Buying my new 2018 F 250 was an easy process thanks to Steven Witters. Really the entire team made it easy for us. Chris Mitchell in finance did was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional. Sales Manger Bob really didnt bug me like just about ever dealership Sales Manager usually does. It was a great experience. I would buy from this group again. I got a very fair price on my trade in. Steven really worked for me. I didnt feel like he was pressuring me to buy anything. Class act! Auto Nation Ford Scottsdale has a really good employee.
The salesmans name is Jacob Jax, excellent and honest. We took a new Ford ranger for a test drive. Very impressive and very well equipped but even more surprising was the price. $43,000 for this fully equipped brand new 4x4 Ford ranger. If you are looking for a new vehicle in the North Scottsdale area off of Frank Lloyd wright we recommend AutoNation. Very easy to be with, no high pressure, very informative and friendly. We also recommend Jacob. Very nice young man. He deserves the business :-)
The team of Adel, Jose and Chris were amazing. I had been to at least 8 dealerships and these people were amazing. They had what I wanted and were able to get me into the truck Im going to drive for the next ten years. They were professional, friendly and fun. I had a great experience buying a vehicle with them.
Tim and Clint and all the folks at Service Dept made everything easy and smooth for me. I just moved to Scottsdale and they all welcomed me. I couldn’t be happier with my new dealership. Thanks so much!
Check in was easy and they got the car finished much sooner than I thought. They also picked me up so I could pick up the car. Good job Kevin Morgan! - Lee
I had a recall on my car and had an appointment scheduled. The day prior to that appointment I attempted to reach them to see if I could drop off my car the evening before or two hours earlier as thats the only time I could get ride home since they no longer give you a loaner vehicle or provide you with a ride home. I made no less than 20 phone calls starting in the morning over the course of the day and every time I could not reach a person. I left two voice mail messages with no call back ever. I even sent two emails directly to the person that had sent the reminder appointment. I reached out on Facebook via message and I reached out via chat on their website and was advised they could not help me either and that I needed to call them. I did call them many many times with no response and I told them that but they just reiterated I needed a call. Based on that I would not take my car there for any service. When I did take my car in the next day I will say that the service advisor Kevin Morgan was very helpful and seemed to be aware of the phone issues when I mentioned it My car was completed timely and Kevin personally called to advise me of that so that part would be five stars. A rating of 0 or 1 would be given for the fact you can never reach anyone and they dont return messages or calls. Even pushing zero just put you back in an automated Loop.
These guys are all about customer service. I reserved and bought my truck on online. I flew in and drove out in less than an hour. Autonation Ford Scottsdale prepared everything in advance even though the details had changed a few times they never complained. I was very impressed with their dealership overall. Thanks for getting me exactly what I wanted!
I just bought a Ford Explorer Platinum here. Our Sales Consultant was Steven W. who took great care of me to make sure I got the right vehicle. Joe was super friendly and help me get the right price on financing. Everyone was very helpful. I felt like I was at a small town dealer. Everyone took the time to help guide me to where I needed to be. I am very happy with my decision to buy from AutoNation in Scottsdale. With sales people like Steven W. buying a care will always be a pleasant experience. Every time I went to AutoNation I was greeted with a no pressure sales atmosphere. Will do business with them again in the future.
We were very pleased with our service experience. Adam did a great job and keep me updated by phone through the entire time. Thank you.
MEH, I would consider this an overall pretty neutral review. This dealership was decent with its service department in the years prior. But over the last couple years they have really started to drop the ball. It was a three week wait time to get an oil change and a recall. I called them to explain that I was going to be late since I could not drop off my truck before they opened. The gate to the parking lot was locked and I could not get my truck in safely. (this has never been an issue.) I show up and due to my lateness they said they couldnt get my darn oil change done. I kindly asked them to explain how they could not just do the oil change since they informed me i actually dont have a recall. They did not have a good answer. I went to the service director and had a 10 min conversation about what is going on in their dealership. He had ZERO answers to why they are struggling except for the fact that they are having issues. I go to this dealership because the next closest dealership actually made mistakes during a service on my truck and I lost trust for them. So this is all I am left with...
Our salesman,David Knapp, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very thoughtful, courteous, and patient as we worked through the process of buying our new car. We most appreciate that he spoke with both of us and not just the man making the purchase, understanding this is a family decision. The finance staff was very helpful shopping for the best deal available to us. I would definitely recommend a stop in, even if your weren’t first considering a Ford. You may be pleasantly surprised, we were!
I wouldnt recommend going here if you value your time. Theres just better options with better customer service. I can tell they are used to treating ppl however they want and just supposed to be ok............. well its not and I regret buying a car here..... that I didnt even get to drive for the first week.
