked the screen on her iPad mini, and had seen a place in Colonie Center that offered repairs starting at $120. As we live in Scotia, I asked if there was anything similar closer to us, and FixMaster came up on a quick search with a $100 screen repair advertised price.We were told when we dropped the iPad off that it would indeed be $100 for the repair, and that it would only take about an hour (ended up being less time). I honestly was surprised that this wasnt more expensive, and it certainly doesnt seem to be of any lower quality than the original screen.
