This is a well stocked location. The prices are consistent with other Best Buys in the Valley. I purchased a Samsung Chromebook which was normally $299. I got it Open Box for $177! It was in perfect condition. When I purchased it, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very conversational, which was enjoyable. This location had a wide variety of appliances as well as their Magnolia area which had premium audio/video equipment for sale. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing Home Appliances, Cellphones, or Electronics!
I used to always avoid Best buy and would normally shop at Frys electronics. While Best buy has a much better level of service Frys electronics had much better prices and selection. With Frys electronics closing Ive had no choice when I need something quick and local to use best buy. I would always recommend using their price matching when purchasing something. Generally you will always find something at a better price with one of their competitors. The one drawback to Best buy is there limited quantity of items. I mean specifically number and variety of each device. I understand when you have a brick and mortar store you only have so much room to display in store product, this is why I usually purchase from their website. But in the end their stores are always clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable (as much as possible it seems), and they stand behind their products with returns. For an everyday consumer looking for electronics Best buy is really your best choice. But if you dont mind doing the research and work you can find better products and better prices online but your pain for the lack of convenience.
Placed an order on their website. Was emailed when the item was ready for instore or curb side pickup. Went to store. Got assistance right away. Showed ID & pickup info. Item was brought to me. Quick & easy purchase & getting item. Also price was better than competitors & Amazon.
I had bad customer experience. I repeated my story to two different salesman. One being The Who sold me the equipment. I was told that he did not remember me. Almost 6-7 times. I get it, but my original order is still incorrect. What happened to listening and taking ownership. I walked out. And will not be back. Not that they care !!!!

I know it is a Best Buy but a staff (Matt) member in the phone department took the extra step to call us when their delivery came in on a Friday night to let us know if the phone we were looking for was on the truck. You dont get that kind of service anymore. I will make this my first choice for stores.
Went to Target to buy a chrome cast, they were sold out and they offered to ship me one, and I would get it a week later. Then I remembered Best Buy! They had plenty in stock. Glad I went.

There were a couple of Headphones in the front but the one that I saw online was not there.I walked around and found it. Bought a $4,200 wall oven last week. Scheduled an install date of first availability of Sept 17, 21.Yesterday got an email my delivery has been moved to mid October now. The biggest problem besides paying for an oven months before delivery is today they are still quoting a delivery date of September!!Sleazy bate and switch tactics wont get people to come back or keep them from canceling their $4,200 order!Lowes has same oven at the ACCURATE availability date!!
Terrible management. I purchased a TV from this location on the 8th of August. It arrived on the 11th of August. On Sept 5, the TV died and I tried returning it on Sept 7. The management said they were refusing to take it back because a) it was broken (YES, Thats why I returned it!!!) b) it looked like I abused it (I DIDNT, the backing is a cheap 3D print plastic with defective molding and c) it was my fault for not buying the warranty. The management also stated they were willing to do returns if the TV died within 2 days of ownership, not 30. Management also stated because I was past 30 days (I wasnt) they werent responsible and to take it up with the manufacturer. I then stated I would dispute the charge with the Best Buy Citi card and the management shrugged and stated that was perfectly fine with them. I am going to call corporate tomorrow and get this taken care of but the management here is extremely bad. I would not recommend purchasing any equipment here.