Kendra was absolutely fantastic to work with! I will definitely be bringing my car back to AutoNation because of her.
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership with Steven Witters. He was professional, courteous and overall very knowledgeable and kind. We had a great experience and he was not pushy at all. Overall extremely happy with the experience. The dealership was full of very helpful and kind people who had no issue helping us with any simple request. Will definitely do business here again.
Sales staff and financial manager we amazing. They both worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and made sure we were comfortable with the deal. Couldn’t be happier with our experience
I just purchased a 2021 F150 from this guys and let me tell you about how it all went down. First of all service was on point 5 stars, the sales rep Troy was great, as soon as he saw us he went and offer his help, he asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle and I told him yes and he went and grab the keys and as soon as I got on the truck I knew it wast for me due to the seats were a little high and my head was touching the roof (they were manual seats on the XL) then I told him if I could test drive the one next to it the XLT and he didnt even hesitate and went and grab the keys, great guy. Also Karen (from financial) was great and went the extra mile and not just tried but got me a better interest rate. She was great as well. Then José was great to, he came in and helped Karen count my cash down payment and also assisted and made sure our customer serivice was good. Overall me and my family are happy and really appreciated this folks help. So I will totally recommend going there for your future car, Troy, Karen and Jose were great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. This was by far and easy the best car buying experience i have had. Demetrie was our sales rep and from start to finish was outstanding. He knew everything about the King Ranch truck and made sure I knew why and how important certain features worked. There was never any pressure to purchase and the trade in for my Grand Cherokee was very fair. I honestly was just looking with no intention of purchasing a truck in the next six months. However, I felt the treatment and honesty I was receiving made it worth my deciding to move my purchase date forward. Blake the person we signed all the paperwork with was low key, low pressure, and again confirmed our decision to purchase the truck today rather than wait. Im a tough customer to please and if I could give them more stars I would.
I took my Ford Mustang here for a over heating problem and they assisted me right away, despite not having service availability, the service manger took me right in and took care of me. Within the next day my car was ready to hit the road again. Great customer service.
Nick Bryan was an excellent sales representative. Completed the whole car buying process within two hours.
Had the best car salesman. Was super real with us and was willing to work with us tremendously. He was super down to earth and had plenty fun experiences to share with us. He gave us a great car with a great deal. We will definitely be working with Peace next time. Thank you!
I used KBB.com to get a quote on selling a 2012 Mustang. The quote was fair and AutoNation did the deal. All went well and took about 90 minutes. Tim Felty at the Scottsdale dealership was great! I had to check one of the visit reasons, but none addressed my reason for being there. So I checked the new spot. Just an FYI, they need to update the survey....
AutoNation Ford Scottsdale made my new vehicle purchase very simple. I saw the vehicle online and I was able to hold it until I went in to see it the following day. They held the vehicle and did not sell it. I made an appointment to come in and see the vehicle. The sales person was Rene and he was very nice. When I came in to see the vehicle it was not clean (lots of dust). that was not a good sign to me as I keep my vehicle spotless. I was able to test drive it as it was and I was very impressed. the vehicle I tested a new 2021 Ford Mustang eco-boost. I loved the vehicle as it had plenty of power (310 HP) and yet still gets over 20 miles per gallon. In comparison to the vehicle that I was trading I was very impressed with the power.I traded in a 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited. I was happy for the suggested high resale value on KBB, however I was not impressed with the trade in offered by the dealer. It was an excellent condition with low mileage, and yet I was offered a good condition trade in offer. They ended up listing the vehicle over $7000 profit.A suggestion I would give to the dealer is to have the salesperson show the new owner all the features the vehicle has. I had to watch YouTube videos to learn about all the different features of the vehicles they sell i.e. trunk release etc.Overall the people were very nice and it was a great dealership. The purchase process was fairly easy once we agreed on the price. Finance manager was very nice and give me many options to purchase extended warranty and a prepaid maintenance which I think it was a good deal because it is a Ford.
NOT your typical car dealership. No pressure, no shady tactics, just a group of friendly employee that really want to satisfy you. Peace was terrific and made us a terrific deal on a 2021 F150. Joe in financing was also great… no pressure to purchase extras…. I drove across the valley to try these guys out. NOT disappointed.
Tray was awesome! Met us bright and early and was friendly and knowledgeable. Finance team got us into a better car than we thought possible! They even fought for the best rate. Jody took the time out to introduce herself and thank us for our business. Karen did great ensuring everything was correct and all set. Even helped with a warranty! This place is definitely the place to go for your next vehicle.
