I was extremely happy with my experience at Mattress Firm. My sales associate Lindsey Johnson was very helpful and patient a answering my questions and explaining my options. I was also impressedwith the confirmation e-mails and delivery notices I receivedI selected a Stearns and Foster mattress and platform. The product is amazing. Everything arrived quickly and on time. I even received my mattress cover, sheets and pillows earlier than promised. My first nights sleep was incredible.

Don was super helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I had done some research online but going in made all the difference. I haven’t bought a mattress in years but this experience was so quick and so easy. Not to mention great sale!

We bought a king size mattress and bed frame from Jared Sennet at this location. He went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the right kind of mattress for our needs, and made the whole process seamless.

Lindsey, our sales associate, was very well versed in the product and answered all questions posed to her. While we were in the store it was initially very quiet; however, within five or 10 minutes there were several other clients who arrived . It was very impressive how she was able to attend all of us individually (by herself) and give us the attention we all needed. She was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable.

Don was a great person to work with. Answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Mattress comes on Wednesday so hopefully the delivery and set up will also go smoothly!

I’m the first to admit, I loathe mattress shopping! My wife dragged me into Mattress Firm and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it went! I didnt walk in expecting to actually walk out of the store with the perfect mattress. I had been shopping around your competitors and even a couple other Mattress Firms for quite a while and never had anyone actually help me like Susan. She was so patient and listened to all of my quirky needs. It was so refreshing to meet someone who was so knowledgeable and kind with such great customer service. You should clone her and have one at every single store you have. I have had my new mattress for a few weeks now and I cant tell you how much I love it. I can actually sleep and awaken feeling freaking fantastic. Im gonna tell everyone I know to go see Susan when they are in the market. Shes the absolute best. I would love her to work for me. Lauren, at Mattress Firm, is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with in purchasing a mattress. I honestly would not buy a mattress from anybody but her, I trust her that much. This is the third mattress I have bought from her (needed for a guest bedroom), and she has never steered me wrong, and recommended the best beds for my needs. Buy a mattress from Lauren!

If I could give a zero, I would. They promised delivery by a date certain, then moved the delivery date back by 5 days (so wed have nothing to sleep on), refused to give us a temporary mattress, and the manager of the store (Matt) was rude and handled the situation unprofessionally. I would highly recommend that you try a competitor- Brooklyn Bedding or the like - before ever setting a foot in a Mattress Firm store. Such incompetence.

I just have to say that having been to different mattress stores i was beginning to get very frustrated until i walked in here! Susan was immediately cordial and helpful..she really took the time to answer my questions. This is what customer service should look like!!

We had excellent service from salesman Garrett McVerdy with Mattress Firm. He’s currently filling in at different locations. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and spent a lot of time with us choosing the right mattress for us. We’ve been sleeping on our new mattress for 2 weeks now and are very happy with it! I came in to this store looking for a king mattress set and found exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Colin and he was great! He helped me select the right mattress for me by showing me several beds and explaining to me all the differences between them and why one costs more than another. The store was clean and organized and Colin was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend coming to this store for any mattress purchase.

I dont recommend this store. I brought in a mattress protector (for a client) that they originally got there months ago and now wanted an exact replacement for. The rep didnt want it in the store for sanitation reasons, but took a look at it and the tag with model #. Then he sold me what he said was the same one. Got it to clients and unboxed it, and was a different model. Called him back and he said - sorry no returns allowed on that (again for sanitation reasons). Then tried several times to convince me its just as good. I explained twice that its not what my clients wanted, but he couldnt seem to understand that. I tried calling central customer service and was on hold for 15 min, no exaggerating. Hung up totally frustrated. Terrible experience. I know everyone makes mistakes, but this one should have been fixed when I pointed it out. I just ordered a direct replacement on Amazon, and am now stuck with this other one. I try to shop locally and support the community, but when I get burned like this it makes me care less about all that.

Tempurpedic is the best bed that I have ever owned. They have the full line at this location. I ended up liking the Supreme Breeze. I wanted to try them all out to make an honest opinion on what would work best for me. I went in and the Manager was working. Her name is Mel and she is so amazingly helpful. Check out this store before going anywhere else. My delivery happened a few days after and it was a fast and professional experience.
