My name is Lea (51) and a bit overweight, a short Italian little mama that likes to dress cute and feel pretty like most of us ladies (love to feel pretty) well I was walking by on my way to getting my toes done at the Park West Mall and I saw this all pink super funky stylish Boutique and wanted to check it out so after I was done at the nail salon I decided to go inside. This has to be one of my best experiences I have ever had! The young lady that helped me was so lovely and fun making my experience fantastic! I first said to her that I’m sure the clothing in here won’t fit me. Her response was let me show you a few things in here because I think your going to love the fit for you and the style since I had told her I loved what she was wearing but she was a super thin girl and young enough to be my daughter I thought there is no way I could pull that off like her. She then picked a few thinks off the racks and helped me with making sure everything was tied and tucked and fitting the way it should! What a doll! She made me feel so pretty and her service and personality is outstanding! I will forever Shop here and my hopes are that you keep this little gem of a girl running this boutique! Thank you for all the fun and all the adorable dresses I get to feel pretty in!!!!!

I passed by this place thinking it was super cute and the people there would be fun to talk to. Unfortunately when I walked in the vibe was completely the opposite. I completely understand being aware of shoplifting and wanting to prevent that as a small business. At the same time I would suggest the expensive items be in a glass case or something, if it’s a huge problem. It would make it easier for everyone. The entire time I was there I felt like as if the cashier was acting like she was being helpful but I could tell she was watching me the entire time I was shopping. I just really wanted to get out of there because every time I was looking at something she was following me…There’s only so many times you can ask someone if they need help before it becomes obvious they are judging you or keeping an eye out. There were a few things I wanted. I purchased a shirt, socks and some stickers which I love, but I probably won’t go back just because the shopping experience was very uncomfortable…

When I first walked into this place, I absolutely loved it! Cute environment & cute products. However, my experience was quickly ruined by staff that would not let me shop in peace. I understand that they were trying to make a sale, but I think I speak for most people when I say that when Im shopping, I do not appreciate being trailed around the whole store by the workers who are EXTREMELY pushy & try pressuring you into buying literally EVERY single thing you pick up. There is a difference between doing your job, and straight up making people uncomfortable. I actually talked to a few other customers after leaving, and they had the same complaints. Regardless, my boyfriend ended up buying me a little pink belt with a mini purse attached to it. When I got home, I pulled the sticker off the back of the purse and there was still a bunch of residue/left over pieces from the sticker, which is fine, EXCEPT when I tried peeling the residue off it actually RIPPED some of the top layer of the purse off. really poor quality. For how much my bf spent, we definitely did not get what we paid for. :/

First time visiting from IA. My mother and I stopped in on Tuesday while exploring and LOVED everything about your shop! We had a blast reading the shirts and the seeing all the wonderful clothes! They also support other artists and have amazing hand beaded bags in the back! One thing is for sure, there was a lot of effort and creativity put into this place.

This shop is CLASSLESS. the owner, is not only CLASSLESS, but CARELESS. the amount of knock off items is ASTOUNDING! ripping off designs and items from other woc and poc shops is NOT OK and i will NOT be shopping here again. i cant respect a company that doesnt respect others or originality.

What our world needs now is a return to normalcy. That’s one thing you won’t get when visiting Rolling Rock Boutique. Once you step inside their shop, your senses pull you into a world of ‘anything goes’. The eye-popping, creative and unique gift opportunities can only bring a smile to your face. Normal is twentieth century. This ambiance is strictly twenty-first century. And you don’t have to speak French or Italian- inside joke! Check it out when you go there!!

Love Love Love!!! Such cute items and unique. From the ambience to the employees this boutique is so much fun to shop at. I went in with my daughter the first time while they were getting ready to close. The young lady and the owner did not mind at all and welcomed us. Needless to say I did not leave empty handed. Visited their other location a week later and definitely had a great experience as well. Love this small business and wish them the best. Will definitely visit again or shop online

LOVE THIS STORE (both of them, actually!) Its rare to find a boutique that carries such a diversity of items that are unique and fun. I also love that its priced right in that sweet spot where you know youre getting a well constructed item but not feeling like its overpriced. The store itself is colorful and captivating, you can tell that the owner puts loads of time into how she presents her merchandise - AND the staff is not pushy at all yet very helpful and accommodating. On top of that, I also placed an online order and not only got an email of appreciation (not just an invoice) but also a note inside my package which is a very nice touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (Oh and they have a chair for husbands which is a nice bonus. =). Posting a pic of my favorite purchase - a much needed message for so many.

As an Arizona resident, I was appalled to see this company in our town. She has ripped off multiple companies & stolen their designs. I cannot and will not support his company and I cannot allow others to do the same. It is one thing to be inspired but others, That’s a steal the designs and coats verbatim and slap them on an article of clothing and call it your own to sell, illegal. I encourage other AZ residents to boycott this “company”.