Clint in service is amazing and why we keep coming back! I was appreciative that he worked with the Sales team to get us a proper trade in quote. While not super happy about the trade in value, Eli was awesome about spending time with us and testing out multiple vehicles to see what we could make work given the tough situation. THANK YOU!!!
My phone was dying and I was trying to pick up my car after I got out of work at 5:40 PM. (I know that is my problem not theirs.) My work place is 7 minutes away, driving. So it shouldnt have been a problem getting thier however, their were no urber drivers willing to pick me up because it wasnt worth it for them, too short of a ride. I asked my sales person to please asked his manager Timothy to make an exception because Im only 7 minutes away and my phone is dying. He said no and I asked to speak to him. He kept me on hold for a long time and then the call dropped. I didnt bother calling back because my phone was dying. I finally got a ride and when I got there. Six guys were literally doing nothing not even on there computers. Just standing around BSing. Timothy could have sent someone. Anyway, getting there the guy how helped me seem annoyed and then when I got in my car I saw that my seat wasnt put back into its place, and the cover to the electrial compartment was not put back. So on top of no level of customer service they were sloppy. Timothy called me the next day. Completely a useless conversation.Needless to say I would never recommend this dealership. I rather dive across town than to deal with these guys.
Mark (service manager) and Cherish (service advisor) are amazing!!! They have bent over backwards to make sure my complicated car issues are resolved. I know my car is in excellent hands. Cherish has always called and updated me in a timely manner. She’s is incredibly competent.Mark has been dutiful and diligent to find solutions that work. Thank you so very much!!!!
Weve purchased 3 vehicles from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. On my recent F150 purchase, Maria was my sales rep and was very helpful and low pressure. We keep coming back because they are fair on trade ins and prices and there is no BS process. They give you the price of the vehicle, your trade value, and the estimated payments based on different down payments and terms all at the same time on an easy to read print out. There isnt the usual shell game like other dealerships.
It was a quick and very professional purchase. The car was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I didnt feel the pressure to purchase extras in financing like I normally get. I will always come to Scottsdale now for my car needs> GREAT TEAM Maria, Tony and Bobby Thank you! Picture shows hood popped there was nothing I could fin wrong with this car, it was immaculate!
Understanding, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you know all of your options and get everything figured out before you even get there (this was extremely helpful as I live almost 3 hours away). They are even more than accommodating when needing help after purchasing. Their customer service didnt just end at the purchase! When I found a little flaw after I got home, they were more than willing to make an appointment for me to get this taken care of when Im in Scottsdale next week on vacation.
Great salesperson but thats it. The truck had brake problems days after. Made appointment at Tucson Mazda branch, they said we would have a rental. Then my wife showed and they said we didnt have authorization from Scottsdale (they have our file and should have told us before setting an appointment) and that we were lying about the rental. We then spoke days later to Scottsdale who said our only option was to take it to their shop 2 hours away, with brake issues, or have a 3rd party. They never sent the authorization so just did it ourselves. Worst customer service 😒.
Amazing experience! this is the place to get a new car. They were very helpful and no pressure at all. Thats the way to buy a car, i recommend this dealership especially ken! He was great through all the process.
My husband and I recently purchased two vehicles for our teenagers through AutoNation and while the sales experience was pleasant, service was quite the opposite; Kendra wasn’t easy to communicate with nor did she provide a clear follow through. After expressing our concerns to our sales rep, Mark stepped in and took ownership making sure the issues we had were resolved. Thanks Mark, we appreciate you!To prevent future client frustration and miscommunication, we encourage a revisit to training and adjust communication styles. Thank you
Pleasant experience dealing with a sales woman and her mgr. The car did not wind up working for us. It was nothing they did. No high pressure which was nice.
I did a lot of research and liked everything I saw about AutoNation. Steven the salesman was fantastic. He was very upfront about everything and not pushy. Blake in the finance department was equally as helpful. We would happily do business again with AutoNation Scottsdale and Steven.
The overall sale experience was good but the shop and detailing side needs some work. When doing inspections on vehicles that are being put on the lot they need to be more thorough and fix things not just half as the repair. AC was blowing warm the day after I picked the vehicle up and I took it back to have the strator valve replaced and system charged because it was puking the dye but instead they just charge the system and it is still leaking. As far as the detailing side that was a pretty big joke. There was dog hair and dirty all over the vehicle from when it was traded in and seems like they used 10 gallon of armor all on every surface even on the leather seats.
Would you be happy if you had an appointment for a first oil change of your pickup truck at 9:30am and you received it back at 1;00pm. 3 and 1/2 hours with a scheduled appointment and the service person said give me 2 hours and knowing I was waiting and when I checked with him at 2 hours he stumbled and said it just got given to a guy. That is not service or brain surgery.
