Stopped here while I was killing time before a business meeting and paid 60 bucks for a hand wash on my truck. I specifically asked for no tire shine as it sprays up from my wheels on my white paint and looks bad. Truck was finished and I dont know why I wasted my 60 on a hand wash. Door jams werent wiped. Around my wheel wells not touched, chrome exhaust tip still dirty and not wiped at all. I asked at the start if they could take a rag to a cubby Hoke as it had a sticky spot and inwas informed thats not what they do but if I offered the other guy 5 bucks they could do it. Are you kidding me?! Never coming back and would never pay for a hand wash from any cobblestone again.

Just moved to Arizona a few months back and this place has been fantastic. Even when they have been busy, the line is always moving and they have comfortable chairs inside for you while you wait. Everyone on staff that I have interacted with has been exactly what you would hope for - courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. I have gotten their 3 higher end wash services, an oil change, and a detail since I have moved here and they continue to send me coupons for their services that are great deals ($20 for an oil change!) plus they have packages that are worth every penny. I recently got an oil change and their premium wash for less than $100. They also really seem to care about their employees, too as they were accepting donations for the family of an employee that had recently passed away. Needless to say, this is where I will be taking my car for cleanings and oil changes moving forward. The gas station on-site also comes in handy too!

Cobblestone has multiple locations and the upkeep of self service equipment and supplies seems to vary by location. They all have the same things but not all locations seem to maintain the consistency of clean towels and working vacumns. They offer an unlimited express wash which really is a great idea. They also have a big convenience store and gas at each.

Was really unhappy. I was told it would take twenty minutes. However They spent all of maybe five minutes on my car once it came out of the wash. There was still dirt/ scuff marks on the leather behind the seats from my daughters shoes. Bugs and debris still on the windows and front of the car. Gum wrapper was still in the cup holder. Bits of gravel and dog hair still in the carpet. When I brought the car in I explained that I had just been away for the weekend with the family inc kids. I pointed these few things out asking to pay special attention to vacuuming and wiping down the leather. This was completely overlooked. I ended up vacuuming the car myself and bought wipes to wipe down the interior.When I signed up I explained that I was switching from Jackson’s car wash because there machine always seems to be broke down. However after going through this service just once. I must say I think I prefer Jackson’s because although there machines don’t always work, they spend anywhere from 20-25 minutes cleaning and vacuuming the car afterwards. When you spend almost $50 a month you expect a clean car. I don’t feel like I got that with cobblestone.

The customer service at this location is rather rude. On multiple occasions.Today, an elderly man in front of me was having trouble with machine and honked for help. He was completely ignored. Finally a guy went to help him after I shouted that he needs help.He pulled his vehicle forward and stopped just beyond the gate. When I rolled up the elderly man was still in the way so I waited. The gate went up-and-down without me having an opportunity to move forward.I got the attention of the attendant and he rudely hollers he’s with someone. I asked if he could get the attention of the two employees idly standing by beyond him. He said no. Cars were lining up behind me. Waiting.I got out of my truck and walked over to the other employees and one of them came over and assisted.It’s consistent at this location for the attendants to ignore the express lane monthly members. It has happened on multiple occasions. How sad.By the way, other valley locations have superb customer service. It’s just this one where the customer service is all but dead.

I live in Northern AZ and only went to this location because it is near Mayo Clinic. I paid for Premium Wash and didn’t see how dirty my windshield and interior were until I was back on the road. Interior looked like it was dusted with a dry rag. No scent of any cleaning products and no shine to anything at all. Entire windshield covered in tiny streaks that catch the sunlight. Absolutely nothing Premium about their service. I also got attitude from a finisher when I asked if they raised the back seats to vacuum. He said they don’t do that, but I was told at check in they would. Last, but not least, I became very ill that afternoon from a sandwich I bought in the store. Had I not been starving from having to fast for labs that morning, I’d have never purchased it. Lesson learned, consumers beware. Don’t bother paying for what you won’t get.

