This is a fun place to visit, but the warrant that its more or less just a good will or a thrift store with a better gimic. I appreciate that its all for a good cause and results in the recycling of lots of unclaimed baggage. Also unlike many thrift stores they do guarantee that theyve washed all the clothes that theyre selling.Its definitely worth checking out the selection of wedding dresses that people left in their baggage. I also appreciated the giant creepy Tinkerbell the stuffed goose and the 15 ft longboard.

Great place to visit at least once but youll need to arrive early to obtain potential goods!

Place was awesome and to see the labyrinths hoggle made it even better. Got lots of killer shirts,shoes and misc things.

We love this store what an amazing idea. You absolutely have no idea what you will find. Great for electronics, name brand barely used clothing items, and occasionally just a fun off beat item.

Not worth the trip. Items in the store were only slightly less than full retail value and most belonged to someone before they were brought to the store. If youre going for a deal, dont waste the gas.

The coffee is great and the staff is friendly. The place wasnt crowded. Give them a visit.

Large? Yes, its big! Hoped for a bigger variety of products, but with the covid cutbacks no one is taking leisure trips. So basic items only. Will try again when people are packing for fun!

“T&W Unclaimed Baggage” is a bad imitation of the actual Unclaimed Baggage store just across the street.

Very big place lots of used merchandise. Prices are outrageous ! You all get stuff FREE from sombodys baggage being left behind, then try and sell it for brand new prices. Nope ! Not me thanks but no thanks. I can get just as good stuff at goodwill .

Was last here in 2015. Still awesome. Always wish we could spend all day. Next time this will be our final destination.

Love this place. I found 3 pairs of Tennis shoes and a lit more! Its a much visit place and worth the trip.

I got this place 1 star. Thetdont have anything for you to wear!! If you are bigger in size than that. They sign says womens clothes theres no womens clothes in your size so I walked out and didnt buy anything and Ill make sure that I never go back into that store

Found a nice mens dress shirt and pants for $30.

I gave it 5 stars because I have been wanting to come here since I saw it on YouTube, it was a cool experience for me and my kiddo. We went ahead and bought some jewelry grab bags for 12.49 a piece. We still need to open them n see what is in them.Nice clean place, I really thought the electronics were going to be cheaper but they were a bit pricey for being used and older models. I finally made it and saw checked off my bucket list.

Place is ok. Third time I have went and its ok. The deals are no longer deals.

This is an absolute must. What a fun experience. They also prove you silly women WAY overpack as the womens to mens clothing ratio is about 5:1

The have 2 buildings. The main building has jewerly, womens clothes and shoes and even formal attire. The 2nd building has mens clothes including casual clothes as well as suits and ties. There is another floor with a variety of suitcases, books etc. Definitely a good pit stop.

Disappointing!$15+ for a BibleBe prepared to pay dearly for anything designer. Some of the things we looked up to find they were asking more for it than if I brought it new! I will never go back, truly Disappointing. Shop local!

This is a waste of time. They do have a lot of stuff mainly clothes, jewelry, and electronics but the prices are high. Id assume pay a few more dollars and go buy it new. They used to carry musical instruments and firearms but not anymore. My wife and I went a few weeks ago and stayed maybe 5 minutes. Waste of time if youre looking for a bargain.

Interesting location with retail pricing unlike how it is advertised initially. Understand that 70% of their product comes from unclaimed baggage but these items sell for near retail if not exactly retail in most scenarios. Being a Judeo-Christian company I would think that they would refrain from overly taxing the buyers especially when the money is going to a good cause but I stand corrected. Approximately 30% of their goods are bargain bin the wholesale style items that are priced accordingly. Electronics are heavily priced and do not reflect the used nature of the items. Overall catchy place to spend some time in but mostly a tourist attraction.

Wife had a great time finding many bargains

No carts at back door had to walk all the way up front which is hard when you use a cane and people running into you. Girl at front offered to get cart for me.Good employee.

The Last Chance area in the Mens & More building is the only place I shop when I come here. Good deals on nice items. The main building is too pricey for me personally, but they have a nice selection if you are willing to pay the price.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. I learned the history of the family owned business and found it amazing. The ladies who worked in the jewelry department were especially helpful. Prices were lower than I expected, store was very organized and clean.

They used to have a little bit of everything and now it is pretty much just a overpriced used clothing store.

Great selection but pricing is not much better than just buying new or eBay. But for a fun adventure worth a look who knows you may find that one thing you never knew you needed ;-)

This a shopping experience worth the short drive to Scottsboro. Great collection of items from clothes,shoes,to housewares. I try to make this trip quarterly from Atlanta. Because it is more than worth it.

Def a fun thrift store experience....walked away with a couple of gems....but the prices on smaller items are very comparable to buying them new.

It was nice and clean had A LOT of stuff but I wouldnt go out of my way to go to it. Its far from many major cities not much else in town to do.

I rarely go wrong with this place, so much to choose from, clothes, electronics, accessories. Great discounts off original prices for new stock, love it, 35-40 minutes drive from Huntsville and well worth it.

Never know what you may find... wide range of clothing at great prices.. definitely worth checking out

Found this place on the web and decided to make a girls day trip. We drove over 3 hours to get there. I was very disappointed in the selection of clothes. Good Will items with designer prices! And the newer items they did have was over-priced!

Nice and clean, employees were very polite. Good fair prices for most things, was a bit of a drive, but it was enjoyable.

The store was clean. Upon entry they offered hand sanitizer. The restroom was very clean. The store was very well-organized. I thought the prices were somewhat high for what they have for sale. For example, a used suitcase with wheels was $89.95. Used laptops were $350 on up and most of the ones I saw had a slow processor and very little Ram. They had a leather satchel that look brand new and cost $199.95. In the shoe section there were three rows of mens shoes that were my size and I only saw three pairs of used shoes. The rest of the shoes were new. This cast serious doubt to me if this store is actually selling items from unclaimed suitcases and baggage. If a person is going to buy used items, I think if thrift store would be a much better option. I kind of felt like this was a tourist trap.

Selection does not look entirely unclaimed, could be commercial sales, too many shirts same size and color, etc. Great Starbucks coffee. No place to sit while shopping.

Very expensive. It use to be cheaper. It has become commercialized now. I can purchase shoes, clothes, and anything new for their prices now. Simply ridiculous prices!!

And like most stores youll find the common thing such as clothes, gizmos, gadgets electronic things and lots of Apple products, I was able to pick up a nice Sterling silver chain in jewelry, A great find for me, so I give them for a stars for having some things you only see come along every once in a while

We have been here before and liked it. Its amazing how big the store is and how much they have. Today it wasnt as organized but maybe they arent fully staffed yet due to restrictions from covid19. We will be back.

They used to be a great place for bargains but not anymore. They now charge just under retail for just about everything. Sad.

Unclaimed baggage: theres a good chance to find something you want, used or slightly used (sometimes new) for a low price. I cant stress how much they have.
