The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude towards my girlfriend and I. A staff member was very condescending and unfriendly from the moment we pulled in - he acted like our business was bothersome. The only moment that he showed any emotion was when I told him we’re going to another place, as he clapped and said “Thank God! Have a great day.” Keep in mind that this was a full two hours before closing! We drove down the road to Lightning Lube, got a better deal and way better service. This location lost my lifelong business at Jiffy Lube.

Terry was absolutely amazing! I am not the best at car maintenance and he totally went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper maintenance for the oil care on both my cars as well as looking out and fixing my brake lights as well.I will always come back and I am super appreciative of all the guys help at this location!

The manager here, Terry, is excellent! Really seems to know and understand cars and handled a potentially unsatisfactory situation well. After my oil change, my car wouldnt start back up. They, and a young man named Joshua, tested the battery for me. The young employee seemed to think nothing was wrong with the battery and then became extremely disrespectful and defensive with me. Especially after one of the more experienced guys tested it, and received a bad cell report. So the battery clearly needed to be replaced. Joshua needed to be calmed down and sent inside to chill out. Not cool. I imagine lack of training and experience can account for his behavior to a repeat customer, as well as many other reasons. Young Joshua needs to learn the value of not arguing and badgering, almost bullying, the customer. Because, Terry and the other guy explained the problem, gave me suggestions as to what to do, jumped my car to start it so I could get down the street to Auto Zone. Definitely up and above and good customer service. Best part of this story: I actually returned to Jiffy Lube to purchase the $149 battery with a 5 yr warranty, Terry, the manager told me about, because Auto Zone is charging $125-130 for a cheap battery with a 1 yr warranty. Also, Terry made it right and offered a significant discount on my oil change. Well Done!! As long as Terry is there, Ill be a returning customer. I sincerely hope the young mans horrible and potentially violent attitude is dealt with.

This location is poorly managed and the staff has a bad attitude, particularly Logan. He clearly does not enjoy working at JiffyLube and appears to not care about his job or how he makes customers feel. The manager on duty failed to address the issue and rather than apologizing and admitting that Logan’s behavior was unacceptable, denied me service and asked me to leave. He clearly is not suited to be a manager. This occurred on 10/01/2021 at 12:00pm.

Asked for a conventional oil change, filled out the form correctly. When I came to pick up my car, I was charged more than double the price because they gave me a synthetic blend oil instead. I told them that wasn’t what I asked for, and he said they “lost my form” so I ended up having to pay it.In my opinion, this is one of those places that tries to take advantage of a female asking for a simple oil change. Go somewhere else, most definitely will not be back.

Jiffy Lube was the best service that I was not expecting. They went way above the service I was expecting. It was not just an oil change. They do a full 54 point check of the vehicle. So I had a good idea of what I may need to repair or replace in the future for proper vehicle maintenance.Highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

The guys at the Scottsdale Rd Scottsdale, were wonderful they took my car in right away and I didnt even have to wait that long, they were very good and took very good care of me.

Stopped by location in South Scottsdale as it has been far more than six or seven months since my vehicles last service. Reps informed me that I was still a couple of thousand miles short of needing my oil changed but continued to take a look to see if it was clean or dirty and then topped me ofg at no cost to me. My air filter was dirty so I did purchase an air filter.Also asked them some questions regarding my suspension and tie rod bushings, sway bar bushings, shocks etc and they were very informative in these areas as well.Thank you so much Ill be back in 2000 miles for my full service!Tim

Wow! This is the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a Jiffy Lube. I went in at 1:10pm and was out by 1:35. I couldn’t believe it! Not only did they tell me the pricing of everything within the first 2 mins of arriving, but I was able to have everything done in that amount of time, with a nice carpet vacuum as well! I’m definitely going to go to this location in the future!

Daughter just took her car to Jiffy Lube at 2727 N Scottsdale. They tried to up sell her that her brake fluid was very low and that she needed her brake fluid flushed for $90+. She went down the street to OReilly Auto Parts. They checked her brake fluid level, said it was a smidge low and topped it off for her. How many people do they try to feast on and try to steal from by pushing services that are not needed? Stay away from here.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We thought we needed an oil change for our new car but they let us know we were early (it’s different for synthetic oil) and topped us off and let us go free of charge! There was a bit of a wait so maybe call beforehand.

