I use this pharmacy regularly and Ive found them to be curtious, informative and helpful I cant say enough about the staff they truely do make a undesirable arand much more enjoyable

I called I was upset because I take thyroid medicine and I was out and I called my doctor but they couldnt get me in to see the Dr. For nearly two weeks. I call my Walmart pharmacy and told him and he was so nice he looked on his computer and he said you actually have a silver lining so there is an upside he said you have a refill. Oh my I was so appreciative because I wasnt so upset with just the calmnest voice he had. I have had really good experiences with this Scottsboro pharmacy. Courtious and respectful people. I want to thank them all . I have went through several things and they made it easier to deal with getting the medicines my family needed.

Slow, too busy. Dont stock pain meds.

I called trying to get my insulin Needles and was told they wouldnt open a box for me and when i asked why the pgarmacy manager told me to shut up. And when i asked for her boss she hung up on me.

A better variety of choices. It had a self-check on BOTH sides of the store.

Absolute joke. Estimated 20 minutes and its been an hour and theyre just now telling me they cant fill the prescription fully. I came back and asked for another estimate and the cashier asked a co-worker and never responded to my question and went to help someone else.
