Best cell phone place

I never visited the cricket wireless I happen to be in a parking lot near it thank you Google for spying on me.Theres nowhere to respond to the owner of the cricket store most of the people that I know that have cricket phones are happy with them or service from cricket.

Me and my husband went to go upgrade and man I am say these girls rock! Amazing service better than the other cricket down the street. I love coming here. Always willing to help and always respectful.The manager is very kind, sweet, respectful and very humble. Please give these girls some credit. They truly meant to work for cricket. 🙌🙌

The Manager Deissy there is so kind and patient.Me and my wife went to get some upgrades and I can say she went out and beyond. She is a true cricket employee. I wish every cricket had some one like her.Her co worker was very helpful as well. Good team work. Keep up the good work ladies.

The cute girl Juliana was very helpful and knowledgeable with my service issues. I wasnt able to receive text messages on my Cricket Icon and she assisted me with resetting the network settings. Over all great experience! Thank you!

They were great. First time Ive had good service at this location. Little bit of computer troubles so had to re-enter info a couple of times but stuff occurs, (s**t happens).So one month later I go to pay my phone bill and to ask if my phone could have a virus. The manager was awesome, taught me things I did not know about cell phones, very informative, very patient, and I went in at closing time. This store has done a 180 since the last people ran it. Service is great, employees are nice, friendly and seem happy to work there! These people deserve raises, bonuses, and free phones! Keep up the good work!!!!

Yeah. Just getting more expensive every year. Cant seem to be as helpful as they used to be and come to find out tend to lie. I was told when I went to up grade last year I was quoted the wrong price very high price. Today I was told different apologized to and told I could write to someone about the birthday discounts I wasnt offered either at the same time not getting that now either still. Hum do businesses really want our business??? I wonder...

Overrated service.....it has its good and bad like all other phones

Cricket Store at first, I had different opinion of Cricket, however since then I change to Cricket and found such a little with people, they could handle their customer s very well. The two workers at this store are very knowledgeable.

I wasnt overly impressed with the person who helped me. Ill have to return as she didnt program my phone properly or give me any instructions. I do like Crickets cell service, and low price of $30 a month.