Kevin and his team continues to provide excellent customer service to me!
Rene was great. He met us at 8:30am on Saturday for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions. Helped us navigate our purchase of our new Ford Explorer via the Costco Auto Program. We were in and out rather quickly. Thanks Rene and Jimmy for all of your help.
Easiest car buying process ever! Demetrie knew what I was looking for, called me when it was available and I was out the door in an hour!
Was a good place to get fast friendly sefvice done.
Great buying experience. Some of the least pushy, most honest staff members I have ever encountered buying a car. They keep their word, are nice to each other, welcoming to customers and not pressuring one to make a decision before they are ready. The staff are what makes this place great. Highly recommended...
After hounding me for months to write a review, I have finally given in. Here goes: I hate buying cars from dealers, especially big new car dealerships. Long price negotiations involving faceless managers with the salesman taking long walks in between. Exorbitant doc fees, plus sales tax ad thousands to the sticker price. Alas, due to the shortage of autos on the market and my need to find my son a good car before he left in the military, I was driven to AutoNation Ford because they had the car I wanted. Price was fair (for the current market). During the test drive, I noted a vibration from the rear end (even though the car had undergone a thousand point inspections by their experts). This is where the whole day went south... I agreed to pay their sticker price but asked they balance all 4 tires before I drive away (in case the problem is something other than a simple tire balance). This is part of paying a premium at a dealer; to have the car inspected and know it is in good condition. I even pointed out to them where one of the rear tires was missing weights. They pointed out on the inspection checklist where they thought this had already been done but I pointed out where the tires were only inspected, not balanced. Finally, after a second test drive the OTHER way on the freeway (their request), they finally agreed to have all 4 tires balanced. Now starts the long, long wait to get the car into their shop for a simple 4 tires balance. 6 hours later, I take it for a THIRD drive and am satisfied there is not a worse issue causing the vibration and agree to complete the sale. So I pull out my checkbook. Whoa, stop the ship! Now I have to complete a credit application and unlock my credit, just to write a personal check. Maybe they could have called my bank to confirm I was good for it? No. So anyway, 8 HOURS after I walked into the dealership, I finally left with the car feeling exhausted and angry. But at least they filled the tank with gas first.
Ford auto nation took in my f450 quickly and fixed the issues it had. But they performed a muti-point inspection on the truck, everything looked good. Until I drove it home from the dealership and the engine oil light came on, I had to add 6 quarts of oil just for it to show up on the dipstick!!
I had great service during the purchase of my truck, but when I had to bring the it back to service for something the dealership owed me (not an elective option), they refused to provide a rental car. Not acceptable. I was used to Audi customer service which was always exceptional!
Set up a service appointment for 8:30 am October 22, when I got there the service advisor told me they wont be able to see my car till late afternoon. Used a pto day and drove 45 min, to just turn around and leave because I had to pick up my son from school at 3pm. No previous calls, text or email from service advisor mentioning delay. Wasnt going to post but they emailed me asking for a review.
The sales person was very helpful after the dealership sold the truck I was driving 2 hours to buy 30 minutes before I gat there. They knew what I was looking for had one sitting for me to see. It was not 100% but close enough and in this stupid market priced fair. They worked with and I with because it was not ready to go.This was a used truck (F350) with less than 6000 miles and it was to be a CPO. The owner had it for 4 months and said to much truck, trade for F150. They showed the purchase date now I know the date for the CPO start. My F250 was not ready to trade in either, there was equivalent to remove. So we closed the deal a week later. This is the second vehicle from AutoNation for the family and they have been fair priced and very helpful.
Islam Kandil was the gentlemen that helped my organization Get into a brand new 2020 Ford Edge. As a non profit organization we truly needed this vehicle to accomplish our goals of feeding the less fortunate and those in need in these tumultuous times! (Peace) as they refer to the beautiful gentlemen; was respectful, enlightening, and passionate about helping my organization reach its goal of securing the Ford Edge. He also was very social and friendly during our wait and quenched our thirst with beverages. He made every part of securing the vehicle a comfortable phase. I recommend Ford Auto Nation as well as Mr. Islam Kandil to anyone searching for a new vehicle from Ford. We most certainly look forward to doing future business with Mr. Kandil and Ford Auto Nation as we procure our fleet of vehicles in the upcoming years. We will always choose Peace!
