Brent and Bell Union are THE best service providers I’ve ever worked with. First of all, they are honest and straight up about what you need which I greatly appreciate as a non-car person. Equally importantly, they have done required maintenance on many different of my car’s systems and they have always done a thorough, professional, quality job - every time. Friendly and professional staff. Knowledgeable about diesel trucks and fixed my AC in very timely manner. They offer loaner cars at an excellent rate. I was very impressed with the way they handled my truck, and I will be going back for oil changes.

Bell Union is the best place in town to take your Lexus! A 15 yr Lexus owner and I had an ignition issue repaired speedy fast! Got me right back on the road. Excellent service reasonable rates and exceptional results.They also talked me off a ledge over the phone with a later concern. Very helpful and helped me address my issue without having to bring my car in with a 5 minute phone call.I would highly recommend Steve Konderic if you have a Lexus. Brought my car in to get my tires checked after I hit a pothole. JJ took a look at my tires and let me know that the tread was worn almost all the way and that the tire bubbled. He suggested I replace the front two tires to ensure my safety in the vehicle. I respected his honesty and took a look at new tires. After a few searches he found me the best rate for the tires and got them in the next day. My car is driving great and I felt they were honest and giving me advice in my best interest. Bell union was great and I will 100% go back every time!

Honesty is all I can say. If you don’t know the inner workings of your car you are susceptible to a dis-honest Automotive Shop. Bell Union is the best and most honest repair shop I have ever been to.

Awesome! Ford was going to charge me $1500 for repair of an air conditioner leak and replacement of the compressor so I decided to take my car to Bell Union for second opinion. Bell said I only needed to have the leak repaired and that the compressor was in perfect working condition. Fixed it for $475 and $1000 less than Ford! They gained a lifetime customer. Great service, reliable, trustworthy, and extremely courteous. Thank you for the great experience!!!!!

Best Auto experience I ever had. The motor in my Corvette blew up. I took it here and they had it replaced with a brand new motor in less than a week. They also helped me get it done for free under the manufacturer warranty. Saved me over $12,000.00......I love this place!!!!!

I got a synthetic oil change here for 60$. By far the cheapest price for a synthetic I have ever found. Definitely my new spot. They even have a loaner vehicle if you need it instead of waiting. Best of all, they didnt try to sell me a bunch of services I dont need. Ken just provided suggestions and said were here if you need us.

Without question, Sung Cha, owner, along with his Service Manager, John Johnson, are simply on top of their game. They are efficient, their trouble-shooting is spot on, the repairs are made correctly the first time and their pricing more than fair. I would and have recommended this team of experts to many.

I needed quick and quality service and thats what I got. I showed up at 730 AM and my car needed a part that they didnt have in the shop. They got the part delivered in 30 minutes and I was out the door by 845 AM with the car running great. Ill be back next time I have any issues for sure!

They are friendly and do great work. Prices are reasonable and they know what they are doing. They machined our rotors, installed pads and JJ gave us tips on how to keep them from overheating and warping in the future.

Have been using Bell Union Auto since moving into the neighborhood in 2015. Upon my first visit both Sung Cha, owner, and Service Manager, John Johnson (JJ) treated me with respect and provided excellent customer service. That has not changed since the first visit. Theyre upfront and honest about what your vehicle requires. No hidden agenda or added costs. Just good old fashioned service with mechanics you trust. I will return. This place is a gem, hidden alone at the corner of 56th street and Bell.

Work done well, on time and at budget. I left an opening for them to fix more things on my car, but they were honest and said that the repairs were not needed at this time. Trust these guys!

I brought my truck in to get some needed suspension work, a new front upper control arm. Well as most of you who know cars, this means I would need an alignment after the replacement part. Well guess what? My truck is lifted with aftermarket parts and larger wheels. The previous owner put in longer spindles (front axles) so the beefy tires clear the wheel wells. This made a computerized alignment from dealer spec nearly impossible. Through old school techniques, Sung (the owner), and his crew were able to get my truck rolling straight. Did I mention they have state of the art battery testing equipment? They told me my battery was testing bad and should be replaced. It was still under free replacement warranty with Walmart so I brought it over there. Those nudnicks tested the battery and said it was good. Well six weeks later I get in my truck to head to work and not starting. Dead battery. Had to Uber it to work and was an hour late. Time is money and Bell Union told me exactly what was going to happen. Talk to Sung about your repair, he will give you great advice and options.

Our Family use Bell Union Auto Service for all Our Auto needs for years! We had purchased a New Interstate Battery with a 5 year Warranty the Best You can get! Well Exactly 2 years to the day the battery would NOT start Our vehicle or would it hold a charge.....Completely DEAD! I bring it back to Bell Auto after I talked to JJ on the phone and was assured the battery Would be replaced! After arriving at Bell Auto JJ has a mechanic text it. The mechanic tells JJ that it just needs to be changed! I explained to JJ that I charged it all the night before and it wouldnt hold a charge for Me so I dont see how their charger is going to do a better job than My Commercial Charger. Well after sitting in the Lobby for around 30 minutes JJ tells Me its going to be another hour! He says its company policy. Well Mr. JJ its amazes Me You can treat a long time Customer like this! Sucks to find another Auto Repair shop to repair Our Familys Cars & Trucks! I truly hope you dont contongue to treat any one of You Customers how You treated Me!
