Great people. Pull in with a issueon my S500 and Mike breaks out the lap top and 20 mins. we know the problem. Orders part and will be called to get it installed. Came here dues to the car being somewhere else for 4 days and then told they didnt have the proper equipment to diagnose the problem. The other options would be start replacing parts. Along with picking the car up now with the check engine light on. Told it just came on driving it from the shop I dropped it off at when they drove it to the other location where the Benz mechanic worked. Use German Car Service for knowledge of the product.

Excellent and efficient service! I took my car to the Mercedes dealership up the road when a check engine light appeared. The dealership wanted to charge me over $6000 to fix my car, which was more than the value of the vehicle. I took my car to German Car Service and they were able to fix it for $2000. Also, they pointed out that two items the dealership wanted to fix werent even broken. We all expect to get ripped off by dealerships, which is why independent shops like this are amazing. Thank you for taking care of my car!

They do great work and it was a lot less than the dealer prices. Had a good experience with my 2010 C350 Mercedes and they gave me a fair price on labor and parts. Going back to get my lights fixed. Would recommend this place if you drive a German car!

Weve been taking our 2001 CLK430 to Kenny and Mike for years. They do excellent work, are fair and extremely knowledgeable. They have always done us right. We just recently replaced the 2001 with a 2012. As soon as the warranty is done German Car will be the only ones to touch our car. Keep up the great work / service.

I travel to Phoenix occasionally, but i usually do it by car. German Car Service (Kenny and Michael) are the best in the the area by far. They know what theyre doing, and I trust them with older Mercedes. They have helped me with car issues in Phoenix one more than one occasion. You can have an inexperienced bozo work on your car or you can can have someone who knows what hes doing. The choice is up to you, Kenny and his crew know Mercedes.

Spoke to Mike on the phone very knowledgeable and friendly. Quoted me well over $500 to put a water pump in an 02 325i! Its a $50 retail part!!! $450 for labor? no thermostat, no hose, just the pump. With those included he wanted over $700! These are the people who perpetuate the myth that All BMWs are expensive to fix. Found another reputable shop on Curry Rd. Did it for less than $250!
