Excellent customer service! I ordered 4 queen size pillows, 3 small travel pillows and beautiful pillowcases. Everything arrived promptly and well packed. I followed the instructions to wash the pillows and popped them in the dryer. They came out nice and fluffy. I love the support and comfort! These pillows are hypoallergenic and comfortable. I love that I can just put them into the washing machine to keep them clean and fresh! Definitely a great value!

If I could give zero stars i would. My husband bought into the infomercial hype and purchased pillows before he died. What a joke! Cut up pieces of foam sewn into a case make for a very unpleasant nights sleep. I trashed them. Dont waste your money.

While I think that the product is above average, their flat-rate shipping charges really tick me off. There are multiple other online retailers that set your shipping costs based on your Zip...not these guys. $10 for the slowest (7-10 business days) regardless of where they are sending their stuff. Having worked in the shipping business, 5-7 business days is the longest option for Ground with a company like FedEx. Who even uses DHL domestically anymore. Get your act together, and stop using Shipping as a profit center!

I had recently stopped by to pick up a new seat of towels and I was blown away by the customer service at MyPillow. Jim is in charge of quite a bit at this company but he showed me kindness and attention like I was the only one in the store. Terry ultimately helped me find the best deal and I went home with plenty of new MyPillow goodies and even some gifts for family members. I couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness. They helped me stay in budget and the product speaks for itself. Thanks Guys!!

I don’t know what the one star ratings are talking about and am afraid that politics are clouding their good judgement. I walked into the store with an open mind as I was looking for a better night’s rest and nothing more. Terry D. was the only person working. He acknowledged me immediately. He was very polite, informed, professional and a true gentleman. He did not try to up-sell, but after seeing the products available, I went for a Queen and travel pillow package. The product is just as advertised and my wife and I are sleeping like babies. The added bonus is that this is an all American product that is employing thousands of Americans. I love this product and the business model. What’s not to love? Happy New Year!

Tried to buy 2 but the promo code that was advertised wouldnt work, so I called and after a while got them to honor it. Then they tried to charge sales tax even though they are not in my state. I asked them why genuinely wondering if I was missing something. The guy got angry with me so I informed him he lost the sale and hung up.

My mom got one of the pillows and she did not like it, so she gave it to me. Ive been feeling neck pain and Ive constantly been waking up in the night, which is what the commercial said wouldnt happen. It feels as if they got a block of foam, cut it into cubes and threw it into a sheet. The foam doesnt stay in place and they move away from my neck which hurts after a while. Im awalys fixing its shape and its very annoying. The pillow also gets very hot after a while and I have to flip it to the other side. No matter what I do to the pillow theres awalys a problem with it. Whatever you do, do NOT buy this pillow!

Holiday shopping has been hectic, and it’s been hard for me to get sleep because of my busy schedule.. I stopped by the mall today to see if I could find a pillow, I usually buy pillows from Walmart but I’m so tired of throwing my money away. I stopped by My Pillow to see what the hype was about. It was the best thing I could have done, Nicole was super informative, and I even got a chance to try my pillow out before I bought it. I definitely will be back to get another pillow!

Just bought 2 king medium firmness pillows at Costco!!! Update: I also just purchased the Giza dream sheets. So soft and smooth !!! Decided to try them out and oh my!!! So soft and cloud like!! I love the cover and it’s 110 degrees outside and it’s really cool !! Thanks !!

My husband and I walked into the store tonight because we seriously wanted to buy a new pillow from the store. I have heard many good things and many good reviews about the product and we had a genuine curiosity to try it out. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were treated with a total lack of respect. I did not get her name but she was probably a mid 30s, female, glasses, with darker complexion. She came waltzing from the back room like we had just disrupted her from a nap. She very rudely asked us what we wanted, and answered our questions rudely with a terrible tone. Avoid this store at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE!Dont waste your hard earned money on a marginal product. $35 or more for a king size pillow should have been the warning, but I ignored it. I should have read the reviews first. Dont waste your time or money.

My husband and I bought 2 My Pillows at Costco. It took about 3-5 nights sleep to get use to them and we werent sure we liked the Pillows. We have been sleeping on the pillows for over 3 weeks now and we both LOVE them. My husband has a firmer one than I and at first I thought my was too soft, but it is perfect. My parents have used the pillows for over 5 years (same pillows) and recommend them. ImCheap so it was hard to fork out $98.99 for 2 pillows buy they are worth the cost!