I scheduled a test drive. When I arrived I was told the vehicle had not gone through their inspection so my test dive would be limited because they cant vouch for its mechanical condition. After the drive I told the it didnt feel right as in maybe something is wrong with it. They dismissed my concern and tried to get me to buy it anyway. Thats right, the vehicle they were afraid for me to drive was apparently good enough for me to purchase. How does that work? On my way out a second salesperson tries to pressure me to buy it and again dismisses my concerns. Then I get emails from three different people from this location asking me if I changed my mind and want to buy it now. I also get an email from a manager asking about my experience. I say that I would be happy to share my experience. Scheduled a call to speak with manager (doesnt answer when I call). Manager didnt call on scheduled time either. What a disappointment and horrible customer experience overall.Update: a manager reached out to me to apologize for the experience and see if there is anything they can do to rectify the situation. I appreciate that and it seems that experience may have not represented the normal customer experience.
Clinton is awesome! The best service advisor I have ever had and I have had many. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Clint
I had my vehicle in for a recall on the brake line. Brakes went out on me on my way to work! When I went to pick it up when it was done it took them forever to find it! They returned it filthy (to be fair it was already dirty inside and out). They didnt even have the courtesy to even wipe down the greasy smears on the body where they worked. Then when I got in I had a low tire pressure alert! They couldnt even be bothered with filling that while it was in their shop! Very disappointed in the caliber of customer service I received there. Not to mention the guy who greeted me when I dropped it off had a big wet spot on his shorts where he peed!!! Disgusting.
From the very beginning - this was just an AWESOME experience. I was driving around the lot since it was so hot out and Gary was out there and it was honestly his kind smile (if you meet him you will understand!) that made me stop and test drive the car. I wasnt 100% sold so I went ahead and reserved the vehicle (amazing feature that the dealership provides!!) to give myself a day to think about it and just came back before that and purchased. HIGHLY recommend this dealership - no one was extremely pushy and salesy, and everyone was very friendly. I am a young female purchasing a car by myself and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or like the vehicle wasnt worth it. Love my car! Love Gary! And I will definitely be going back and checking out their vehicles when Im ready for my next car!
Talk about a painless car buying experience. I found a vehicle on their website and was able to do the credit check and sign my name online. Came into the dealership, they had all my paperwork ready to go. I walked out with my new vehicle in just a couple of hours.Gave me a wonderful deal from the start, didnt try to hassle me with extras I didnt need, and used plain and clear language to explain everything they were offering. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, you wont regret buying from these guys. Not to mention I am in love with my new car! Thank you AutoNation Ford.
We had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. Our salesperson, Dave Knapp, was easy to talk to and not pushy at all, which we REALLY appreciated! The buying process was also quick and easy. Wed definitely recommend this dealership and working with Dave.
Had a great experience at the dealership Matt and Peace were very helpful and polite helped us find the right vehicle that we wantedNot at any moment at all did they try to sell us anything that we did not want they knew what we wanted and they worked to try to get us the best offer to get us in the vehicle that we need. Including crunching the numbers multiple times and answering all my questions. I would definitely be back they got a customer on my next vehicle. I would recommend you going in you will not be disappointed it.Thanks again Peace we love the explorer. Thanks for not being pushy and also helping make the numbers work.
Talked to Eddie of the sales team before we made the long drive. At first we went to a couple of Ford dealers and both were increasing the sticker price of the truck but not autonation, Eddie was straight to the point and didn’t hide any numbers from us. Also the trade in value for our vehicle was higher than previous dealers. Would definitely buy from here if we get another Ford! Thank you guys!
I found the staff, particularly Rene, Peace and Joe in finance to be attentive and helpful. Car purchasing in Spring 2021 has challenges with inventory and availability. Clearly the dealership at the time of my ordering and picking up my vehicles was lightly staffed but everyone I interacted with did the best they could to answer questions, move my order forward and work the purchase through finance and delivery. Ive bought 9 new cars from dealerships across the Phoenix metro area and I am happiest with this experience.
What a poor experience. I ordered a truck and it was delivered with finish issues. Not the fault of the dealer. However, after refusing delivery, they were unwilling to order another truck. I wanted to make good on my commitment to the dealer. However they did not seem interested to keep the customer. As a follow up, I found out that my salesman lied to me about a number of things. What a poor experience.
