This location has much to offer. In the past it was no savings. Either small size or not good quality. Today there are good values and a very good fresh produce selection with many values. Also a good selection frozen and packaged produce. Always plenty of parking. All Cashiers are helpful and courteous. When possible they open an additional register. The mix of merchandise has improved. Unlike most businesses most of the things I most want are going to be avaliable rather then being discontinued. They seem to have accomplished buyers.Hours are convenient. While very busy their is still adequate room to walk the isles. Unlike many retailers the store does not look like a cyclone passed through. I feel this is an enterprise that made the most of difficult times and improved many aspects of the store. In the extremely rare times something that was not quality I was allowed to exchange.

Cashiers are always super friendly, and the employees on the floor help. My only frustration is that theyre already setting up for Christmas... Not time!

Clearly says 10pm and doors are locked and employee was rude. Apparently the store doesn’t control ANYTHING on Google, and somehow EVERY OTHER STORE IS ABLE TO UPDATE THEIR OWN HOURS.Here’s a clear photo of the store closed at 936pm .I was not the only person to walk up to the door.

One of the nicer 99 cent only store locations. Very few things are actually 99 cents anymore which was a bummer. Its been about 2 years since Ive been to a 99 cent only store and a lot has changed. The quality of the products sold has slightly improved but the prices have increased on most non-food items as well, which isnt really that big of a problem because youre still getting semi decent stuff for the lowest price possible.

This is the one store I can go into with a list of what I need, and up with everything but what I originally went shopping for. But the cashier there is always super sweet. And makes me feel like what I bought I will eventually need.

This particular store is better stocked than most of the others, and the employees are more attentive to keeping the checkouts going smoothly.

Very clean and organized store. They have a good variety of items that you dont usually see at a 99 cents only store. Employees are very nice too.

Snuck into this place during a period of their off-hours meaning that they were not too busy. The shopping carts they provide are not the full-size ones which one may be accustomed. We consider that a positive. Decently stocked, was able to find every single item for which we had a hankerin for. Easy to check-out and pay for items. Parking lot is easy to navigate. This was last night and there were at least 50+ people in the parking lot looking up at the clear, evening sky because there were these patterns of unexpected, unexplainable celestial lights which did not emit any sound. Many have video of it, and the local news reported about it. At the very least, if aliens exist: Why cant they open up some restaurants so we can see what they eat, and maybe it would be absolutely delicious! And then maybe theyd be cool with trying some of oZ, too.

Get store with a bit of everything from frozen salmon to deodorant. Somethings are more then 99 cents but still worth it.

This 99 cent store as far as other dollar type stores in the area is the best Ive been to. They have a good selection of produce and not all of these stores have that. I often find frozen salmon burgers and frozen shrimp here too. I always buy the off market brand of sweet n low here and stevia. They have spices and teas. They have a nice selection of pet beds as my pup tends to chew on hers its a good budget way to deal with that. Some of their cleaning products are money savers too. I am a repeat customer going there every couple of months.

I always find something I need at a great price on 99 cent stores. The people are so friendly and willing to help.

When I first started shopping here it truly was 99 cents only for everything. Not anymore. You have to pay close attention or you’ll be a victim of the merchandise upswell. There are more smaller packaging items the store has evidently made a deal with manufacturers to supply them with. And the “amazing value” items are slowly encroaching onto every aisle. Caveat emptor for realz here. Still ok for some items, but overall I’m not too impressed lately.

Can get useful stuff for cheap

David the cashier did not put all my items in the bag got home and I had items I paid for that was not in my bag. I called the store but whoever answered said the store is closed and I would have to come back tomorrow morning. The guy who was stocking the shelves no customer service at all I asked him to show me where an item is he just talks to me in a rude manner telling me over there. Let me tell you all something I am a business owner and I honestly don’t treat my customers like the way I got treated tonight at this store. Right now with this pandemic business needs to treat customers with customer service and respect and assist them not lose their business customers always come first and if this store cannot treat customers with respect or help them out I will just take my business somewhere else to another 99 cents store that has a better rating than this store.

