Amazing customer service, screen and battery reset was done in an hour! my screen looks amazing and i’m so satisfied. if you’re curious about the price, my iphone 7+ was $89 plus tax (so around $95) i personally think it’s worth it and again it was so fast! 10/10 customer service was very responsive and respectful.

The Dr. Phonez in Selma is really something else. Not only is there outstanding service, the vibe in there is just good. Good costumer service without a doubt. Never let me down when other places turn my damaged phone down. Go to place to replace my screen. Deff go talk to Luis I’m the Selma location for any assistance. My experience was great. My phone was fixed and ready fast. Other places want to keep your phone for 24 to 48 hours and you can’t get appointment for weeks. I did not experience this at dr phonez. I highly recommend dr phonez fir their good work professionalism and speed.

Great experience! Thanks for fixing my iPhone X screen! Update!! Unfortunately my screen started glitching out in the middle of me using the phone, and vertical steaks and black spots showed up. The phone is unusable most of the time and such a pain coupled with the streaks and change in color and vibrancy. I went back to Dr Phonez just now (Im in the parking lot posting this review). The associate was very polite and asked management if theres anything they could do for me as the phone is 2 months out of their 3 month warranty window. They said no and that they can repair it for the full Groupon price. I would expect a phone screen to last longer than this. Im extremely disappointed and wont be a customer here anymore. Keep this in mind when choosing a phone repair establishment! It only worked for about 5 months.

My family and I have used Dr Phonez numerous times throughout the years. They were able to repair one phone that went through the washing machine. Replace glass on another phone. Replace a battery on a phone. And every time we have bought new phones they have put our Screensavers on. We have always been pleased with their work and will continue to use them.

Terrible experience. Went in to have my phone fixed and they ended up screwing up my phone. Couldn’t make calls, listen to music and my phone wasn’t ringing. Keeps shutting off. Not to mention they placed the wrong backing. They asked me to come back 3 days in a row just to tell me they didn’t have the right parts . Do not recommend this place. Will NEVER come back. I came in to dr Phonez today because I accidentally dropped my phone and shattered my screen, Karina was nice enough to explain how the process goes, she had a great attitude and made me feel comfortable with trusting dr Phonez to repair my device. Dropped my phone at dr phonez and i was informed my phone had water in the device and would not work if mr john only put the screen i took in. Karina was very informative as to why the water damage treatment was needed after about an hour proior to receiving the call, karina informed me my phone was ready to be picked up. The absolute worst experience ever. dropped off three phones. first one, fixed and ok.. second one was a back glass and when i got it back, the ear speaker didn’t work, was told they never mess with that so not their problem, third phone has been there for months waiting on an update. i have updated my contact information, kept being told i would get a call back by the end of the day with an update... never called. had come into the store several times and keep getting the same story.. we will call you when we know what’s wrong... should have used ubreak ifix. tired to give local business a shot and i’m so sorry i did.

Took 6S in for a battery and screen protector; two batteries later cant get a 15% charge on my phone is cycling on and off. Had the phone for over 24 hrs never contacted me and when I did call was left on hold for 10 min while they looked for my information and finally gave me information for someone elses phone! I have a real question if they actually ever did anything? . Never got the screen protector even though they had 2 different times to fix it. STAY AWAY!!!

The experience I had was awful. For anyone who reads this review, the long story short is I WOULD NOT recommend this place for anyone who does not have an iPhone. My phone actually became worse with them than when I had dropped it off.I came in on Monday with a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 3. Was told that they had to order a part to repair the phone and they would contact me when it was delivered. The part would take 3-5 business days to get delivered to the store. There was no communication from them so I called in on Wednesday to see if it was delivered. It was not and was told that the supplier had not put in the order yet. Not ideal, but fine.Check in on Friday after 5 business days and was told that the part would be in the next day, Saturday, around opening time, which was 10am. Come back into the store on Saturday at 11am, was told this time that the part was coming in at 2pm. Upsetting, but fine.Come back at 2pm to drop the phone off. Finally the part had come in and was told that the repair would take about 2.5 hours so I came back at 5pm to pick up my phone. Since I just needed the screen to be replaced (the phone was still operational), I was expecting an easy resolution. INSTEAD I was told that the replacement screen was defective and they would have to order another part for my phone! So now Im without a phone, which I require for my job, my school and homework and basic communication, until Tuesday.The lack of communication and consistency that I received from them was staggering and has resulted in me being without my device for a week longer than it should have taken. DO NOT bring your phone here if it is not an iPhone.

