This store is absolutely awesome! The employees there are very knowledgeable & are extremely helpful. The young lady made sure as a customer, my needs were met, she goes above & beyond every single time, & treats all of her customers with the upmost respect. Definitely recommend coming to this store. 10/10 !

Went to this location after learning its only right down the road from my job. I worked with the store manager Ashley and she was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with me and my 76 year old mother who was getting her first iPhone! We had a ton of questions about switching over and the different plans they had to offer and she answered each one thoroughly, putting my mind at ease. She even let us know about other features just for being a T-Mobile customer now like T-Mobile Tuesday’s and free Netflix, winner winner chicken dinner! I’ve been to other stores where I felt rushed or unappreciated but this location, Ashley and her staff really wowed me and I’m so glad we made the switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. Recommending this store to all my friends and family! It’s worth the drive

I unfortunately have to say that my visit to this location was not very good. I went in asking to have the cellular data transferred to the 2 new devices I had replaced from Apple. The lady that attended me was rude right from the start. Sarah was not interested in LISTENING to what I was informing her of the situation. She was trying to add lines to my devices after I just advised her that my devices are associated with a corporate account and I was unsure how to get the data transferred. You would think she would have been a little more willing to help after confirming our account. Instead she was reluctant stating that our account had multiple open lines and tablets. I asked well what information do you need in order to get it figured out. I provided the purchase date and again advised she compare the data plan to my third tablet which she still hadnt bothered to look at. She then said that still doesnt help they have phone numbers and they could only tell that way. She impatiently turned her screen to me to point out all the open lines we had. I clearly saw the 3 lines that were of the same date and plan. She then said we would have to have the sim cards after i already told her that these devices did not have any. She insisted on proving me wrong as if I was ignorant after telling her that I checked them b4 sending the old ones out for replacement. She then got upset because she broke a nail while trying to take the case off. She opened the slot only to find no sim and stated that she needed to put cards in. I asked why would she do that if they worked without it. She went on to say that she didnt know what sketchy things Apple was doing. I then corrected her and stated that we originally purchased the devices through T-mobile. Then said she had no idea because she has never seen that. Its sad when a customer has to be informed prior to going to get service that these representatives should already know. I find out after the fact that these devices were embedded with sims an esim which is how they were able to have the cellular data without a card. I did not leave with her saying a proper thank you for your business or anything along those lines. I definitely did not feel respected, as a loyal customer. She is in the wrong line of work, and I hope she works on getting better informed, or at the least changes her attitude in doing her job and thats servicing customers with a more willingness to help.

My husband went in to do a warranty exchange since device could not be sent to house. Rep verified phone and ordered the exchange. Came back 2 days later started the exchange. Again phone was inspected and was processed, but the wrong phone was sent. Was told they will cancel new phone that was ordered. Came in the next day, was inspected and this time the computers would not allow the exchange because of previous day. Was told again to come back in when Ashley was in. This time they stated that the screen had a chip on it and could not be exchanged anymore. I’m upset at the lack of compassion of the time it took. Each visit was over an hr of being exposed to random people with no social distancing. No apology for the amount of confusion and lack of training...very dissatisfied.

Friday night, i went into this store, it was my third store. I had broken my phone that morning before work and had to rush to find a store on my way home. Unfortunately I’m with sprint so it was a lot harder due to stock for sprint phones... i got in about 30 minutes before the store closed, and didn’t leave till about an hour after they closed. Reason being is because of the lack training given on the sprint phones and set up... regardless Jean Hancock, or Miggy helped me out, took his time, kept a good sense of humor and was very patient. It was definitely a bad and annoying situation, made good and painless but his customer service skills and i will definitely recommend this store to everyone because of him. Thank you, miggy.