I ordered a fancy black and gold mask to cover my face during covid-19. It was a great quality mask and everything I could ask for. Additionally, Susie sent me a hand written note & email of appreciation. I was really grateful and pleased with her kindness and act of great service. This is HANDS DOWN my new favorite store to shop at! I wandered into the Scottsdale quarter location not knowing anything about Rolling Rack and immediately fell in love with the store. The staff is incredible and so willing to help you find what you are looking for! I loved the store so much I drove straight from the quarter to the old town location and shopped some more! Beautifully decorated, adorable merchandise, and great employees! 10/10 would recommend!

I discovered this boutique on line. I live in NJ and while we do have boutiques nearby I love the merchandise at Rolling Rack. Everything is very unique. I love buying things that I know I will not see anyone else with. Not only do they have adorable clothes, great accessories they even have home decor. The prices are great and they also offer Afterpay so you can really get your shop on!!! I highly recommend the boutique.

I love the whole vibe of this boutique. The employees are sweet and helpful and the owner is truly the sweetest person. I would definitely recommend going to one of the two locations they have. They have such unique and fun clothes. Never a bad moment at this place. From the bright and fun clothes to the cute decor.

I wish I could give this place negative stars but since I can’t I’ll leave a negative review. This shop owner blatantly steals designs from small independent designers and has no shame about it. When confronted she is very matter of fact in regards to her shady business model. All she sells is sub quality knock offs you’d except to see at forever 21. I hope people realize this and do r frequent her shop. She even took down her Instagram because she was caught with several designs from a well known small designer. This woman should be ashamed of her self and stay out of the fashion game if she has no originality.

I have nothing but fabulous praise for this boutique! Having relocated from New York to Arizona, I was in search of a boutique that had the same city vibe I was used to and that is Rolling Rack! I have made multiple purchases from here and will continue. Their shipping is super fast...same day actually! My favorite feature from them is their customer service...each invoice with my order has a personal thank you note and I even received a personal welcome email from the owner with my first order. Other Store Owners, take note! That is how you keep customers.

Cutest store ever. Quality of merchandise is top grade. I bought a purse that I just love. Wherever I go someone stops me to ask me where I bought my purse. I have also bought quite a few jogging pants and quality is great and they wash so nice. I am very happy with my new favorite store. Prices are great for such high quality merchandise. Cant wait for my next trip.

The owner is always so friendly and always makes an effort to talk to us when we visit the store. They are also dog friendly, and when I carry my dog in she always get complimented, she loves the attention. Their inventory is filled with cool and unique merchandise. Always a pleasure to shop there!

SUCH a fabulous spot! I randomly popped in here when I was visiting Scottsdale and I ended up buying so much stuff :) This is not your basic sun dresses and earrings boutique - they have a variety of items from graphic tees to hair clips to fuzzy sweatshirts (I got this super cute light pink fuzzy zip up that says INDOORSY on the back that I am obsessed with!). They also have stuff that i havent seen anywhere else, which is nice to have something that other people dont. I cant wait to come back when I am in town next!

Shopping here makes you feel like a VIP every time. Staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. All of my purchases are quality and cute. Thank you for always providing an amazing shopping experience both online and in person.

There is something about a store stealing designs from a well known POC brand that they used to carry that I just can’t get behind. It’s disturbing to see so many of Rebel Soul Collectives items blatantly ripped off (and poorly) by a woman who used to carry their items and still had at least one posted on her Facebook page. This is the worst kind of business to have around. The lack of integrity is disgusting.

The sweetest and most amazing staff. They go above and beyond for their customers! They have beautiful clothes, fun and unique styles. I love a pair of leopard shorts I bought here! They’re also so kind and giving even when times were slow for them during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, they still found ways to give back to us frontline health care professionals. Please support these wonderful people! They work so hard!

My wife & I stopped in randomly to the store on 5th Ave Scottsdale last year and fell in love with the funky eclectic collection of clothing and wearables. The music and decor of the store made shopping fun. The hysterical, mmmm, wildly inappropriate one liners printed on their merch is worth the trip alone. We came back this week and were delighted the store was still open and doing well during COVID. The sales staff is always cheerful and helpful. We bought a few items for gifts and went about our day. Later that day we accidentally stumbled across the second location in Kierland commons, and naturally wound up buying more stuff. Unbelievably the owner emailed me personally and thanked me for my patronage of her store. It’s little gems like this small business that need our support as consumers during this pandemic. Shop Rolling Rack Boutique. You might be shocked, delighted or dead from laughter, but you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely rude staff! I was here with a friend a few weeks ago and the lady working wasnt the most pleasent person to deal with. We definitely wont be back. You would think their customer service would be on point, especially since many of their pieces can be found on amazon.
