I really needed a medication refilled and Cassandra made sure it was filled. She went above and beyond to contact my other pharmacy that my medication was wrongfully sent to. Highly recommend her and this pharmacy!

CVS Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this store. Its difficult to grasp how this location is so much worse than any other CVS Ive been to, definitely a management issue.Ceaser has to be one of the rudest pharmacists, I can see why this location is rated so poorly! After wasting 10 minutes of my time and refusing to sell me the quantity of medicine my prescription is written for (allergy meds no less...) I left with the same thing I can get over the counter just annoyed and with 15 minutes of my day wasted.There are much better locations with better staff, avoid this one if possible.

I experience superb customer service for a prescription pickup. The pharmacist spent time discussing my medication, checked on alternative medications that may be covered better by my insurance and even checked a different class of medication for pricing. I was not rushed, and felt I received exceptional, personalized care. I have had my flu shots at this location for the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. My pick up was at 6:30 pm and there was no wait.

I come in every Friday just to grab water and a snack. The second I walk in its like the most uncomfortable feeling ever. Employees constantly watching me. Than when Im checking out they stand right behind you. Super uncomfortable feeling.

I dont think anyone at this store knows whats going on. This is the most unorganized cvs ive ever been to.

Worst pharmacy customer service of all time! Why? They never answer the phone. Try calling them and you will be on hold for 20+ min then you are forced to give up / hang up. I tried to transfer a prescription from WA state at CVS.com and this location is not an option. Id bet ordering drugs on the dark web would be easier than dealing with cvs.

Ive had nothing but good experiences every time I go.

Was trying to transfer my medication from California, but not only they didnt transfer it but couldnt pick up the phone. Had to go to the cvs on N frank Lloyd to get my prescription and it only took 20 minutes. Never had a problem with cvs before.

Ive enjoyed the whole staff treating me like family... I do admit some more than others have gone above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure my medical needs are met.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Forget about trying to reach them by phone. They never answer.

Spent 20 mins on the phone waiting for a representative. Called twice and my call was never answered.

I call-in a LOT of prescriptions for my patients in North Scottsdale and the surrounding area. This CVS location always gets the job done well and in a timely fashion. Unlike many other pharmacies, the great people at this CVS are pleasant and professional. I can trust that my patients get their medication quickly and accurately. Thank you go the team for being a diamond in the rough; I and the other physicians in my practice appreciate the great service you provide.

I loathe this pharmacy, unfortunately my insurance requires I use CVS. If you have other options use them. They consistently fail to fill prescriptions on time despite me getting notifications that they’re ready for pickup. This location is horribly staffed with people who just make things up.I was just told my prescription wasn’t ready because it needed my doctors approval after receiving a text that it was ready for pickup. I decided to call back and talk to the pharmacist on the way home. He advised me that it simply wasn’t ready, it would be ready tomorrow. Why did the pharmacy tech lie? I just don’t understand why this location is SO BAD.

If you wanna call and be talked over by a fast talking pharmacist that won’t let you get a word in edgewise this place is for you.

Great location and quiet

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CVS store that I have ever had to deal with. The pharmacist is the most unprofessional and deplorable human being alive. After waiting one hour and twenty four minutes for someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. I called the actual store and had them transfer me, I was told he was too busy to look up any information and directed me to go to another cvs pharmacy ((40 more minutes out of my way))Just so that I can have someone answer a question about prescription drug interactions. This is the second time he has turned my business away. Always citing they are too busy and or short staffed. I had also scheduled a Covid booster shot ((previously)) online and when I showed up for my schedule appointment he said he was too busy. Coincidentally I went to Safeway at Pima and Thompson Peak and they took me as a walk-in.Do not bother with this store. Especially if your health depends on it.
