Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. While we were waiting for vaccines three different people came in after us, identified themselves as family members of staff and were seen before us. When I attempted to ask about it. The pharmacist interupted me repeatedly and argued that really those people had been here before us. She refused to let me finish a question without interupting me and telling me why I was wrong. Plenty of other pharmacies in the world.
Don’t know why I keep going back here. The staff have a serious communication, listening and customer service problem. Getting information is like pulling teeth. Basically have to say “okay, so what you’re saying is you don’t have what I need, can’t have it ready today, etc.?” I go to another Walgreens off of Warner and McClintock in Tempe (by my office) and the experience is 180 degrees different. If I had the option of giving this place zero stars, I would.
Dont expect customer service at this pharmacy. A young snowflake named Miriam took it upon herself to cancel a prescription most likely because of political bias... but she blamed it on a glitch. They ended up filling it after I got the manager involved. I really miss the United States.
I was told the pain medicine prescription would be ready in 30 minutes and I had to drive 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was told it would be another 20 minutes. They completely forgot about me and I had to go wait in line again to get someone’s attention. Ridiculous, especially when needing pain meds!
Ive been here many times and have never had a problem with my prescriptions. The staff has always been courteous and efficient!
The medication ordered at 4 pm was not ready till 8 pm and when I got there at 8:57, the window blinds went down and they didnt even look at the window and then closed the store blinds at the same time while they were watching me in the car showing them my watach complaining about early closure. The pharmacy shall close at 9 and not 8:57 pm. I had to leave. Will never use Wlagreens as my pharmacy
Should be one star but Two stars bc the lead pharmacist is very kind, but I feel like I have a part time job babysitting my one run of the mill prescription I get filled here once a month (If I’m lucky enough to have them understand how to send it to insurance).
I had a bad experience with this location. I picked up my wife’s prescription and realized the next day that one medication was missing. I went back the next day to explain everything and they pulled the tapes. It turns out one prescription was dropped on the floor and they could not verify where it went after that. Still, they refused to fill the prescription. They have a dishonest worker here so be sure to count your prescriptions if you decide to use this place. Personally, I will never do business here again.
They do passport photos ! And gave heads up when I called not to wear a white top since background is white and it wouldn’t be accepted by passport agency so that’s very helpful. It’s a great location at Pima and Pinnacle Peak Rd - a handy Starbucks right across the parking lot in case you have to wait for a prescription!
This pharmacy is incompetent. I’ve given them a few chances but now I understand why their rating is a pathetic 2.7!
Very very nice staff. They filled my prescription super fast even though there were a ton off customers. All customers seemed very pleased.
Very friendly and helpful and clean.Pharmacy Also prompt efficient and friendly. You cant beat prices anywhere else either.
According to Walgreens own Google location entry (see screenshot), this location is supposed to have a Chase ATM.Instead, it has a generic ATM that charges $3.25 to Chase customers. Based on other reviews this has been an issue for at least a year.
This pharmacy always says they never got the prescription my doctor sends in, they never answer their phones, and they are rude.
I would love to rate no star if google provide it. The worst Walgreens in the nation. Poor customer service, and rude. I am local and live around this area, and I have to drive 30 mins to get from different branches or other phramacy.
Absolutely the very worst Walgreens we have ever dealt with. Service is not within their vocabulary. Save yourself the effort and go anywhere but this location.
I smoke so prefer Walgreens to cvs since i can grab those there as well. listen when is Walgreens in Colorado going to start selling That Good Medicine thats great for many ailments
Been getting all my medication from the Walgreens on Pima Road and Pinnacle Peak for the past 20 years.Within the last few months Customer Service has need poor, very poor. I have always called in several scripts at once, so I can pick them up without making several trips.Recently there was a change of the guards and the new pharmacist seems to be making the rules as they slowly move along..Most of the staff in the pharmacy is new with the exception of two technitions.I wont be taking my business to Walgreens anymore, and it Im sure I will be better off.
Horrible customer service.. Two employees I know have been there for sometime now. New pharmacist hired, and the store is suffering. They have pushed me away from purchasing anything there..ZERO Stars
Paid $18 dollars to have passport photo taken. It was rejected by State Department causing me enormous grief on a tight deadline. Do not go here for a passport photo. They have no idea of the regulations.
