Dale at Van Collision was friendly and attentive. He personally got involved with helping throughout the entire repair process on my vehicle even though he runs the place and probably had better things to do. I have had to take a few cars in for repair and use Vans, they always kept in contact with my insurance and rental car during the whole process. when I picked my car up it was all detailed and like brand new again!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with. Body shop. After 15,000 dollars my 2021 GMC Canyon was in an accident I wanted my vehicle fixed right 10,000 miles still drove perfect after the collision after having it repaired the truck makes noises that it never made even after the accident; I drove it for months. I had to take the truck back immediately after it was returned because the paint work was defective on every single panel the touched. They didn’t bother painting or doing repairs inside the bed where the back panel was replaced, they left bare metal exposed to rust and corrode on a new vehicle! 3rd return for the noises I’m told that all GMC trucks make this noise off the lot. I can hardly stand to drive it anymore the manager won’t return my phone calls it’s still under warranty but it can’t be fixed because van collision thinks GMC vehicles are such junk that rattling and clunking in the front end is factory new condition. I usually review to support businesses I will do everything I can to divert business from this entire operation, go anywhere else please do yourself a favor. This is a high dollar dealership that does poor work. They have great customer service to smile and distract you in the front while they do poor work and then ignore you after you sign the paperwork. Look over your vehicle carefully and contact better busines and get ahold of corporate GMC who will be interested in the view they hold of the product . I found out also GMC is owned bya Chinese auto glass manufacturer, bought out years back it only appears to be a knock off. Maybe the noises are factory but they didn’t exist before the accident after the accident only after they let a blind technician

Greetings to all, to make things simple with me, I have not always had the best experience with body shops, so when I decided to take my car here, I was very upfront with Mark(he handles State Farm), and he understood and agreed with everything I told him. I couldnt have been happier with taking my car to them, the communication was fantastic, the amount of time that it was in the shop was minimal, and the overall quality in my opinion is better than factory. I did have one issue with my rim having to be reconditioned, and it came back not matching, but they were quick to recognize it and replace it with a new one. The paint quality is like I said better than factory, I used to be able to see the differences in paint color on my factory paint, (bumper which is plastic, to the hood which is aluminium) and now I cant tell a difference at all.I will happily refer Mark and Van Collision to anyone that needs their car attended to.I also did not know that they are a recommended shop for State Farm.

I have taken my car here before, and the repairs were flawless. I have a 08 civic Si that needed body work. While the repair was done and my car returned 1 week after it was promised. I get the car home and I noticed a nice new crack in my carbon fiber hood. Im not the kind of person that tries to get free stuff, I pay my own way every step. Their reply was..... we didnt do it, we didnt even go under the hood, how could we have possibly done that.... and so on. BUT, the best they can offer is a $100 gift card? for what? If they didnt do it, why offer the gift card? Now I have a cracked carbon fiber hood and I have to come out of pocket $800 to replace it. I will definitely not be recommending or returning!!!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brian Smith at Van Collision. I was rear ended by a person with the worst insurance company Ive ever had to deal with (Root Insurance).There was quite a but of back and forth with Root, Brian and Myself during the almost 2 month long process of getting the approval for repairs. Brian took the bull by the horns early on in the process, stayed persistent and prevailed! He also handled my rental car with Enterprise which is conveniently located on site.My vehicle repair work was performed flawlessly and was detailed when I picked it up.Ill never hesitate going back to Van Collision in the future for any body work repairs.Thank You!!!!
Frank did a great job repairing my truck. He took the time to give me updates and saw to every detail. I feel he really did care about the service he provided and it truly shows. He even washed my truck and cleaned the inside!!! So, if you have to choose a collision shop (hopefully you never do), I would recommend Vans Collision Center in Scottsdale!

I have used Van Collision in the past and have been very pleased, there is no question they do good work. However, I received a quote a few weeks ago and thought they were very heavy handed on their labor estimate. I got another quote from Gerber Collision and it was 33% lower, which did support my suspicion. I had the work done and the results were excellent.
These guys area great! Theyre professional and helped me get back in my truck quickly. When I was rear ended and needed repairs I was nervous about how long the process would take and the possible hassle of dealing with all of this. The entire staff made the process painless and I couldnt have left happier, thank you!
I purchased a car at this dealership. The salesman (Jonathan) was great. I felt like he was helpful and honest and made the experience as painless as possible. I cant say the same for Bob in Finance. He started out really nice, but the second we decided to finance through the bank he turned into a real jerk. He suddenly no longer wanted to answer any of our questions and actually walked away from me at one point. I felt he was incredibly rude.

Enterprise Rental Car is located here. Ford uses them when your car is having repairs. Awesome staff.
I had an Infiniti repaired here and was really impressed with their quality communication. I called in several times, spoke with Taylor and he knew everything off the top of his head in a moments notice. He was very on top of things. And the repairs were very quality. Definitely recommend.
I went to Van Collision and got an estimate for a new grill on my car. I received the estimate and said to go ahead with ordering the grill. I am paying this out of pocket, no insurance.Vans called and said the part was in....great news right....I took my car over to have the grill installed, gave my keys to Kyle who did the estimate and he said it would be an hour.After the grill was installed he said the grill was more money...$300 more money. I said you have to be kidding me. You had two opportunities to tell me the estimate was higher before the grill was installed.I would never, never use this place....they lied and over charged. A true disgrace.
Do not go here ! Worst customer service I have ever had ! A four and half hour quote from their shop took 4 weeks ! Eveyweek I had to call and check on my own repairs and of course every time it was another week . They didn’t follow the correct procedures with my Insurance company for additional repairs. Had to rent a car for 4 weeks was told they would cover my rental while until repairs are complete . Once my car was finally done I came in to pick up only to find out they will only cover one weeks worth of rental . Go somewhere else this place is a joke

We do several services for Van Collision. Always a pleasure to deal with, even when things are difficult.
So my 2011 Chevy Silverado was having a hood replaced by Van Collision. I take great care of my truck cause I work out of it doing pools service and repairs and WAS a loyal Van Collision customer for three years! Now when I picked up my truck from its hood repair. The unlock and lock mechanism doesnt work anymore on driver side and on the passenger side only unlocks? Both working before though... AND my DASH BOARD has multiple HUGE CRACKS now!! They had the nerve to tell me they arent gonna fix it but only the unlock and lock mechanisms they will?! GIVE ME A BREAK! I couldnt believe it! Its completely obvious that its from someone putting too much weight onto the dash, even coming from a 2nd opinion!!! I will never have any of our company vehicles or recommend/refer anyone to experience this, its a NIGHTMARE!

Van collision recieved my black challenger and I was getting my front bumper painted after a individual crashed into my car in a parking lot. They charged me $671 for the repair was off on the estimated down time and kept the car a extra three days not informing until the day of pick-up. I dont want to complain Ill just get down to it next day when I looked at it since I picked the vechile at sundown had tons of overspray on grille,burnt paint, aswell as they charged me to take the bumper of when they propsed two estimates they charged me the more expensive one and did the cheaper way dont trust these guys big scams man have THE NAME VAN CHEVY BEHIND THEM BUT DONT BE FOOLED.
I had front end damage and complained about my headlights. They said nothing was wrong. I replaced my light bulbs and the bulbs were from two different countries and two different companies. Not OEM! You have to watch these guys
They fixed my bumper. It was a little off from going over a parking curb and then when I reversed it pulled it back funny. The thing is that wasnt why my car was there. I didnt ask for it and they didnt even tell me they did it. Wow. Where do I find a 6th star?