I decided to head over to T-Mobile to trade in my One Plus 6T for the iPhone. I was immediately greeted once I walked in. I explained I wanted to see if Im eligible to jump to another phone such as the iPhone. The gentleman checked for me and seen that I was eligible and proceeded to do the trade-in process. He was checking for any dents, scratches, etc. Everything came back clean but the entire vibe changed once the manager approached us. She was blasting me with questions asking why am I trading it, is it stolen, she started to triple check the phone and went back to her office to make a call. I glanced at the gentleman whom was helping me and said is she always like this? Why didnt she do that with the lady next me to trading in her phone as well? He shrugged and said dont pay any mind to her. Shes very unpleasant around here. About 3 minutes pass she comes back saying everything checks out and proceeded to micromanage the entire process. At this point I couldnt help but feel racially profiled and was about to cancel the entire transaction because she was making not only me but the store associate uncomfortable. Once I received my iPhone, I went to my car to setup everything and as well watched the lady whom was trading in her phone to see if the manager would do the same exact thing and you would probably guess it. She didnt even approach her.

Seriously does no one answer the phone at this store? I am trying to get a hold of the store manager and I have literally called 8 times and it is a automated messages saying stay on hold so we can try and connect you, followed by about 30 seconds on elevator music then tells me no one if available to take your call please leave a voice mail!? what kind of business is this? does the store really operate off of a cell phone no one answers or something? I need to speak to this stores manager or what if I was calling about wanting a phone or to start service? what a joke.

My daughter went in to purchase phones on my new account we set up at a different location/over the phone and was working with an Ashley Ortiz. she had a horrible experience in this store with that sales rep! What it seems like to me was once this Ashley realized we had already activated she treated my daughter extremely poorly was acting like she was more of a problem then trying to get her phones, she made my daughter feel bad for not activating the lines at her store, told her because we didnt activate service there that we would NOT get the iphone BOGO deal which I learned later is false and I must say I am switching over from AT&T and this store experience almost made me want to cancel everything! I understand that perhaps Ashley was just upset about not getting some commission but I have not control over the way she gets paid and I chose to activate over the phone and pick up iphones in store we do NOT deserve to get treated this way! Someone needs to have a harsh development conversation with this Ashley girl she was so rude!

I will be sharing my experience far and wide, because I hope this does not happen to anyone else. We went into T-mobile a few months ago with the intention of switching carriers and obtaining service. We went through the entire process, got to check out, and was told it was going to be well over $300 in order to obtain service because of the charges up-front on their installment plan on the phones. I wasnt interested in paying that much up front, so I canceled my transaction and did not obtain service with T-mobile. Fast forward 2 months and I check my credit card state and see I have a pending charge for T-mobile, in the amount we were quoted that our monthly bill would be. I then take a look at my previous transactions and see they had charged me the month prior as well. (I had been on vacation and didnt realize the charge had incurred) I call T-mobile customer service, get a lovely man who assures me he can refund the $320 they charged me, will cancel my account, and will escalate this report up because this is technically fraudulent activity, as the workers for this location have taken my credit card information and charged it without consent, as well as opening up an account with my social security number without my consent. 4 days later I received a refund for $160, but not $320. I waited a week to see if the refund for the other $160 would come, but it did not. Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from T-mobile saying they had not received my September payment. SO - not only have they not refunded my full amount they owe me, they did not cancel the account (that I didnt even open!), and now theyre asking for more payment, which leads me to this morning. I waited on the phone for over half an hour explaining my situation AGAIN, and asking (maybe not so nicely) for my refund (there was definitely yelling, as I am beyond irritated and done at this point) only to have him basically say he cant do anything for me and needs to transfer me to someone else and then ended up losing the call all together. I am sure this doesnt happen to everyone, and maybe it was an oversight on the cancellation of the customer service guy at T-mobile who helped me that day, but this has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, time, and money, and I am extremely upset. I would not recommend this location, or this company at all to anyone.

Went in to get a phone switched out for a warranty issue. The guy took my info, got everything loaded into the system and let me know my phone was on the way and should be in soon. A few days later, went to check on phone and it never came in. Come to find out it got lost in the mail. He told me exactly what I had to do to fix. Called Tmobile directly and they got my phone to me the next day. They did everything right, somehow it got lost in the mail. Overall they did a great job.
