Great shop. Came in to have brakes serviced on one vehicle and learned that Manager Paul is a Toyota 4-wheel-drive expert. We had them do an engine replacement on our 4Runner and they did a great job. Ill be bringing all of my cars here now.

Paul is an honest man and is trustworthy. This place is always busy for good reason, you can trust their work. They saved me from spending money on something I didnt need to replace on my car that another place said I did!

Very personable. Very helpful. It was my sons car that broke down. He was out of work and I just needed to take care of the payment. I only spoke with Kelly who was very nice. All repairs were done as promised. Will definitely consider using for my own car in the future.

Fast, friendly, and honest. These guys made me a lifelong customer years ago. Recently brought my car in for squeaky breaks, and instead of telling me pads needed to be replaced they said I still had about 50% left in them. Never feel as though youre being taken advantage of here.

I was passing thru Scottsdale on a cross country trip when I heard my brakes squeak.I had them inspect it and informed me that the brake pads were not of the best quality but they would last.They could have easily charged me for a new set of pads but charged me nothing!Good to have honest guys still in that business

The guys at working this shop are hard to find these days. They are fair and only charge you for the work that had to be done. They are always very upfront with their estimates and do good work. I have been taking all my cars here for years. They also do great custom work. I have been steadily upgrading my 1965 cobra and would not trust this custom work with anyone else. They dont cut corners and take pride in their work.

From oil changes to transmission repairs. They’re professionals and know their cars and part. Did I mention honest?! Amazing customer service!! Above and beyond isnt doing this place justice with their customer service. I couldnt give them 5 stars because Ive been waiting for the alignment machine to be calibrated for almost 2 months. I finally went else where but Ill continue to check if theyve gotten theirs calibrated in the future. Cant beat that customer service folks!

One thing I really appreciate is the staff letting me know current issues with my vehicle and potential issues. They have never tried to sell me a service but they do inform me of potential problems and advise in my best interest. Pricing is very fair and if your vehicle needs more extensive diagnostics they will wave the fee if you use them to fix the problem! Great job guys!

Dropped my car off for a brake repair today, work was done same day. All employees were very professional, helpful, and friendly, both in person and on the phone. Brought my little Honda here after the AC went out during a road trip. They were very polite and kind. I felt like they really cared about my situation. They were very fair with their pricing and didnt look for excuses to charge me more than what was necessary. They were able to get everything done the day I brought my car in, (which involved basically replacing the whole A/C system) and we were able to continue on our road trip without too much of a delay. Overall I feel like the staff and mechanics here are passionate about their work and treat their customers with care and respect.

The first time I went into this shop was when I first moved to Arizona in the middle of the summer. The only reason I went in there was because I know I needed new brakes. My parents warned me about mechanics other than your dealer, and I brushed them off. Paul is by far the most honest mechanic youll ever meet. He gave me an amazing deal on my brakes and when my A/C went out the next week, he gave me an amazing deal on that.I just got 4 new engine mounts and axles. I called Nissan and they quoted me $2100, after 2 discounts they added. Paul quoted me $1500+ tax. Pauls motto is Im not going to charge you for labor I didnt use.This guy has been doing this for 20 years and like I said, the most honest mechanic youll ever have. He will have my business for as long as Im here. Ive done $2000 in work this year to my car, and I know I saved money going to this shop. Save your time and money and go to this shop if you need anything. If they are busy, come back in the morning.

Best mechanics around. Always Honest and fairly priced. Originally went there 15 years ago with what I thought to be a brake problem. Left my truck with them and asked them to call me with a quote for the brakes. They called me and told me to tell my my truck was done and to pick it up. I was mad as I thought they didn’t call me with a quote. Came and picked it up and they said that there was no charge and that they just made a few minor adjustments and all was good. Since then this is the only place I take my vehicle to get work done. The manager runs a tight ship!

My Honda Civic needed a new alternator. Even though I already had it tested, Paul tested it twice to make sure that was the problem. They were able to install a new one same day and it was done when he said it would be. Excellent service!