Update on the below review:As mentioned below, I asked to speak to a manager and got to speak with Service Manager Mark Terrazas. He immediately took action to make things right, validated my concerns and improved my customer service experience. My SUV is being taken care of. He’s been the nicest and most helpful person and I commend him for that. Thank you for your help Mark!—————————————————————————After spending almost $50K for a New SUV, I wait 1 month for a part of the seat panel that broke off to come in, that should be covered through warranty. I wait 1.5 weeks to get a service appointment, only to be accused of tampering with another part that attaches to the seat panel. I was told that I would need to pay for it out of pocket. Why would I attempt to glue anything if I know it’s under warranty?! My vehicle wasn’t even 6 months old when the part broke! And after repeating several times that I had not done a single thing to the vehicle and requesting to speak with a manager; I finally was treated with respect and dignity. I am still waiting to be taken care of though, a week and a half later, due to the other part they are waiting for. It’s been an awful experience. This all started in July when I made the initial service appointment and now it’s the second week of September. Smh 🤦🏼♀️
Just bought a new F150 from James. Great experience - I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a new vehicle.
I wish I could leave a good review. By far the worst experience with any dealership. My husband purchased a $70,000 truck only to find out 4 days after receiving it that there is $3000 in repairs that need to be done. The manager won’t even return our calls to verify if our warranty covers it. Unacceptable customer service, and sold us a dangerous vehicle that could have seriously injured my husband and others on the road. I’d advise you to find people who care about their customers.
Service Director Mark Terrazas was wonderful to work with. The perfect example of under-promise, over-deliver. He helped make a difficult situation simple. Thanks again Mark!
Relaxed, no pressure great buying experience
Just bought a new Mustang from this dealership and the service was exceptional! So grateful. They made the process as painless as possible, and Im just loving my new car. Highly recommend!
Always a great experience at Peoria Ford. Had my tires aligned this week and Michael was so friendly and everything went quickly and smoothly.
First off, great looking Dealership. Friendly sales staff. (Honestly our Salesperson was a little off putting. Maybe he was having a bad day.) Had the car I called about, it was out front waiting for a test drive. No push to a more expensive car. Finance dept. did an outstanding job finding us the best loan. Offered us some nice add on like warranty. (That was a bit of push on their end, but worked nicely overall.) Great experience on the whole.
Demetrie gave exceptional service from start to finish! If youre looking for a car/ truck ask for him. He took great care of my 21 yr old who was there by herself. From experience, not many out there do that.
Nice people. They found me a better finance rate than I walked in with. They are very patient. They explained features of the vehicle as well. Id recommend checking the out
We have bought 4 cars in the past 5years. Auto Nation was by far the best experience of all. Great customer service, easy process, no ridiculous haggling, easy to see numbers. Ill go back here and highly recommend this place for future car purchases!
Kevin the service rep did a good job of working my auto into a busy schedule before I started a long road trip. The work was completed ahead of schedule and Kevin kept me informed on the progress.
I traded my old car for a used one and I am very happy with my purchase. I had a great experience and a great deal. Staff was friendly and the inventory had unmatched selections of used cars on sale.
My sales rep, Peace is very knowledgeable and so helpful. He really took the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase, and his knowledge of the Ford trucks is great! I could not be happier about my purchase! The finance person, Bobby Mann is very knowledgeable, and explained the warranties, etc. so that I completely understood the value of what I was purchasing in addition to the vehicle itself. He even explained Various financing options and helped me understand, exactly, the terms of my loan. Also worked hard to get me a great rate!
Good morning,My service rep was great working with to schedule, since I had to come from California. I took 2 days off to leave it on a Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. The issue still is that my Bluetooth is very scratchy at times and I have a hard time hearing, also the other person has a hard time hearing me at times.I’ll just sum it up with the fact that there is an issue with the vehicle’s Bluetooth, I took 2 days off, 12 hours driving, and the issue still exists.Regards,Lester
Just bought a 2018 Ford Focus ST from Autonation Ford Scottsdale. I was dreading the whole process because buying a new car can be a hassle but when I got there, I was approached by Rene. He made the entire process a breeze! Very personable and friendly. He explained things clearly and made sure we understood before moving forward. If youre looking to buy a new car, ask for Rene!
Kevin Morgan has been our service advisor for several years now. He always does an outstanding job. He is very professional and gets the job done. Whenever there is a problem he is quick to provide a solution and fix it. It is always a pleasurer to work with him. Thank You Kevin.
Adam was terrific. He kept me apprised along the way of the service so I knew when the car would be ready. In fact, he expedited the service to accommodate my schedule.
I had an excellent no pressure experience here at AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. Rene was my customer service representative and he did an excellent job at answering any questions that I had in regards to my vehicle of choice. After purchasing my car, I had an issue with a charging cord that came with my car (Fusion Energi) and without hesitation, Rene took it upon himself to fix the issue at hand and get me a replacement part in hand within 4 days of request. I highly recommend this dealership and I want to thank Rene very much for his dedication to ensuring every customer has a good experience!