Don’t go here. Second time this has happened to my car, when they are drying off the car they must not be making sure they use clean drying rags because this happened! They scratched the clear coat….. I now have about 20 of these marks all i on her my hood.

Fairly mediocre car wash. They got most things, however there were still hard water spots left in several areas and they did not clean underneath my window rainguards. There was still dust left on the hood after the wash that came off with a simple finger swab. The interior cleaning was good. Overall not worth the high prices in my opinion.

Spent a little extra to get the inside cleaned more thoroughly, as it was a little dirty and needed more attention. They might have spent 30 seconds vacuuming. Had to buy extra to clean the interior myself, and discovered the outside was still filthy upon arriving home. If your car needs any actual cleaning and not just a touch up, I wouldn’t recommend.

I went here after my dog got into some chips and made a mess of the back seat. I offered to pay for a wash but since I had a rack they said I could use the vacuums for free. Overall I was happy that they did not want to arbitrarily charge me for something when all they realized that I needed was a quick clean up. I would go back here.

I have never been a big fan of car washes…especially Cobblestone! The quality and customer service are typically horrific, however being that it’s close to my home, I’ve put up with it. Today was a different experience. They called us for our car and the front looked like it hadn’t even been washed. It was a dusty, dirty mess! The guy cleaning it was trying but said we could go talk to someone else if we were unhappy. Well we chose to talk to Maurice and WOW! I’ve never been more impressed with a car wash employee, let alone an employee and especially for his age (we asked because we were curious based on his maturity). He agreed that the car didn’t look right and he immediately took the car to pressure wash it. I then watched him scrubbing the car endlessly to try and get whatever was on it off. When he called us over, he still wasn’t satisfied. He then went above and beyond and offered to try and trouble shoot and use a couple different spot treatments to see what worked. He found one and we will be going back to get it taken care of very soon! “Kids” I say kid because we are much older than him, are so rare these days and his work ethic was incredible! He was also beyond kind and personable. He turned a not so great experience or track record of Cobblestone car washes around and is a true blessing as an employee! Thank you Maurice for your service and we appreciate you!

This was my first time here, but will now be my go to spot. I was met right away, and the nice young man there answered all of my many questions. The inside was clean, and I love that you can watch your car go through the wash through the big windows. The front desk staff were all smiles, and gave great customer service. My car was clean inside out, and they put some things I didnt know I had left in there nicely on my seat. I felt the quality I received was above my standard, the staff is pleasant, it was clean, and I didnt have to wait forever. All signs of a well managed place, and company that values its customers.

I have an express wash plan which is nice, unless you cant wash your vehicle... I had to stop driving here later in the day because they dont keep their hours at the car wash. Open till 7, but closed at 6:45 on multiple occasions.Try Bell Rd at the 51... Made it there by 6:59 and they took me in express lane.

Buyer beware, folks. I had a prepaid gift card to use so I wasnt paying much attention. My father gave me his gift card that had three detailing jobs on it. Hes 87 and I dropped the car off on the way to taking him to dialysis (he drove too). I checked in with Gabriel and told him I wanted a detailing. Thats all I said. He checked the gift card, rang it up and told me I was all set. I asked him if there were 2 more detail jobs still on the card. He said there was and handed me the receipt, which I never read over since it was on the gift card and not my own credit card. I then got in my dads car and hustled off to drop him at the dialysis appointment. TURNS OUT, Gabriel, without consulting me, added on EVERY add on they sold at the place and put it through on the gift card. He NEVER mentioned all the additional items (probably on commission) and never asked me if I wanted any of them. Wow, did they rip me off. A $213 detailing turned into $473. So now the balance on the gift card has about only one detailing left. I would never have agreed to the upgrades if asked. I spoke to the manager when I picked up the car and he flat out said, we did the work-- so thats on you. The blatantly ripped off my 87 year old father $260. There was NO miscommunication on my end when I dropped off the car. The gift card receipt my father showed my later clearly shows 3 detail jobs for $213. Gabriel knew this when he checked the gift card. Please dont go to this car wash. I believe in honesty when doing business, and if you do too-- find another place to do business with. BTW, the final product was average-- Avoid if you want an honest shake.FOLLOW UP: The response from the company via this review was to contact them so they can make this situation right Then I get an email from the manager of the place (last name Cobb) who is the same manager who refused to help me with my problem the day of the event asking if there is anything he can do to fix the problem- which again is them ripping off my father to the tune of almost $300. I respond saying if they would like to refund the overcharge then I would be fine with that. No email back in two weeks. Clearly these thieves are trying to act like they are so concerned about their google reviews about the situation. Just a publicity stunt the make them appear good on google.