I think this store is great only thing... Why are so many things over 99¢? That was the best part about it. 🌸🐛

While checking out I had my things in a basket. The cashier tamicea grabs my stuff and starts throwing it out. I ask can you please not throw my things out then she grabs the basket out of my hand while Im trying to move it and takes my stuff and says u can check out somewhere else. I said no Im not moving and and then she proceeds to inform me of how lucky I was that she was at work. Huh, I wonder why. Needless to say the manager cashed me out and the ghetto, rude and violent cashier was able to keep working. Thankfully I dont have to go back to this particular chain just for savings. I will be going to another chain going forward.

Had a the absolute worst customer-service experience with a cashier named Roshelle.Been to this store several times and had nothing but good experiences with store associates; but, today was not the day.While in line we had the hand basket on the conveyer-belt and she yelled at us to take everything out because she was obviously in such a bad mood to not do her job. Then when we took our items out of the basket we put the basket on the counter, in which she yelled to put it on the ground. She started telling us that it wasn’t her job to do any of the actions as taking the items out of the basket or even put the basket behind the register.This is the typical case of an employee that obviously hates her job and let’s out her frustrations on the customer or any onlookers.If any customers go to this location I would avoid going to the register in which Roshelle is at; unless you want your shopping experience to go South.She obviously needs to be talked to by management and disciplinary action should be taken. She should honestly be fired for how she acted today.I don’t think any customer should experience what I had to go through today on Monday, September 30th, 2019.

The store is very good only that the only difference here is a trap because it puts 99 cent products and there are more expensive things like toilet paper water some products as candles and useful for children also this is a hoax should not sell in this store more than 99 cents because here there is already a hoax I am also suggesting that they make a change of staff since there is a person named Michelle she thought that I was going to buy two soaps yesterday Friday will be the soap tide at 2.99 and the old woman is angry she pouted me so I think you should not treat the client badly. So I ask that this woman be replaced by another person who attends to her clients better, her name is Michelle, I do not agree that this cashier is here serving the clients. the seven cashiers smile at the customer.

Very nice clean, organized, and well stocked shelves. Not everything is 99 cents only though !! Many items cost much more. Could use more makeup and beauty items. Also need more choices than black for hair color. Other than that, its a big store with a wide selection.

I love the prices of fresh fruits & vegetables. I got an exotic cantaloupe today & will go back tomorrow because its so good. The lines to check out are a pain but to save a lot of money is worth it. Even holiday items are great.

Surprised at how much of my shopping is accomplished here! They often have some very good unexpected items (bags of persimmons, I discovered golden dewlicious melons here, you never know what you might find! Just choose carefully, some produce is past its prime.) You can find some terrific things here & they always keep it tidy & well stocked. Keep up the good work!

The 99 cents only store has become anything but. The last couple of times I have been in I have found less and less that iis actually 99 cents. Instead of being a lot of necessity items at a good price it has become a lot of cheap stuff For 3, 4, 5 bucks and more. The last couple of things I have bought there have fallen apart just trying to get batteries in them. Add to that that there is almost always a long line. It used to be a place I could run in for a few small items but I dont even bother anymore.

99 cent on Scottsdale rd and Thomas is awesome they have alot of good stuff there

DICKEYS BBQ -- NOT 99Cents Only!!! Same corner (SW corner of Hayden and Thomas) but very different store! LOL! DICKEYS BBQVery tasty food - - all quite good of what Ive tried. The workers are quite helpful, offer suggestions, are peasant and kind. Work areas (and restaurant) are clean. On the corner of a shopping strip, it is easy to see from the street. Prices are reasonable for the large portions they serve. Go there hungry -- and serve yourself a free ice cream cone before you leave!