On May 1, 2021, I had contacted Best Buy to obtain information on how to set up the purchase and installation of a stereo receiver and speakers in my vehicle. Over a 16-minute conversation, I was able to determine the specifications of what I could purchase that was compatible with my vehicle and where I would be able to have it installed. I was advised that I needed to purchase the receiver and the speakers, but the wiring and any mounting components would be provided by Best Buy/Geek Squad at the time of my appointment. The representative I spoke to stated- several times- that she was documenting what wiring/components were going to be required for my appointment, which was scheduled for May 14, 2021. The date of this installation was crucial as the purpose of this installation was to have a Bluetooth capability for my phone to the vehicle during a long road trip that I had booked starting May 17, 2021. The only available location for this appointment was 65 miles away from where I lived. I went to the appointment, on time, only to find out from the technician that the order for the appointment had no documentation of the components that needed to be provided by Best Buy upon my arrival, which was promised multiple times on the original call would be detailed in the appointment. Therefore, Best Buy did not have the components required for the installation, specifically the mounting plate for the receiver, which is the main item I wanted to have installed (my current speakers are fine, just wanted to upgrade, but the receiver was a required upgrade for this appointment). I had requested to speak to a supervisor, who had the audacity to tell me to drive across town to purchase the part, but with the time my appointment was scheduled, they would not have the equipment installed by the end of business day and were not available over the weekend. I had explained several times to both the technician and the supervisor that I was traveling and needed this before my travels, which is why I booked the appointment 2 weeks prior. Then after explaining that, they suggested I ordered the missing piece on Amazon, which wouldn’t be delivered until the day of my travels, and I was aghast that they made that suggestion when I had just advised them that I would be traveling that day.I have been working in Customer Service for 20 years and have even been a learning coach for customer service agents, so I am aware of the rigors of a call-center environment, but am also aware of basic customer service concepts of setting appropriate and realistic expectations and delivering on promises. If I had been advised May 1st that the wiring and mounting components needed to be purchased by me, that would have been acceptable since I had 14 days to gather the items required. At the same time, since I was promised that Best Buy would be providing those components, they had the same amount of time to gather the items. Instead, this whole situation had cost me over $35 gas round trip, 6 hours of my time, and I ended up returning everything I had purchased for this endeavor. All of the above could have been avoided had the agent I spoke to on the phone set appropriate expectations and fulfilled on promises. Neither was the case.I have posted the above to multiple review sites and social media. I will no longer be a customer of Best Buy because of these issues.

If Best Buy Corporate wonders why very few auto installs are done at this store. The red bearded guy runs everyone off. I dropped $634 on a car stereo/backup camera/install and Mr. Installer tells me I need a $126 dollar harness added. Nope, I do not have steering wheel controls so the overpriced harness would wind up with 80% of the wires taped off. Your sales team had no problem selling the stereo with me providing the base harness. Also, 2 years ago you sold and installed a car stereo in a different Trailblazer with me providing the harness. Your repeat customer is now long long gone...BYE FELICIA

Johnny the car audio guy made us wait 20 minutes for our appointment made a few days before. Then refused to even look at our car specifically what we made the appointment for . Told us that we were wasting his time when we were looking at the product. We understand we’re on a tight schedule but maybe it wouldn’t be so tight if you didn’t take so long using the bathroom dude . All around if you want audio work done on your car DONT come to Best Buy. He even gave an older guy attitude when the guy just wanted help from someone . All around this guy was so rude, would never want this guy to touch my car .

I was browsing ink for my printer and a male employee walked up to ask are you doing ok over here? I responded“ I know everyone is having trouble getting the ink I need and having it in stock..... but there was no need to keep talking because he simply kept strolling along past as if I had not answered at all. Robot on autopilot? I’ll just buy the ink again from Amazon Which is Sad. I like supporting local businesses.

Super nice, listened yo my needs and concerns and pointed me in the right direction, I basically knew what I was going to get but he just assured me I was.making the right decision. He also kept me away from a tablet pen i thought would work, but was not compatible and saved me $40 and a headache in doing so. He also left his post to help me find a 24 TV I needed. Great guy! Highly recommended this store. They are also staffed properly unlike some best buys that make you get in a que line and wait hours for help.

I came in to return a pair of beats headphones that were complete TRASH. Already feeling terrible, Chris helped me with the exchange. He went above and beyond. I am so incredibly pleased with the service I received. However, he wasnt the only employee that helped me. Israel was so nice and friendly! He helped me pick out the Sony WH-1000XM3. It came with a beautiful case and it has the best sound I have ever heard! This is HANDSDOWN my favorite Best buy.

I just bought a 2000 dollar tv and the people who loaded it on my truck put it on backwards (screen down) and now it is cracked on the side. BestBuy will not exchange or return the tv. I will never be shopping here again and suggest anyone who is buying a tv to order it online because they will return it if shipping damages it. Unless BestBuy reviews their policies on returns or exchanges.

The guy that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable of the Apple products. Go, Best Buy for being open and selling Apple products and unlike the actual Apple stores here in Arizona. They had lots of stuff in stock and everything I needed, so I was very pleased. I did buy AppleCare but told if I dont use it after the two years that I can get a refund. Holding you guys to that, its on my calendar.
Probably will never shop at best buy again.First off we booked an appointment at this location and the workers are clueless on every question we asked. Every question was answered with Im not sure, maybe, maybe not, etc. As we walked around in the store we were trying to find out information on a few computers and no one approached us or even talked to us. The only worker in the vicinity sat around talking to some guy about early delivery of the newest playstation. Overall this store used to be good if you needed something with electronics, but now it is just a bunch of incompetent drones.

