This company is a absolute joke. We use to be a customer but it was difficult to navigate purchasing from them or getting to the proper resources to get help. So we just stopped ordering from them. Over a period of time our account went idle and imgram eventually closed it out. Fast forward a couple years we thought wed give them another try. We went through the application process again. Only to receive a decline letter that basically stated we have been declined with no reason and that there would be no further communications. I called into their new accounts department, the first attempt the individual who answered then transferred me to a recording that said Call volume is high call back later with no info on what or who to call. When I tried again I got someone who told me the account was declined, and its Imgrams policy not to share reasons for decline and there is no appeals process. Basically a FU to someone literally going out of his way to try go give them money. How do business like this survive?