Worked with James Acridge. Happy I got him. Had car ready for me to look at and drive. Attentive and knowledgeable but not intrusive. No high pressure tactics. Very friendly and I felt comfortable. If you are interested in a Ford or other car at AutoNation Ford Scottsdale, I would highly recommend asking for James Acridge specifically. I bought a Volvo S90.Disclaimer: I am not a relative and was not a prior friend of James. He just treated me great. Also, so did Sales Manager and Finance Manager.
My first time to buy from AutoNation Ford and I was happy with the process. I purchased a used car and it was an easy ordeal. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean, almost looked brand new. I immediately took it on a road trip and have been quite happy with my purchase. My previous vehicle was totaled in a collision. AutoNation worked with me by holding the vehicle a few extra days until I got my insurance settlement, which I appreciate them for.The only hiccup, I wish they would have told me I needed to bring proof of my insurance when I picked up the vehicle. I came in via an Uber and didnt have that. When I got married, I went onto my wifes insurance, so I am not the account holder, and they wouldnt talk to me. Other than that, smooth sailing.
Ken Cullen was awesome! I love the transparency, you wont find it anywhere else. Bought a used car, price was excellent, restoration was good.. could have been better but I am still happy with my new car. Drove away smiling with a full tank of gas too. Gave me a fair offer on my trade in. The title clerk is a salesman.. just know that. I understand he makes commissions of the warranties he sells but I think that guy should be fired, I shouldnt have to tell him no and explain to him 20+ times as to why I did not want an extended warranty. He was just rude, rude, rude and I hope I never meet him again. Clerk was rude to me and rude to my wife, which I did not appreciate at all simply because I declined a warranty and he didnt get a sale. Not cool! Everything aside from the title clerk, the experience was wonderful!
DO NOT BUY A CAR DROM THIS DEALER!! My car was delivered August 26th to the dealership. It’s September 14th and I have paid in full and still don’t have my car. It’s funny that the dealership forwarded the link to review them as my transaction is still not complete. Nick I’m in inventory management was amazing to work with. He followed up when he said he would, gave clear answers and was accountable throughout. Sadly no one else has the same work ethic or accountability. I worked with four people, each passing the accountability to the next. No one could give clear answers on dates or next steps, when someone gave false information they blamed someone else, calls and emails were not returned. When I called to speak to the General Manager, I was told he was with a customer, then he was out of the dealership then I was just transferred to someone else. I hope to have my car soon. Please shop somewhere else if you Hope to have people tell the truth and respond in a timely manner.
We had simple maintenance performed on our Ford Explorer last week. Our service tech Adam has always made us feel welcomed and that day was was no exception. The work was completed and Adam explained when our next service will be required. Terrific attitude and loves his job!
I went into Ford with a specific car in mind and they were the only dealership to actually help me out! Thank you Rene and Ali for making my dreams possible. If anybody needs a Spanish speaking sales representative go to Rene he will take good care of you and make sure you drive away happy and with a golden deal. If you get to meet Ali, you’ve won the golden ticket 😁
I have been buying vehicles from Ford of North Scottsdale for personal and business for nearly 20 years and have had nothing but good experiences with Steve Cvach! He is always upfront and honest and makes the car buying experience easy and enjoyable! Thank you Steve!
I had no idea (and frankly neither did my wonderful Service Manager, Kevin Morgan, what was going on with my car. It was towed to Scottsdale Ford Autonation on Monday morning. Tuesday I hear from Kevin with good news. Easy fix. Even if the news was a different answer, I really trust Autonation for car repair. And Kevin was wonderful. He kept in touch and explained the problem and how it was repaired. Good job you guys!
Great customer service and willingness to satisfy. Would highly recommend.
After a bad experience at another local dealership, it was nice to deal with an honest, friendly and attentive staff. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff might want to learn more about the cars they sell. I bought a Cadillac on a Ford lot, so I get they are not trained on everything, just a thought. Otherwise, very happy.
Nick Bryan was easy to work with. He explained everything in detail. He emphasized that there is a learning curve with my new Mustang Mach E, and he is correct. Technology moves on and we either move with it or get left behind. Ill use him as a resource for any issues I have.
My experience purchasing the vehicle at AutoNation Ford Scottsdale was great! My sales representative, Tri, was very helpful and provided answers to all of my questions about the vehicle. Tri was very knowledgeable and provided me with a Car Fax and a Spec sheet. In fact, everybody there was so nice! The price was fair, no haggle. And I got a fair price for trade-in too! The only reason I would not give five stars to the experience was that there was such a long delay when the service dept. preped the truck after I had purchased it (2 hours!). But it looked great and they performed a factory recall service.