The service and the professionalism of their employees is the best I have ever seen. They treated me like family the first time I went there and every time since. I have gone to other car washes in Scottsdale, and none of them treat the car or the customer like they do. I would recommend them to everyone.

They did a great job! I had one concern, but I brought it up to them and they took care of it right away! I am very happy with how it went!

Paid for a detail job,and a 50$ car wash, my car was drenched with armor all inside,the screen on radio was sprayed with armor all, not wiped, windows were smudged, called manager told him what happened, brought my car back next day, re washed car, guess what? They didn’t even touch my radio screen. Called manager AGAIN let him know what happened, he said “they didn’t do it again?”I said nope! Didn’t try to make it rite after the second time.

I came here for a free car wash last month. My service was very fast & the workers are friendly. My experience here was good & I would come back to this location again.

I left dissappointed with the lack of effort and detail. I was left waiting for an hour and realized rather quickly after I left that it was a job poorly done.

The basic wash just splashes some water on your car and a bit of soap but doesnt really clean anything. When I complained they just said you have to buy the $10 wash to actually get your car clean. Well, in that case, call it a basic rinse, not a basic wash. Not going back.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a “Full Service Supreme” car wash - which was supposed to include vacuuming, wipe down, and scent. I had to point out multiple spots in my car that were missed:- The cup holder was not even done until after asking.- Everyone else’s trunks were automatically vacuumed, I had to ask- there was dog hair still under all my mats when I lifted to show them, the employee told me “we only do a quick vacuum, nothing too crazy”I felt rushed - and was so frustrated I left. There is still a layer of dust on my dashboard, doesn’t even look like my front passenger drawer was touched (still full of dust and there was a gum wrapper not taken out). Still smudges on the windows (from my dog that I thought they would have gone on the inside to wipe). Was also supposed to receive a scent in my car that is evident was not put in.Don’t waste your money.

I would highly recommend this Cobblestone location! I needed an oil change, air filter replacement, car wash & windshield wiper replacements - they did it ALL in under 60 minutes. They were quick, professional and affordable. Kerry, the mechanic, explained in-detail what my car needed and gave options for each service. I will be back!

Old equipment damaged my car, left it with huge dent on passenger rear quarter panel and scratches from hood to rear right side. Only after I demanded to see the videos did they fill out an incident report. After trying to contact corporate several times, the manager nor corporate office never respond, nor will return my calls, and are not taking responsibility for the damage done to my car.I hope Cobblestone corporate does the right thing by accepting responsibility and remedies this situation asap!

Bugs still all over grill and windshield. Didnt dry it.

I have a monthly pass on two vehicles. We usually go to Cave Creek location. Went to Deer Valley rd cobblestone this morning and got a terribly lazy car wash. Every window has wet towel streaks, I dont think they used the high pressure air at all because watermarks are everywhere, and hazy wipe marks all over the black paint of our yukon. I can understand an area or two but this is so bad I will have to try to find time to go to a different car wash.

Dont ever buy bundle wash deal. It suppose to be free but they extra charge for mud on the vehicle for $10. Why dont they charge extra for DIRTIER car then?! THATS WHY WE BRING TO CAR WASH!

Car wash doesnt do what its name says wash cars. Vehicle was covered in soap windshield never touched by shammies and then we were sent on our way with bugs still all over the vehicle. When we asked for another wash this time the machine touched the windshield but it did not remove any bugs.