The security guy and the supervisor were great at helping me find what I needed. The tall skinny white guy in computers was very rude. If you cant wear a mask just ask for assistance right away and someone will come to help. The employees have the right to deny helping you and seem to be allowed to be rude without repercussion. Could have been a 5 star if that guy wasnt rude. Would have been a 1 star if it werent for the security and supervisor.

Went in with my family to search for a washer. I was very happy that there were several to choose from especially the ones with agitators. I purchased a Samsung washer a few years back and just recently started having a lot of problems with it. Avoid Samsung washers. Anywho, I love the customer service at this store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come and make purchases here for my home. They have everything except music cds. I’m kind of old school, so if you are looking for cds just order online because Best Buy no longer sells music cds in the stores. If you are also looking for newer home appliances such as a Fridge or stove, this is the place to come to. They have top quality appliances. I wanted a specific freezer and so I went online and checked this specific store to see that they have two in inventory. Got there - half hour drive - and none to be had. In fact that item never available at the store, only by shipping. Absolute waste. Good news is I found the exact same item at Walmart for exactly half the price.

WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. WARNING, please read before purchasing Best Buy warranties! Buy your electronics through Amazon or Costco. I personally have spent close to $6K with Best Buy at this specific location over the past 5 years. I put warranty on everything I buy, and this is my first time using the warranty offered by Best Buy. This is the worst client experience ever, full of zero communication, misinformation, and no clarity. I work for a Fortune 400 IT company and I manage warranty team. The incompetence is unacceptable.My Story -2017 I bought a brand new 4K Samsung 65 TV. Come 2020 the pixel are shot (picture is below). I called into Best Buy to open a warranty ticket on 10/19. It took me 50 minutes on the phone to open a simple warranty case. Warranty coverage was confirmed by the BEST BUY representative. I was informed a technician would be by on 10/22 to look at my TV. 10 MINUTES after I hung up the phone from my hour journey to open a ticket, I received a text from a random phone number telling me the scheduled technician has been pushed back to 10/26. I called the number and informed this mystery person I just got off the phone with Best Buy and my appointment is for 10/22. The gentleman who called from a (414) area code, informed me, Best Buy cant see our schedule and we cant make that date. He then asked me to text him a picture of the serial number and model number, and they will order the parts. I responded but you havent seen my TV, how do you know what parts to order? I was told they are familiar with the TV. Ummm okay.10/22 I received an automation phone call from Best Buy confirming my technician appointment for today. Wait, I thought it was moved back the 10/26? No surprise, no technician showed up. 10/26 my door bell rings and its THE TECHNICIAN. He came in, briefly looked at my TV, and said the pixel are gone. He took 2 pictures and told me my warranty team will contact me to replace the TV. He was in and out of my home in 5 minutes. I dont think he touched my TV. Im still confused why I was asked to send a picture of the serial number and model number.When I say no direction or follow-up occurred after that, Im being nice. For the next 5 days I received no communication. I tried multiple times calling the Best Buy warranty team, and repeatedly hung up on. Finally I was forced to go into the store location. I went to the Geek Squad counter, they confirmed warranty coverage for the second time, and sent me back to the Magnolia area where I originally purchased the TV. I spoke to their representative and he slid a receipt in front of me saying it doesnt show I purchased a warranty. He called his counterpart over to his computer screen and he said, its right there in the system. A tech went out, so we are just waiting on the notes from the Tech for a repair of refund. I was told the notes are usually update with 24 hours.Now its 11/4 and my case was escalated twice with no response from Best Buys warranty team or manager. I was told on multiple occasions to expect an email. I followed up with Magnolia for the latest status today. The response I received via text message was, the warranty manager doesnt see a receipt of protection on that TV, I dont think there will be anything we can do. Warranty coverage was confirmed on two occasions, and it took them 2 weeks to inform me this is going to be Best Buys stance.RECAP - So Best Buy confirmed warranty on multiple occasions, sent out a technician to MY HOUSE deemed under warranty who looked at my TV. Hours out of my day were wasted on the phone and in person trying to initiate communication updates on my case. Two weeks later Im told they dont see protection/warranty on Magnolias side from 2017.Instead of honoring my warranty and approving a refund that I would hand right back to Best Buy with an additional $1,500 to upgrade my TV, they lose my business. Not the sharpest crayons in the box. Amazon now gets my business.
Quick tip - if youre looking for higher end A/V stuff, head over to there Magnolia section. Even if the BB website says something is out of stock, Magnolia might have it as their inventory system totally separate from BB, so dont lose hope! Case in point - Best Buy site said their Sonos Move was out of stock everywhere, but then I ran into a Magnolia guy and he checked their system and they had one.
Beware if you are purchasing appliances that need to be installed on a second floor! I purchased a new washer and dryer from Best Buy on N. Hayden Rd in Scottsdale, AZ. The sales rep David S. did match a lower price received from Spencers Appliance for the same exact items. He was nice but failed to mention that their delivery crew would not deliver a washing machine if you do not have a water catch pan. Not one word was mentioned to us in the store about this and we discussed with David that our unit was upstairs. Our complex was built in the early 70s and this was not a requirement/code so we are grandfathered in. I told the delivery crew (we found out it was not a Best Buy delivery crew but a third party) that even though we are grandfathered in, we would be happy to sign a waiver releasing them and/or Best Buy from any future liability. They refused to install. We asked to speak to a manger since you are unable to call your local Best Buy store directly because of the call center phone routing they have. They will not even transfer you to the store you bought your appliances from and have to talk to an employee in a different state. The delivery crew handed me the phone once they had a manager on the phone. This third party delivery manger was the the rudest most unprofessional person I have spoken to in a very long time. He explained to me that his crew would not install the washer/dryer without this pan. He would not listed to reason or allow a waiver to be signed. He said to his crew to just leave. I was so frustrated since cancelling my appointments for the day and moving all the furniture in my unit that I asked that they just leave the appliances and I would install them myself. They refused!So, all I can say is that the sales people and the delivery crew are not on the same page. David was nice but failed to mention this pan requirement for delivery. The delivery crew was nice but they had to listen to their manager and apologized for not being able to deliver. The manger should be immediately removed from his position and that company as it gives Best Buy a black eye and the sales people need to be trained on this policy requirement.I cancelled my order and going to purchase my set from Spencers TV and Appliance...yes, I did check with them about this pan and it is NOT a requirement for them to deliver and install my new washer/dryer set. Lesson learned.
Do not shop with these guys. They sold me a brand new Netgear router which was broken out of the box. They said I need to contact Netgear, Netgear will not do anything. Best Buy will not even exchange it for a new unit. Pretty messed up guys.