I recently purchased an F150 at this dealership. The Sales team was excellent. Unfortunately the Service team is a disaster. The F150 I purchased needs a new drive shaft and the Service team said they ordered it. It is 2 weeks later and I cannot get any response from the Service team. They occasionally return a call and have no clue where the drive shaft is. Highly recommend you stay away from this Dealership. Its not worth the trouble.
My first experience for service at AutoNation. The service specialist that I worked with was wonderful.
We have never had a great experience with their Service department, but the experience yesterday has solidified the fact that I will no longer be a customer with my F250. I made an appointment almost a month ago for a routine oil change, camera diagnostic and to fix a back seat that wont stay up (for which they already ordered a part for). I dropped the car off at 8am (no loaner), found out my service advisor was gone (3rd advisor in one year that left/fired) so I was checked in by a young man who had been there one week and had no idea what he was doing. My first phone call at 11am was because I received a text that I missed my appointment the 2nd call at 2pm was to check on the progress. Both times I called they said couldnt find my truck and would escalate the issue to the manager and call me right back (which never happened). At 3pm we drove over to pick up my truck because we had a bad feeling about it, only to find that was parked 15 feet from where I dropped it off and they lost my paperwork so nothing had been done. Their explanation was that they were short staffed which was the same explanation they used months earlier when I brought in my truck that turned into a two day diagnostic to find out why the backseat would not stay up in the vertical position.
Many challenges with this visit. They wanted to charge $150 to assess an all wheel drive issue on my vehicle that was still under bumper to bumper warranty before the work began. I scheduled my visit in advance and had to wait 2.5 hours to get a loaner, eventually requiring a shuttle to another location to get one. No one called me to let me know my car was ready and the phone system for service was so bad that I called the sales floor and asked someone to walk over to the service desk. The service manage told me not to leave voicemails on his phone, as it was not his and he could not return calls. Tried to share my experience with service manager twice and he simply did not have time to respond to email or a phone call. I even saw him when I picked up my vehicle and he was still busy, so they sent me to the General Sales Manager. We had a nice conversation. She listened and was going to follow back up with me. Even after prompting her by text (which she recommended), I heard nothing back from her weeks later. This was not the experience I expected for a dealer representing Ford.
This is my second Google review of Autonation Ford Scottsdale, one month after purchase of a fantastic Mach1. The experience with the purchase was excellent (5 stars). Competence, professionality, courtesy, lack of pressure, very good economic deal; everything was absolutely perfect, above and beyond the rosiest expectations. Not to mention the obvious: the car itself is an absolute beauty. Post-sale service has been equally perfect; communication was timely and efficient and courtesy always at max. A particular thank to Mr. Tim who took care to explain some technical details with great kindness and understanding. I definitely recommend this dealership; one of the best experiences in many years and in different US States and EU countries.
My service rep did a great job however whoever worked on my car did not. My car had to be towed less than a week later with one of the same problems it was taken in for. The service manager on the other hand was supposed to call me back and never did. Not real happy.
Kendra did a great job . Got my Edge all fixed up and running great.
Terrible service. Waiting on parts over 5 months now, warranty services were never completed. They will not answer phone calls or emails. They originally cancelled my appointment since I was 10 minutes late, so I booked a second one, just to show up and them state they had nothing on their books. I have given them so many opportunities to make it right and they fail. Sad this is a dealership. Poorly managed. They want 5 star reviews, then take care of the people you serve.
When I purchased my F-150 I thought i purchased not only a car but a service as well. Since 2016 the service department of Ford AutoNation went from middle of the road to abysmal. My service experience form last week speaks for itself. My platinum extended warranty was not reflected correctly in their system, i had to call back with the contract number just to learn they had a wrong ph number under my name; i asked since 5 years that my USB ports get fixed (every time they get fixed i learn when i try to use them they still do not work). Other work as specified to the service advisor for example a missing rubber part on my flatbed was simply ignored, a minor crack in the windshield was not fixed either, for my USB ports i have to come back again and schedule a new appointment, i was charged for services preformed but still as of now did not receive an invoice... anyhow - what do they say when you fly with an airline. Thank you for choosing John Doe airline, we know you have choices and we appreciate your business. I feel that my business is not appreciated at AutoNation Ford - and yes I have choices which will not include to ever buy another Ford vehicle in my life (which is a shame since ford build some really good cars) but if I can not get them properly serviced...
Just had to write about the great service i received at Autonation Ford. From Mark in the service department to James and Blake in used cars, everyone was so supportive . I ended up going from what I thought would be a service call to trading in my vehicle for a 2018 . I love my new ride.