I just brought my car over to cobblestone for a car wash and detailing and Jeff was thenn Vj one that helped me out. Hooked me up and they did a great job! Quick and easy!

I will not be going back to his place for their car wash services. I have been a frequent customer of Cobblestone, but over the past three times I’ve been their services have become poorer with significantly less attention to detail. On my last experience, I had some crumbs on my seat from my kids sitting in the back. When I asked the first attendant if they can vacuum the seats he said, “that is a special request.“ I said I would like to request this service and I’ll pay or tip accordingly. He said it will get done. When my car was wiped down by the other attendants I followed up and asked if the seats had been vacuumed. The attendants response was “Of course, we made it look great.” There was nothing great about this experience. Not only were my seats not vacuumed but they barely wiped down the dash and console, which are included as part of their normal package. I will never go back to Cobblestone as you can find people that provide a much better service and attention to detail elsewhere.

I took my boss’s car here to get washed and they did a terrible job. They didn’t vacuum around or under the chairs, move any of the mats, they didn’t clean the third row seat or vacuum it, there were still bugs on the windshield, didn’t do the sunroof, and there were still fingerprints on the touch screen. I asked for the diamond clean and they only had my car for thirty minutes and the wheels weren’t all the way cleaned either. Will not be returning and will probably was it myself cause it’s not worth the money I spent.

Great facilities. I love the Express Lane and the track is easy to drive onto and the covered parking for vacuuming your car works well. I like that they provide towels to dry your car which means I dont have to have my own towels. This is especially nice when it comes to cleaning the wheels. No messy towels to take home and wash.

I’m new to Arizona and my car needed an oil change . They were very professional and did a full look around of my car and checked the interior air filter which often goes missed. They did my oil change, replaced my windshield wiper and the wiper fluid, both air filters and have a free car wash. For some reason my wiper fluid was not coming up so I took it back thinking that they forgot to fill it, as the where about to fill it he notes that it was full so I demonstrated how it was not spraying and he was able to fix it.So now I have the platinum unlimited full service plan and I took it in for a car wash and they did the wash, a free air freshener and did a great job cleaning out my car and vacuuming it out aswell ( that’s all part of the plan I subscribe to). Everyone is super nice and super professional and it was very convenient. All in all the first time I went it took 30 minutes for the oil change and car wash and vacuum and today took about 15. I really recommend this place as they seem very thorough and know what they are doing.

A bad car wash facility.went to getmy car washed and get the tree sap removed from the hood.The wash and vaccum were shoddy. The car tree sap could not be removed and was told that it would be major job and cost $150.reached home and cleaned it in 5 minutes with alcohol hand sanitiser.with oalcphol

Gas pumps are off at night? Went here to put ethanol in my car three nights in a row, each time every pump has been off.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve had to vacuum and clean the interior when I got home..

I went here during my lunch break cause I had time, I normally just go to the do it yourself carwash drive thrus. At first seemed good car looked clean on the outside. I drove off to get back to work and noticed my back seats still had my dogs hair on it like if they didn’t even really try 🤦🏽‍♀️ It just made me sad cause I spent 25 $ on a “premium” car wash that I could’ve paid less for and done a better job(I only have two rows in my car, hair is sitting right on top)Just sucks never again :’(. They also asked me what kind of air freshener I wanted and didn’t even get that!

From beginning to end, Tyler, Anthony, Armando, Orlando, the cashiers, and the rest of the team members always go above and beyond with my Jeep Wrangler!! I am always greeted with a friendly smile and kindness!! I wont take my jeep anywhere else! Exceptional service by Antonio and Alberto as my vehicle was in dire need of a great cleaning. These fellas are professional and truly know what they are doing. This location has competent staff and everyone is truly kind and helpful. I suggest you drop-off your vehicle early as possible because they are busy and they do a sensational job at detailing and they truly listen to your expectations.I will not take our vehicles to anyone else but Cobblestone because they are trustworthy and do exceptional work. Edit on 8/4/2020.I thought I would give them another try seeing that it was too hot to wash myself. What a mistake!! My new white car came out covered in grease!!! They blamed it on the car that came through before mine?!? Never was an apology offered! They just said they will clean it off with some solvent which they did. I said I will not be back and the kid said thats fine. They obviously do not care enough about the customer experience.1 year ago.. They do an overall nice job but the people who dry it are awfully careless. The vacuum hose is rubbing all over the car and they hang the sprayer bottle from their pants which was also rubbing in the car. They need better training!

