Wish I had read the reviews before ordering based on our designers recommendation. Absolutely horrific customer service - so many mistakes, lies, delays, and lack of follow up communication! Cant speak to the quality of the windows yet - still waiting for them to be completely installed - nearly three weeks late! Installers came, started the work, then disappeared with no explanation or reply back.Update 5/20/21: While the owner posts replies to reviews making it look like they are concerned with customer satisfaction - there is absolutely no follow up once you email them! Horrible company! Stay away.

I am deeply disappointed in the service I received from this vendor. The product is terrible and their service is even worse. I strongly advise that you not not work with Sierra Pacific Windows.

Our Company Encanta Homes has used Sierra Pacific windows in a number of multimillion dollar homes. We have found the quality and service from Sierra Pacific to be excellent.

I contracted with Sierra pacific Windows when building a home in Sedona. Almost every one of the windows they installed ended up fogging and having to be replaced. Every few moths I would contact them and they would come and replace the fogged windows. Until now. When I told them the sliding patio door glass was now defective they told me it was out of warranty and sent me a bill to replace! Since 99% (not exaggerating here) was bad glass, clearly this was pre-existing. Stay away from this company. Their product is defective and inferior to the Anderson windows we used when we built our guest house. This company has no ethical code.