Had a completely smashed screen on my IPhone, heard of Dr. Phonez at the Forum. The store clerk Julie was exceptional and the technician did an awesome job on the repair. I took in my IPhone SE to get repaired since it stopped turning on. I knew the problem had something to do with the battery or whatever the battery connected to on the inside. Waited over a week and called in to see what the deal was, then had to wait over 30 minutes on the phone before they actually found the thing, and I get told its unrepairable even though it CAN be repaired. The employees inside didnt look interested at all in what theyre doing. Stay clear of this location.

Went there because iPhone 6 Plus wasn’t charging so I went here to see if the port was messed up or the battery was bad and the guy that was there just took a look and took out some lint from the port and said that’s it with no charge at all...good people for looking out for customers regardless of profit or not just willingness to help. I recommend people to go there this experience alone shows they would take care of your needs large or small

I received super fast service at a competitive price. My phones were ready in a hour and a half! They also offered great discounts on accessories. Would definitely recommend them for repairs.

I was originally quoted $49.95 to replace camera lense. Go to store and was charged total $76. I questioned why more in cost & was told its 2 parts that need repairing. It will take 2-3 days but sometimes a little longer because of the Coronavirus. Could take up to 5 days. Today is day 9 & I had to call again. They had part so I take it there. End result not fixed. Repair person didnt fix correctly & now its worse than before. Told me to come back Monday. She said Sorry about that. I was told that the price is higher because I needed to pay online for discount. I wasnt advised of this and questioned what i was told originally. Reply was oh hes a new employee not fully trained.

Brian was very quick and effective on fixing my charging port. He had it done within 20min and I have no problem with charging or hearing people due to the cleaning of the port and the speakers.

15 years I have had a phone and never broke a screen. I even got through 2 babies without breaking a screen! All on my own I broke my screen over the weekend with a simple drop :-( so we swung by Dr. Phonez and they instantly took care of me! Affordable and my phone is like brand new again! I began frequenting with Dr.Phonez for repairs on my device and after several attempts of getting the device back into a worthy and operational state, I was told by most of the locations minus the thousand oaks, and stone oak locations that my device had water damage on the main circuit frame and it was not going to be able to be salvaged. Furthermore, despite Dr. Phonez being the disposable company that it is, I became aware that it does not really care for their customers because they find no importance in a disposable society. If Dr. Phonez really did care about their customers and a disposable society, they would have bought back their parts when my device was condemned as not salvageable. I was basically left with an inoperable device with new Dr.Phonez parts. It seems as though they have many accessories and logistical avenues available and Im looking forward to see how this company continues to develop entering its near decade.

Great store! They quickly process and repair the phone. I have been there twice for cracked screens on iPhones, and the phones loo and work like new. Esther, the receptionist, was more than knowledgeable and friendly. First time Ive done this but had to prepay 200 for my screen. After almost 2 weeks no call, I called to see when it would be in. Got attitude and was told it was there. Went in to find out it actually wasnt. Reordered the screen and was told Id get tempered glass because of the hassle. Didnt get the glass and presto my new screen broke after 2 weeks from being in my pocket. No trama just regular usage. Then went back in and asked if it was under warranty. They said they could fix it for ....wait for it...... 200. Never use them again.

I’ve been here multiple times, and each visit Dr. Phonez has satisfied my needs. With decent prices and reasonable repair time, Dr. Phonez has quickly become my go-to phone repair service.

If I could give zero stars I would ... So initially I went in on a Saturday to the store walked in no one was upfront and you could see employees walking back in forth in the back but never acknowledged us so i waited for about 5 minutes and decided to leave. Then Thursday I decided to give them another chance so I called to talk to someone prior to coming in and the guy who picked up immediately place me on hold I was on hold for over 15 minutes so I decided to hang up and call back then a lady picks up and helps me immediate I told her he put me on hold for over 15 minutes and then she told me well ok I can help you now no sorry or anything. I would not recommend at all based on the service I received all 3 times.

Love this place. First time ever dropping and damaging my phone. I went to a small business near my home. They charged me $45 for the screen repair. ..but you know what they say. You pay for what you get. The repair failed. They did a very crappy job that took 24hrs. Dr. Phonez repaired the phone and restored it as new in an hour. I dont care about traveling 30 miles just to have them take care of me.....absolutely glad i came here! You guys rock! Thank you for making a sour experience a better situation!