Paid for the Supreme wash and the car came back with a dirty windshield, filthy tires and the inside was not wiped down. Drove back and was told that my tires were clean enough even though I paid for tire dressing. Spoke to the manager, a 25 year old kid, who could care less. I bought a series of washes and a detail and now I have to go back a get a full refund. Rotten job and an attitude to match. Id be better off at the gas station car wash. Go anywhere else.

Not a good experience! I paid $79 for detail touch, wash car mats and asked for the alloy wheels cleaning. They did a poor job and didn’t even clean all my wheels.

My experience at Cobblestone has always been amazing!! Tyler and Anthony give 5 star service each and every time I come. The managers Mike and Maurice have always displayed great team building attitudes and an eagerness to please. This is by far the best Cobblestone!! Great team work.

This is THE premier location for Cobblestone Auto Spa. They pay attention to detail, provide expedient service, and they do so with a smile.I have been a monthly car wash member for nearly five years, but not with Cobblestone—until recently.This is as good as it gets.....and it can’t be easy for these guys, given the prevalence of localized higher-end patronage, who can—at times—tend to be ‘more meticulous and discerning.’

My first time here. Experience with customer service in the oil department is exceptional! Pleasant, friendly, accommodating, quick and efficient, knowledgeable. Service to provide a complimentary car wash topped every expectation for supreme service all around. My car was exceptionally clean like it was detailed! Amazing quick service all around. The waiting room area is comfortable and spacious. Such a super place and inviting, and without a doubt my only choice for an oil change and even car washes.

You guys really need a better bug zapper. This thing is currently a joke! Everytime over the past 6 months, I have had the rep spray the heck out of the front of my car. Yet, after the wash, there are still the same number of bugs which then I have to scrub scrub scrubOther places have this powerful jet spray which Id say takes away at least 90% of bug and its blood stains

Best car wash in North Scottsdale while still maintaining affordable prices! I’ve been here many times now and have never encountered any problems. An EXCELLENT job each and every time! The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable.Waiting time typically depends on which services you selected and how busy they are at the moment. However, I’ve never felt the waiting to be excessive. It helps I suppose that they have a beautiful lobby with ample seating, television, free popcorn, and clean restrooms. There is also a large outdoor waiting area with tons of seating.Take it from someone who has tried out more car washes (both full service and express) in the Valley than she can count: Cobblestone Auto Spa - North Scottsdale is the ONLY place my cars go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The self use options are well kept and there are enough to keep your distance from other vehicles. Everything I needed was there, cleaners, wipes, vacuums, trash collection and of course.. a snack.

Ive been going to the cobblestone on Frank Lloyd wright for years. Today I decided to try the one on Deer Valley Rd and Scottsdale. spent $31 plus tip on the Ultimate car Wash. Barely 10 minutes of stepping out of my car it was done. Needless to say it was not done well. Water was all over the car that had not been dried. Door frames were not done. Carpets were barely vacuumed. Armor all looked only lightly applied. So disappointed!Amended 11/22I have since gone back a few times as they offered to redo my car. I have to say that the next few times I went the car was done much better and I was satisfied with the results. The first time I believe was due to just one worker and I have not seen him there again.

Despite redirecting me to Cobblestone Auto website when I googled Classic Car Spa, clearly taking advantage of the now allegedly defunct Classics name and good will, they flat out refused to honor a prepaid detail card I purchased at Classic claiming they only bought the site and not the business. They then offered me a full detail for $350 stating that was a savings of $100. When I replied I thought they should honor the commitment, the manager said it isnt our fault they went out of business and you are holding a worthless piece of plastic. Never again will I enter their premises. EVER!!