The manger is very rude! This is my first time buying apple products from Bestbuy, which is disappointing. At first they sold one to me without taking their own demo off and I could start the MacBook Pro then the second one was good to start then the screen stopped working at the second time use. I took it back to ask for a return, exchange or repair, they said it’s physical damage so won’t do anything for me. We never dropped or hit the MacBook...
Its a best buy, usually has what youre looking for, nice to go in and be able to see and touch an item you may want to purchase.
Eddie is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He will show you all of your options and help you make the right decision. I got a Yamaha receiver and 2 bookshelf speakers that give me theater sounds. I would highly recommend Eddie!
Not one person offered to help me, I approached Matt, I asked him if he could assist me with something. He was so knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time with me helping pick out the right tablet for my business. He also helped me choose a new laptop which I will be buying soon. He was honest about what I was looking at (a true techie) and what would be the best thing for me and my intended use. Its not the store five stars, Im giving five stars it was the kid on the floor.

We went to buy some computer auxiliary speakers. It was a couple of hours before the store closed at 7pm when we visited. No one was around to help point where in the store these were located. We find what we were looking for and took it to the front checkout. After ringing me out he just handed me a receipt and that was it. No bag, no thanks, no nothing! We had to ask for a bag and we said thanks. I hope he didnt mind us switching roles and doing his job! 😕

HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! As a 40 year old, I worked in retail for many years as I was younger and I was taught that you should help customers with in mins walking in or at least acknowledge them. I been going to this location for many years now and each year the customer service gets worse. When I walk in typically the person at the front door never says hi, I also typically know exactly where I need to go so I go to the area that I need help in. I seem to always have to wait for along time before getting any help. As I wait I look around and typically there Are multiple spots were 3 to 5 employees are just talking and none of them are even aware/care of the customers that may need their help. However today was a bit different. Today I went in to get my iPhone fixed since I cracked the back. I also have AppleCare I wasn’t too worried, however the first representative that I spoke with told me since that I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and there non in stock so I would have to wait to have one shipped to me as it will need to be fully replace... when I told him no, I have the 11 Pro Max, he was very strict and decided to keep arguing with me telling me that I was wrong and it was a 12 Pro Max. After a few mins of arguing with that employee, the girl that I spoke with the other day came out and told him that I do have the 11 Pro Max and not the 12 and we had plenty in stock. After that, the employee that was argumentative, never even apologized to me but simply walked off. The nice girl took over and I was able to get my Pro Max 11 replaced with no issues. After that I proceeded to go over to the mobile unit to see if I could try to upgrade my phone to now the new 12 Pro Max as I was eligible for that upgrade. The employee that was at the mobile unit was very nice and helpful at first, but after finding out they didn’t have what I wanted and I was not going to upgrade my phone, he became distant and didn’t want to help me with further questions nor help me with setting up the new replaced phone I got... If this job was commission base I would understand why someone would act this way as I would not be making him any money, however they are not commission based and I was so put off by not understanding why somebody would not want to help a customer if they actually needed further assistance. At this point I was so fu*king over on how I was being treated, I decided to go back to the geek squad and ask if I can just get my old phone back and I can re give them the one they just gave me (Which by the way was not even set up yet nor have I left the store at that point) I was told by manger that my phone has already shipped back to Apple. When I called her out on her BS because I only got the replacement 5mins ago she then decided to walk away from me with out giving me any explanation. Yes at this point i said some not so nice things about that store and the lack of customers service I received. I was just so fed up with how this all was handled from the start. Honestly, I’m just really sad that this store has gone to sh*t. I been coming to this location in N. Scottsdale for many many many years and it seems like this store gets worse and worse though the years, yet other Best Buy stores around the valley excel in customer service skills and thrive in wanting to help people. I truly feel like this store just does not give two sh*ts about the people that shop there.I will be leaving this same review on all platforms...
Always have what I need. My only suggestion is more attentive staff. For the most part the employees are very friendly but I feel as though I need to seek them out for assistance.
They were supposed to hook stuff up to my tv never happened i called no good i had to drive all the way to chandler to get my money back know body could give me a answer what they did say was we have know control in that compartment but anyways waste of time because I live in casa Grande

Typical best buy. Nothing too spectacular. However, trying to ask a question a member of the team was more interested in speaking with their co-worker than helping a customer.

Hard to find help took way to long to find item becouse they moved it and staff could not find it.. took to long going threw check out. But needed a peice of hard ware no one elce had so its kinda give and take i guess. Parking was good. Did not see anyone wiping down carts and saw 1 employees with no mask on in store talking to a customer but could have been reason ?? Not going to guess. Ok store
I usually dont actually go to this particular store. However, it was the only one that had an item I needed to purchase.I was not stunned by my experience here. I tend to buy movies and am always looking for a good horror movie. I looked through the DVD BLU-RAY area and was rather displeased. The one near Paradise Valley had a much larger selection.I also am on the computer quite frequently and decided to look for peripherals for my computer. Again I was very displeased with the small selection this store had to offer.I did notice a rather large section for phones and TVs, but aside from that this store was just okay. If you need to come here for a particular item, phone, or TV then this store is acceptable. I would try to find another of your looking for a larger selection.
I asked a million questions about the new technology and the man that waited on me was very knowledgeable btw bought a tv.
This rating is an average. 4-5 stars for their personnel and in-store experience, but 1 star for their awful phone system (drops, loooooong hold times, confusing interface). Big fan of Best Buy in general but this location is poor compared to others on the phone stuff.
Some of the staff were a little rude for an order mistake the made. Those that tried...are much appreciated.
Very pleased with this store in particular. I always get great no hassle customer service. Recently I bought an Epson HC 2250 projector and I am most pleased!
They had what I needed. Very easy to find things there.
Best place to buy stuff. Easy transaction. Easy trade-ins. Easy to get help or return item. Best all around.
Great directions by Google Maps. This was a really nice Best Buy!! They had all the camera equipment anyone could possibly want. Had everything I needed.
Always good prices and helpful when you finally get an associate to help out. They always seemed short staffed but with a lot of people hanging around. We typically go in having an idea of what we want .... never in and out. 🤷♀️
They had what I needed in stock. These days thats all I really care about. But the employees did their jobs competently.