Paid 100 dollars for 2 pillows at home and garden show. Total waste of money. Hate this pillow. Salesman didn’t ask anything except “do you sleep on your Side?” I really expected an exceptional product due to the fact this infomercial has been around for years, and now being sold locally. Major disappointment.

I couldnt even sleep on this pillow for an hour before I had to toss it aside and grab one I bought at walmart for 3 bucks which I slept all night on. I put the mypillow on the floor for my dog, and he chewed it to shreds...i am sure he hated it too. Total waste of money.

I ordered the My Pillow and found out that I had ordered wrong. The pillow I ordered kept my head up and not even. The customer service people were very kind and told me I needed the size down from the one I ordered. They sent me postage via email and new pillows were delivered promptly. I couldnt be happier with the new pillow and the customer service was outstanding. Fabulous company and I would highly recommend doing business with them.

So I always wondered about my pillow watching the commercials. I read a bunch of reviews and ended up deciding not to buy one. My wife ended up buying me one from Bed Bath & Beyond for Christmas 2017. The reviews were correct. What a piece of junk! I never woke up so many times in one night before. I would wake up with the foam pieces all around my head and my head basically on my bed. So I would keep waking up and having to re adjust it exactly what the commercial said you wouldnt have to do. If you dont believe the reviews buy one from Bed Bath & Beyond. This way you can at least get your money back without having to go online or make phone calls and fight with the company.

This pillow doesn’t deserve one star. My kid can make a better pillow. I hate the lumps in it and it flattens after a while. What a waste of my money. I gave my pillows to my dogs. Not worth the investment.

These pillows are basically bags of chopped up foam pieces. They look and feel like bags of chopped up foam even when you have them in a pillow case. They don’t hold their shape and break down pretty quickly. Exchanged them once for a firmer pillow and they were the same. Very expensive and low quality.

I have 2 of the white firmness my pillows on my bed and the pillow topper. I love them all...so comfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and I am side sleeper. The pain I felt after a night of sleep use to be terrible. Now it is gone and I have the my pillow mattress topper to thank for it. Thank you so much you guys ❤

Purchased my pillow at JCPenny looking for relief so I can get some sleep. Other pillows have me sinking down to one side and was uncomfortable and had to adjust it all night long. My Pillow was the answer to my problem. Love this pillow and intent on replacing all my pillows with My Pillow. Thank you My Pillow!!!

This company charged me $150 for the four pack special ... I never received my pillows! They said there was nothing they can do ....so frustrated with this company and have read so many reviews with the same complaints! Makes me wonder....is mypillow a SCAM !?! the foam they use for there pillows is so cheap and they make there pillows for under $1 and sale them for $80 ! Wow am I in the wrong business... I need to be in the scrap foam business ! Do your research folks ... Dont fall for the fake reviews !

Worst pillow ever. Hard to even rate 1star.

Ive had My Pillow for about a year and a half. For the last 6 months its become very uncomfortable. I keep having to adjust it to make it comfortable but it doesnt help. Ive washed it every 3 months but didnt for 6 months. I washed it this morning and see its lumpy. I thought I found the answer to my pillow problem but now I realize I hadnt.

The My Pillow feels comfortable, but it has no neck support and caused me to develop neck problems with shooting pains down both arms and numb fingers. The problem has cleared up over a couple of weeks since I got a contour pillow. The stuffing is in little cubes, and overnight they push up to the top and away from my neck (the firm pillow). The only pillow in my life that caused me to have physical problems.

My Pillow sales associate Xavier was highly inappropriate and confrontational during my return transaction. Additionally, Xavier contradicted the companys warranty policies specific to guaranteed satisfaction. Further, Xavier was sarcastic and argumentative and is certainly a blemish to My Pillow. Shame on My Pillow management for permitting this individual to remain on staff and engage with customers in such an unacceptable and disrespectful manner!

Me and my husband have wondered about my pillow so we finally bought two of them and there horrible they hurt our necks every time we use it. I went back to my tempur-pedic pillow and I love it. Don’t buy my pillow it’s a scam and doesn’t work at all!!!!