EDIT: Paul, the manager, called and spoke to me after seeing my review. He apologized and went as far as to offer me a new strut for free even though this wasnt their fault(read below) unfortunately I already had it repaired and he offered me compensation instead which I refused. He told me they were understaffed and just had a bad day that Saturday when this incident occurred. I understand things happen and the fact he called me back and offered me the free repair and an explanation says alot about the place. Clearly not just looking for your money or trying to rip you off like many other others. My original review is below for reference.Took my car there a week after an oil change where another shop told me I needed front brakes. I spoke to the receptionist and she said they would have the measurements to see what I needed done by around 1 PM. I call back at 230 because I still havent heard anything and they said they were about to look at it. Long story short at 4:15 (after they closed on a Saturday) they tell me I need front brakes(which I already knew and told them). Got my car back at 4:30 without new brakes and 5 minutes down the road my strut on my front passenger side is completely out. To be fair to them, Ive been told this can sometimes happen with lifts and if the strut is already bad but you dont notice it until the lift shifts it. They didnt tell me this though they just denied they did anything and I did my own research and am giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is what happened but Ill never know for sure. Be wary of this place. Cheaper is not always better.

Paul really knows his stuff and he takes care of you. Ive had my front and back breaks serviced here. I waited a week afterwards to make sure everything was great and reminded myself twice to write this review. Thats how great they are.

Another good Brake Masters experience and first time visiting this particular location. I called a little after 7:30 am to see if they might be able to fit me in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. I spoke to El and he was great about fitting me in. I was there within 15 minutes of speaking with him and my car was brought around back almost as soon as I checked in. After oil change was completed, Paul (hope I got his name right) the manager told me about my brakes and his recommendations. The front ones were replaced and he provided recommendations about how to adjust to them. I didnt anticipate spending as much time there as I did but no big deal. The service was great and Id highly recommend this location.

I took my Jaguar in for service this week to replace a well-worn tie rod. Having known about this issue for over a year, I was finally able to have the work done.Upon inspection, the serviceman reported he had never seen a worse tie rod situation in all his years of service. He went to great lengths to replace the item, plus installed a new tire post with new lug nuts (they were all stripped from a bad Just Brakes job).The service was outstanding, affordable, and genuine. I will definitely return to this location with all of my future specialty needs!

The guys at this location are pretty awesome. They have taken care of my Mercedes at great prices. They get the parts for my car right from the dealer and charge great labor prices. They are very helpful and kind.

I had called and was told that I could come in before 9am for a vehicle inspection and they would get me in to have my vehicle inspected. Arrived at 8am and was treated disrespectfully. They specifically told me that I was not their priority today. The inspection typically takes 30 minutes and is such a superficial inspection, anybody can do it. Super easy service to provide me and it would take them maybe 10 minutes to do.I waited 6 hours and still have not had my car looked at. Simply from this inspection alone, I dont think I will ever bring my business here. Sad to see that, despite so many good reviews on here, they werent even apologetic for miscommunicating their service to me. I strongly would not recommend this company to anybody.

Ive got two brake jobs here and will go here every time. They got a guy drives you back to where you need to go. I took you in the 250 because I assume the brakes needed to be done and dropped it off and got a ride home. and then they called me back and said I still had like 30% brakes left and I didnt need to get a brake job until you know a few months later down the road or whatever. so they even sent the guy back to get me to come get my truck and take off so I cant believe it this place is awesome.

I took my car to the Toyota Dealership on Camelback because of a squeaky noise that I heard from my vehicle when I turned it on. After spending $80 for the inspection, the service manager came out to talk to me, two hours later, with a list of $700 worth of crap that my car needed. Plus, I was given no solution to the issue that I came in for in the first place. I was just told that it would be taken care of with the other stuff. He gave me the report of the inspection and I drove off. I stopped by the brake masters on Scottsdale Rd between Thomas and McDowell Rd and explained my situation. Paul the manager there took two seconds from his time to open my hood and tighten a belt in the engine that fixed my squeaking issue that I waited for two hours to get done at the dealership. He looked at the list of things that the dealership said I needed, and the only thing that he found to be true on that paper was that I needed rear brakes, the four other items on there were just lies. So I got the brakes done at Brake Masters with Paul for half the price that the dealership quoted me and thats the only place Ill go for any car needs from this moment on.