Everyone was very friendly. When my car was done I asked the cashier if I could pay extra because I thought I had purchased the wrong wash (my car was done very quickly). She told me I could speak to the manager outside that he was very nice and he would help me out. I wish I could remember his name. I told him that I thought I purchased the wrong wash because my car was done so quickly and was wondering if I could pay more. He asked what wash I had purchased walked over to my car with me to see what I wanted done. It turns out I only needed a couple of things wiped down and the back bumper dried. He told me what wash to ask for next time and helped me into my car. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!! I have a Cobblestone 1/4 from my house but drive 6 miles to you for the customer service and the quality wash. I pre-purchased washes at the other locations in the past and only used 2 of them. My husband threw the rest away because he was so unhappy with the quality of the wash. He went inside at that location and asked for help and they were rude to him.

I dropped my car off for an oil change, wash and interior detail with shampoo this past weekend. Everyone was nice and thorough, making sure I was getting what I asked for and set up a pick up time for a few hours later. There are big windows in the store so you can watch the cars coming through the wash (my kids love this feature) and very comfortable seating inside and also outside under the covering.The wash on my car was great and the detail on the inside was amazing! I will definitely be returning. It was well worth the price!

Nice guy at the pay terminal explained the economics of the unlimited pass. I just moved here and didn’t give it much thought of how much dust/dirt collects after a day or two. Bought the unlimited and average 1xweek.The best things about this car wash are:1) They have a kiosk with free garbage bags, wipes, and paper towels for drying.2) Free vacuum, and, free use of cloth towels at the vacuum area3) A blow dryer (what you would use at a gas station to fill your tire) at the vacuum area to get the water out behind mirrors, grills, etc.Great place, and friendly people!

Overall would not recommend cobblestone for either car washes or oil changes. When getting an oil change, the tech just inputted that he checked everything without even looking at the car. Oil change came out far higher than what a local dealership would have charged, only went here because I needed the oil changed today and the dealer couldnt get me in. They wouldnt accept the coupon I had either. For the car wash, when ever taking my vehicle through it bents the license plate.

Pretty consistently bad experiences here. Its like they dont even care what type of wash you buy because for all of them theyre going to do a half ass job with your interior (if they do anything at all, I swear Ive seen them take a vacuum to it for 2 minutes, throw an air freshener in and call it good) and probably not even wipe your wheels down. Most of the time they dont even take the time to vacuum the backseat in my two door Jeep. Pretty much go anywhere else or do it yourself with a rag and vacuums because it will almost certainly be better.

I gave it two stars because I dont think this place is a great value.The gas, oil changes and car washes are all over priced in my opinion.If you are going to go, I would suggest just buying an Express wash. Bring your own glass cleaner and dash wipes. The machines give your car a great clean and the vacuums are awesome.I decided to try a full service wash today. $30 for a wash and interior clean. It took them a total of three minutes. At first, I thought it was awesome... Until I got in my car.I honestly think one person tried to vacuum my car in less than a minute. There was still dirt around the edges and they didnt even bother to vacuum out the trunk. The most incredible thing was that the seats actually had more dirt on them than when I started. Total waste of money in my opinion.Its like my dad always said, if you want something done right, do it yourself

Great car wash but my service was the best, the service advisor I was working with was Anthony and he was just amazing. He was real with me from the beginning and didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to do like other service advisors do. He was great at answering all my questions and making sure I got my car done exactly how I wanted it. Just completely amazed how great the customer service was. I do live kinda far but I will be coming to this car wash only from now on. Don’t lose that service advisor cause then you’d lose a customer as well.

Stopped in here for an oil change today. Everyone was so friendly. I couldn’t believe how fast they did the oil change. Extremely efficient.

Armando and his team are so kind, helpful, respectful, thorough and precessional!! I look forward to me weekly car cleaning because of the service they provide. Highly recommend!!

