So happy to find this new coffee shop changing the trained on how you coffee and tea! The choices are endless and they have introduced so many drinks I’ve never heard about. The Thai tea is amazing it’s a must try iced of course. Elliot and his team are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have about coffee and tea. Truly recommend it. I’ve been back two more times ever since I’ve tried it. Definitely found our new coffee spot.

This coffee tastes burnt! Like the attitudes of the employees working there. YUCK. Do yourself a solid and don’t go here. The baked goods looked old. Sweet Waters? Burnt waters.

Absolutely amazing coffee shop, the products here are to die for, not only that but the staff make this an even greater experience. It has been a long time since I have been treated with so much respect, kindness and had a joyous experience getting a great cup of coffee. The staff were knowledge and had great recommendations. My wife and I will be coming back here again. I would highly recommend Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea.

Good coffee shop, very wide open, lots of space to work. The menu is huge. I had to stand there for a while because I was overwhelmed lol. I got the Dragon, which was just your typical iced coffee with condensed milk instead of regular. They also have so many different pastries- the marble cake was so good and chocolatey. Check it out!

Great cafe in a great part of Scottsdale, AZ. Always very clean inside. Great coffee and other specialty drinks, tasty treats, friendly staff. I always visit this place when I’m nearby. It’s worth the 20mi trip in from the I-10 for a coffee and snack.

My expectations were low for cold brew cause I don’t really like cold brews. I was very impressed! The dreamy is so good! I just need to add some more creamer and it’s perfect. Also if you want it sweeter just add more vanilla and milk and it’s perfect! This cold brew tastes/reminds me of the lux drink I get.I also tried their iced creme caramel, it’s okay.They also have a drive thru.They have seats outside too and it’s a big space inside.

I visited here for the first time this morning. The inside of the coffee shop is beautiful and clean. They had beautiful artwork up which was interesting to look at while I was waiting for my coffee. the staff were friendly and helpful as it was my first time. The coffee was delicious and very comparable to other coffee shops that are well known in the area. The Danish was delicious. They even offered to warm it up for me. They have a large drive-thru that was moving very quickly. I highly recommend!

First things first, very good coffee options and every product I had tried had been fantastic.The only reason I give them a 4 and not a 5 is because a lady in the drive through in North Scottsdale, Raintree Plaza. My last two visits have been a total disaster (unfortunately the same person the last two visits), she was clearly upset with my foreign accent, and gave me a very very hard time and attitude. I let it go the first time, but had enough with the second time not only because of the lack of education of this lady but because she talked me down and openly ignored me, after given me a coffee 3/4 full after I asked for light ice, and wanted me to take it because “that how we fill coffee cups”.I think this company has a bright future, the concept and product are just phenomenal, but they have to take a closer look at customer service, probably this lady is not suitable to be taking orders. I can not imagine how many customers you could loose having this lady judging people because of how they speak english.

So much better than the other places around! Their drinks are unique, like the French Vietnamese coffee, and I just love their fall drinks. Plus the baristas are very nice!

Service was great and my drinks are always delicious. Staff is very helpful and patient when you don’t know what you want lol love love love this place. Baristas are so sweet I hope they get paid fat. Def will be coming back

We are from Washington state and here on vacation. We were looking forward a local coffee shop and came to the right place !! The store is modern, clean and chill, we were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome by the owner who took the time to point us in the right direction for drinks and even offered to let us sample some. He was very pleasant to talk to and our orders were exactly what we were looking for! They did not disappoint, if we were local, we would be regulars here! If your are a local, I highly recommend taking advantage of this place and supporting them over the chain coffee shops! We will be back when visiting arizona !

Hands down thee best Chai Tea Ive had. This place has a really chill vibe, very clean, and awesome employees. Way better than Starbucks.

They have a good selection of treats, pastries, snacks, and food as well as coffee, teas, iced drinks, and seasonal specials. If you’re in the area, stop by. They have a drive thru too

Just discovered this gem a few weeks ago! They have an app for ordering ahead, which works great and Ive not had any issues with it. I have tried 2 different drinks and then also a bagel breakfast sandwich. Everything has been great! Wonderful service and yummy coffee!

Just tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed. Staff is so friendly and I loved my Dreamy Cold brew. I also tried a biscuit breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon and I loved it. The bacon was crispy and the biscuit was really nice.Will definitely be back.

I have been here 4 times this week! The service is wonderful and the drinks are delicious. I have tried something different every day and so have my kiddos. I loved the Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Croissant and the Pretzel Bread Turkey Sandwich. The owner has been their every single time and has been so nice. I love supporting a local shop :)

Food was good and it was cool that the manager was working there too. Employees are nice.