Cheap and shady place to change your oil. This business is just like other shady chain of quick lube places. The receptionist refused to honor $15 coupon for oil change from their own website. Instead, he already applied the 7$ coupon and it cannot be removed and replaced with my 15$ coupon, thats bunch of lie. You lost a loyal customer because of this. Now, I Highly doubt the oil they put in my car. I would never go to this place again.Their prices have gone up, I paid 43$ for an oil change only.

So, I started off as a walkin to Midas down the street which the fastest they could get me in was 1.5 hrs as i was a walk in. I was able to call juffy lube and they got me in an out in 40 min. Angel took my call, and got me in quickly with only 1 person in front of my car in the bay. He took good care of me and i was able to use the 7 dollar coupon on top of the regular oil change special for $29.99, which got me out the door at $23.57 keeping me within budget. I also found out some things that needed attention soon for my maintenance. I had an awesome experience here and would definitely recommend them.

Ridiculously expensive. I was charged 90.00 dollars for an oil change. They get your car in the service bay then the scam starts. I was given a 15.00 dollar coupon which brought the price down to 73.58. Absolutely the most dishonest place to get an oil change.

Manager is concerned with his ticket avg. Tried to charge me $82 for an oil change when the avg around town is between $50-60. Place is dingy, employees had their friends hanging around. Not really professional at all. You couldnt pay me to come back

An Oil change is $75 here. I did not feel comfortable here. Very slimy salesmen that werent interested in working on my vehicle and would continually forget my requests. I had a much better experience at the nearby Lightning Lube in Scottsdale which I felt like I could trust with my car, was only $35, and was just as fast.

Brought my vehicle in for the second time and was totally satisfied. The staff were eager to please and courteous. It should be noted that in between my changes I took advantage of the free fluid top up service and was promptly served on each and every occasion (I use a liter of oil about every 600 miles). On this visit it was reiterated that the latter is offered at all locations in Canada and the USA. If all of the outlets in the chain are like this one, I wonder why anyone would go anywhere else!!!

Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years this time I had a bad experience they put the wrong air filter in my vehicle and lost one of my custom valve caps they made it right on the air cleaner but I had to come back for that. I recommend if you go to Jiffy Lube after they do the work drive around the corner and check it

I would not give this company any stars but I had to at least give them one star to post this, they almost ruined my mothers truck by putting too much oil in her car, and I had to take it to the mechanic and It costed me $60 for them to take the 5 quarts of extra oil that they put in my moms car. Do not go here, take your car somewhere where they actually know what they are doing. I was also trying to get refunded or at least partially refunded and George the Manager was super Rude and has no sense of customer service. The mechanic told me that putting in that much extra oil was like driving around with no oil and that can ruin your engine. So obviously these guys have no idea what they are doing.

I bought a new car and the dealership put a 3000 mile sticker on it. At 3000 miles, I brought it to my favorite Jiffy Lube and was told that my car used synthetic oil and didnt need to be changed until 10,000 miles. They checked and topped off the fluids and sent me on my way with no charge. Excellent service.

Brought my car in for an oil change at this location. The guy on duty noticed I wasnt due for another +1000 miles and told me so. They happily checked my tire pressure and topped off my other fluids for free.I really appreciate the honesty at this location.

My husband brought my 2011 Outback Subaru in for an Oil Change yesterday March 6, 2019. The person who serviced my car told my husband that we HAD to use Synthetic Oil in my car. (Very Expensive) My car has only been serviced at the dealership until yesterday. They have never used Synthetic Oil in it. It has never cost that much!!!! He told my husband that the computer told him he had to use synthetic. The owner manual does not specify that. Beware anyone who walks in. GO the extra mile and find someone you can trust!

When I returned home from my oil change, I noticed my wiper fluid reservoir was damaged. It is impossible to prove, however, it is the only explanation as I noticed it as soon as I returned home from jiffy lube.

I took my truck in for an oil change. Their servicemen forgoet to fill my windshield washer fluid. The washer fluid light was still on and the reservoir was completely empty. On my invoice it says Windshield Washer Fluid Level - Added. So I had to take the time to go back to have them fill it. When I took it back nobody even asked me what the problem was or even bothered to apologize. Not only did I get poor service, but I got poor customer service as well.

I have been working in the automotive industry over 6 years. I recently bought a vehicle and realized when the oil light came on that the vehicle was low on oil. Normally a service I would do myself, I popped in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change due to the severity of how low the oil was. I was turned away because the vehicle, being low on oil, was a liability according to the tech. So, are you saying that because Im low on oil I cannot get an oil change? What bullS***. Take your business elsewhere. There is a Meineke up the road that does great service.