Wide variety, lots of inventory. Love to get their Asian salad mix- refrigerator area. 1.99 for two servings, cant beat that. They even have wine. I saw some for 4.99, Im not sure if they have some cheaper.

99 cents only unless its not. I was expecting a store where everything cost 99 cents, not a store where almost all the prices end in .99 (saw some 79 cents stuff too). Good deals, including on wine and discounted bread though. Sriracha and valentina are only a dollar for normal size bottles.They have pallets full of merchandise in aisles that can be difficult to maneuver and there arent employees asking to help you find anything, but its a decent little bargain mart.

I love this place very convenient and cheap. My only comment is one of their Cashier name Gina she has a NASTY attitude, I ask her if shes still open coz she seems like getting ready to leave or something, she answered me the light is still on! instead of answering me with a simple Yes, and the customer next to me ask her the price of one particular item but every time she scanned the items they bought she read the price and end up with everything is a $1... Gina need to undergo a training.

I come here mainly during the day and staff is fantastic. However I couldnt make it during the day and decided to go tonight. Worst decision ever, if you have a bill higher than the total without exact change dont go to the blonde on register 3 . . She will give you your bills and keep your coins.. and just look at you stupid when you look at your receipt. Other than that love the morning crew :)

Clean and has more then any other 99 cent only store. I give it a 4🌟 because the parking in the front is terrible. But other then that best 99(Oh and the fact that its rare you findsomething @ 99¢) it should be 99 and over store 😂

Contrast w/ a dollar store such as Family Dollar, where a dollar is merely a starting point for a wide range of overinflated prices. You can find lots of amazing bargains here, virtually all under a buck!

Theres a very rude cashier lady with glasses was rude to me 2 times yes! The 1st time put the thing to separate my items from the patron behind me,and the cashier removes it! I said to her Im separating my items from the lady behind me,and removes it again! The 2nd time she slams my change down gives me a dirty look not right! I think she remembered me from before. I went there last time no problems at all! Most of the time Ive gone here no problems,but only giving 4 stars because of the rude cashier! I saw her in the store last time glad she didnt see me!

It is fine but it has limited choices. Most of what I was looking for wasnt there and what was there was the same price as Wal-Mart. So Q tips were the same $3. They had no craft supplies at all.

Hands down i am frugal. They have a great selection of cell phone accessories for 99 cents. Also have great party favorites selection.

The merchandise here is great, no doubt. You can get everything from fruits & vegetables, car accessories, and home decor. But the old white people who frequent this place are cringe worthy. Youve been warned, they dont like items in close proximity while checking out.

Went in yesterday for couple Items. Walked up to register, said hello to cashier.. Received to acknowledgement that I even existed..No biggie.I get rung up, I pay, she bags item in which I forgot to tell her I dont need the bag so I take my item out and kindly let her know she can save the bag... Haha. Big mistake. This nasty women looks at me in disgust and says We dont do THAT here, I AINT GOT TIME FOR THAT!!. So I walk out laughing at how this person survived for so long with the disgusting misplaced attitude. Looks like the owner and manager either have a anti-green policy, dont know what they are doing or they do not care for the customers that keep their business alive.

I like the store. Its pretty well in order and there is a lot of merchandise. The staff seemed friendly and I was not subjected to long lines. I found what I needed and a few other items I will use for crafting.This store is located in a strip mall and the parking lot was a little scary. There were several people who seemed to be homeless asking for money or cigaretts and I was approached by two drunk, native American men asking for the time and if I would give them a ride. When I explained that I could not give them a ride they stood and stared at me until I drove away. Think next time I will go during the day time.

Great for some things where quality is the same. To much poisen plastic and stuff from China. Buy American made products. Outside of store is really dirty and needs powerwashing and bums hangout in the front of store. The employees are very nice at this store and the owner is consistently working to improve the store. To bad there is so much cheap junk the world doesnt need that will wind up in landfills.