This place is a step above Starbucks and totally worth it! I had a blended caramel drink, I forget the name. Dragon something. But it was amazing!! And even though they are brand new, the entire staff was super friendly and focused but having fun! Great spot to camp out a bit and do some work. Large work space table with ports and lounge seating too. Check it out. Great addition to the neighborhood!!

Great taste and awesome flavor. They just opened and the franchise owner was so nice and helped us pick our delicious drinks! I got the Thai tea and my husband got the cold brew they’re not overly sweet. While I didn’t get to try their food it looked amazing in the case. We will definitely return!

Best coffee for me so far

I really enjoyed my Thai Iced Tea and my boyfriend loved his Minty Dreamy. We also got breakfast sandwiches. We got the pretzel bun with egg cheese and bacon and biscuit with egg, cheese and ham.The staff was so nice and friendly. Definitely coming back.

Their iced coffee is so good. No bitter aftertaste - so smooth! I also tried their club on a pretzel bun - SO GOOD! I could easily eat that every day! Anytime Im in the area Ill make a point to hit them up again. Good coffee, good food and such a friendly staff!!

Visited for our first time, service was amazing, The girl at the counter was super helpful in giving us ideas of what was good to drink. Giving one star because while we were enjoying our time there we could hear someone (manager maybe) yelling from the back at the workers. VERY unprofessional especially after the amazing service we received.

Fantastic coffee and great service! I love their options and the staff was very friendly. The Asian themes to the coffees provide some nice variety but Im a particularly big fan of their teas. The Ginger Lemon tea is so far my favorite.

Wow! Amazing Coffee Shop.I’ve tried 5 different coffee’s, cold brews and Matcha and they are all amazing.The breakfast sandwiches and pastries are so good.The staff is so friendly every time I come in.And it’s also very clean.Definitely going back.

Thai Iced Tea was weak. They have cutesy names for drinks so maybe if you have kids you can get a polar bear latte or whatever .. but the drinks are not for serious coffee drinkers. I stopped by on a weekday before a holiday and the barista could not be bothered but maybe that’s because of the time of year? I hear it’s locally owned so one star for that?

This is such a cute place with no substance.I stopped in for a black coffee and the taste was off. So I got an iced tea.. no better 😰 I don’t think these people know coffee. The name of the business is also very confusing. All fluff. I would skip it.

Dirty cold brew must have been a little sweeter. I was specific if it comes with milk in it, told yes and nope just cream on top. A Starbucks grande size with ice, espresso, chocolate where coffees bitterness overpowered the chocolate. Couldnt taste choc in the drink. Will review again after I try the French vietnamese coffee.

I have ordered thru Uber eats a couple times from here and the food and drinks are always exceptional. It always arrives hot and it’s super fresh! It’s out new favorite breakfast place!

If i could rate it 0 i would, their tea tastes like literal spinach water and not to mention their coffee tastes like i can make it from home, do better. If you’re thinking of getting coffee from here, don’t. Play it safe and go to Dutch Bro’s.

Excellent latte!! I know a lot of folks love coffee shops for the flavored coffees, but the plain latte is delicious! I was happy to discover they have a drive-thru. This was my first visit, but will not be my last!!

We went to this to try it out the other day and all we can say is WOW!!!! The drinks were delicious as were the treats we got. This is a DEFINITE YES for anyone wanting something in this area.

Service is still friendly and they have a loyalty program, so please keep up the good work.---Better than Starbucks and Panera in my opinion. Great coffee and a good variety of food pairings. Art on the wall and the comfy interiors make the space inviting. Fast wifi.

Cute new coffee and tea spot. They have a drive thru and mobile ordering too. The inside is super stylish and modern. My daughter got a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream (no coffee!) and I got the orange rooibos iced tea. The tea comes unsweetened which is how I like it but I noticed they had sweetener options as well.They also have a Iced Thai and a French Vietnamese coffee drink (cafe au lait) which sound really good too. Happy to have another coffee option besides the green monster. We happened to find this place next to Boot Barn and Kohls so hopefully more people will discover it too.I noticed they have dog friendly outdoor seating as well and seating was well distanced for socially distanced coffee with friends.Oh, and we really liked the cute little drawings on the cups. Nice 😊!

Visited at Grand Opening and over charged. Then I gave Sweetwater another try this past weekend, and waited for over 5 minutes for the drive through to respond. All along, I could here the staff laughing and chatting, as the speaker box was on. Done with Sweetwater.