From an express car wash perspective it did an adequate job. My major dislike is that the dryers left a bunch of moisture on the car. What I do like is the fact they have a magic carpet track which guides your car through the wash vs. the metal bars on either side. Personally, the Cobblestone in Tempe on Elliott and Priest is a 5-star express wash. It also has the magic carpet track.

This is where you come to wash your car if you don’t really care if it’s really clean!!! No point in talking to Maurice / carwash manager he’ll blame you for not giving the front guys the detailed list of what you want cleaned/ so it’s the customers fault/ the front guys who don’t relay the info...not the guys who clean the car as though they don’t care!!! Will drive farther to find a car wash that’ good @ what they do (washing cars/ inside & out) without any special request ms needed!

Love this place everyone is real friendly they do a good my car always comes out clean the supervisor Armando hes very helpful if I need something extra he always does it no problem hes a real good dude!

I wasnt going to go back to this place after a pretty negative experience a year or so ago, but I was in a rush today and its close to my house so I went there for a car wash. Armando single-handedly made me want to go back again. He was helpful, courteous, and went absolutely above and beyond in making sure we got good service. He is a kind of employee who will help you retain customers for years. Thank you!

I always go to Cobblestone, not because they are good, but because they are close to my house and getting my car washed is usually a last minute thought on my way home from work. I just left the Cobblestone Auto Spa off of Scottsdale Road and Thompson Peak. Wow. Probably the worst car wash I have ever gotten from this company. I never expect my car to look great when I come here because it never does, but today is just awful. I can tell they didnt wipe anything down on the inside as there were crumbs on my center console and seats. I didnt even have crumbs there when I first pulled up! So those are new. I went first thing this morning at 8:16 hoping that it wouldnt be busy since it usually is busy after I get off work around 5. It wasnt busy at all so I figured they would take a little more time. I was wrong. I will NEVER go to any Cobblestone Auto Spa again. Im so tired of paying them for a car wash and then having to re-clean the inside of my car when I get home. They dont even give you enough time to take a look at your car to let them know if youre satisfied or not-this should be standard. I know Im not the only person who thinks Cobblestone is awful. My husband says the same thing as do many of my friends in the area. I will drive farther to go somewhere else that actually provides the service that I am paying for. So disappointed, what a waste of money. The only positive thing I can say is the people who work there are nice and friendly. But the actual car wash service is terrible.

We love this Cobblestone location, primarily because of Maurice Farrow and his team. He sets the bar very high and provides great leadership. He is always positive, has a ton of energy and works harder than anyone we know. He exemplifies premium customer service with a great attitude and always wears a smile.. This place has very friendly staff, and they do a good job. We take both vehicles here and have always had luck!

The gentleman who helped us today (Nick) was outstanding. He was extremely professional with great communication skills. More importantly, he didn’t try to oversell/upsell us on additional services, asked excellent questions and made us feel very welcomed.

Great car wash. Outstanding customer service. The manager Aaron is awesome. I had some very minor damage to my car and they immediately took full responsibility for it and reimbursed my repair. I have since been back and they do both a great hand wash and automated wash. I highly recommend.

I have been to several different cobblestone locations, and this one is by far the worst. I only went there because of the conveyor belt which does not damage expensive aftermarket rims. They said my Range Rover was ready and I walk up and there is brake dust all over my wheels, visible water all over the car, and smudges on the glass. What a joke. You literally have one job. Honestly, for $23, you would be better off going through a basic $3 self service wash and wipe it down yourself. These guys have no pride in their work-

Bought Ultimate plus for 37 dollars thinking my truck would be spotless. Instead, received a very poor wash equivalent to most drive through cars washes you would receive at Circle K, Jacksons, Quick Quack, etc.

Grat wash all the time never unsatisfied Armando always does a fantastic job hes the only reason I come in 5 🌟 service all the time!

This location is always clean, they have great customer service, and you can tell they care about their customers. My son loves that you can watch the cars go through the wash. The wash is always clean, and Ive seen high end cars go through this wash several times. My car is always perfect when done, and have never had to go back and show them something they missed.
