I had to go back multiple times for fixes. Plus the interior of my vehicle was covered in dust. I do give them credit though. They do fix the errors when you take your vehicle back. Just waste a lot of gas and time. I’m waiting on a window seal now so they can properly install it because it was installed pretty bad and looks tacky. Hope they get it right. Back to factory quality.

We took our brand new vehicle here after a front end fender bender because of what I hear about them on the radio. They had an attorney call me and she explained to me that this is something new she is trying out and not sure how it would go. Then weeks later she calls me and tells me she is to busy to handle the case. Since my initial review she has reached back out to me and said she would process the claim.My diminished value is $5000 because of a small fender bender on a vehicle with only 6k miles on it.When we picked the car up we noticed the fender they painted had blemishes on it. They buffed it but still not perfect.There was small scratches on another part of the fender which they buffed out.There was a scratch on the steering wheel that was not there. They attempted to fix it. It’s ok but you can still tell it’s there. When they did this they left a film all over the inside of the car. The car was kinda dirty inside also. We cleaned it up ourselves. Then we noticed the car door didn’t line up with the fender which they had to fix.Yes they were very nice and made attempts to fix everything. Since my initial review I connected Shane from his reply to the review and he send a detail company out and they buffed and cleaned the car so it looks amazing!Overall we are happy with the service and appreciate Shane for making thing right!

I was involved in an accident on a Friday night and reached out to Orlando Auto on Saturday morning.The were fast about getting my car picked up and more importantly helped me understand the process that I was about to go through with lawyers and insurance companies.  Knowing the step made the experience more predictable and less stressful.The interactions I had with all members of the team were a refreshing change in that they were all friendly.  I was interacting with a team of people that made a bad situation more enjoyable and sometimes even funny.They are great about giving you information about what to expect, they are experts in the field, and they are the logical choice for your automotive needs.I hope to never need an auto body shop again, but if I do, this is the place to go!

My car was scraped on its side in a parking lot, from someone backing out and turning too sharply. This happened right before Christmas, but that didnt slow them down. Orlando Auto Body made my car all shiny and new and it was beautifully and professionally done. What I liked was that they finished when they said theyd be finished, and when I got it back, it looked better to me than before the accident! I wont go anywhere else!

I bought an aftermarket spoiler and called around the dealerships and they wouldn’t install it they would have sent it to an auto body shop that wanted to charge 300-500 bucks. I called Shane and was asked to come in that Monday which I did and he came out a gave me an estimate which I wasn’t expecting. I dropped my car off the next morning and it was literally done in 30 minutes and not in 2-3hrs like I was quoted. They did a great job installing my spoiler it looks natural like it came on my car! They were super friendly and professional and I would definitely go back to them!

Great service. I had some scratches on my front bumper. He looked at it and said we can take the clear wrap off and it should be fine. He could have easily said they needed to replace the bumper and I would have known no different. I am so thankful for their honesty and professionalism. He took my car and took the wrap off and I was good to go. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Very very happy with the service Orlando body shop provides and provided me with not just one if my vehicles but both of them. I took my 2017 Nissan pathfinder to Orlando’s I don’t eight months ago for somebody damage and since that first time I will never trust any other body shop to take care of my vehicles ever again other than Orlando’s body shop excellent service from the minute you walk in you are Greeted by their reception is Michelle and from there on everything is as it should be with a body shop service. Excellent work from their technicians and not to mention lifetime warranty on their work.

The whole experience was unexpectedly quite and pleasant! They were very quickly able to take in the vehicle and get started. What a great find! Unfortunately, my daughter cut the corner too close pulling into a parking spot in a multi level parking garage. She did some damage to 2 side panels, ripped off door handle and dented the wheel panel pretty badly. She asked me to help figure out how much it would cost to fix. I had seen an ad saying Orlando would do an estimate off photos (car was in Tucson). Lisa worked with me to get an estimate and was really fair. My daughter was heading out of town for 6 days and Lisa was able to get her car in, fixed and beautiful during that time. All of their work is warranted and it looks better than before. I first went to Shane for a few cosmetic changes to my brand new Mustang, and they did everything I asked for and more. They blacked out all of the details and painted my rims and, over 3 years later, my car looks like it did the day I rolled it out of the shop.Since then I’ve returned to Orlando Auto Body on two other occasions.
