This location has some awful customer service. Not a single “hello”, only dirty looks from the employees. Basically had to beg to grab their attention to help me BUY things I came for, as they were pretty set on ignoring that I was there right in front of them saying, “excuse me?”Like, I’m SORRY for interrupting you so I can give you my money.Employee that was helping me kept walking off to other people in the store. The other one vanished as soon as more people came in. Stood there at the counter WAITING TO PAY for all the stuff, because perhaps I don’t look like I’m a paying customer like the others who were just browsing (and heading towards the exit) were.I love the designs Swarovski makes, I really do, but this store really ruins it for me.

Went to there at aug 23rd, my bf bought me a necklace online but I didn’t like it so I want to change another one, first I never wear it and a girl was really serious told me next time don’t put your makeup on when you wear a necklace, I mean who put make up on their neck, if you don’t want to help me to return, its fine. I can go somewhere else, just don’t give me that attitude, you don’t own the business, I’m sure if I call the customers service they will help me to exchange immediately, Not a huge deal! This place really need a better service! Don’t give your bad attitude to anyone, nobody deserves that!!!

Someplace to see Swarovski jewelry and accessories in person so you can actually SEE the amount of sparkle and actual colors rather than hoping your PC (or phone or tablet) monitor is completely accurate. The sales people are professional and friendly

I have been buying Swarovski jewelry and figurines for family and others for several years now. Theres just something special about Swarovski crystal. The way the light hits it, can only be best seen in person, or as a gift to someone you love. Im not going to lie to you, they are expensive as hell, and you need to take very good care of whatever Swarovski crystal you have.Ive bought several figurines from the company, and even at this location in general. The customer service was beyond a regular store, it kind of makes sense though, its an expensive shop that demands quality in everything from the product to the service you receive.I would make sure to know the specifications of each jewelry piece if you do buy from Swarovski. Theyre very fragile, and need to be well taken care of. I will reiterate though, theyre expensive, no doubt about it, but you cant tell me you dont see something truly amazing when the light hits a piece of Swarovski.

I have bought several things from this location in the past including Champaign glasses, Christmas ornaments and a crystal lion family set. My wife and I went in on Sunday 11/10/19 around 11 am to 12pm. We were the only 2 customers in the entire store. There was one girl behind the counter that never acknowledged us. We walked around for several minutes then another employee came out from the back and the two of them just sat behind the counter talking with each other while my wife and I sat in front of the phone holder case waiting to be helped. After a few minutes my wife and I looked at each other, polled our eyes and left.I guess when people are in your store wearing workout clothes they dont get the attention others who are more dressed up get. Shame on you Swarovski for your horrible customer service (oh wait thats right I didnt even get service). I will never buy anything from you ever again and will tell others who ask me about you the truth about your customer service. I wish I was able to give you zero stars.

Got a gift here and had to exchange it. Would not be my first choice to shop here. Jewelry is most overpriced and cheesy looking, like grandma style. I settled for ring, and barely 3 months later i had to bring it back bc one of the pave crystals fell out. Then the lady at the store proceeds to scold me for not taking care of it properly, she said there is lotion and soap residue preventing it from shining properly, which occurs from washing your hands. Um, yes i am going to wash my hands, this has nothing to do with why i brought it back at all. They grudgingly sent it off for repairs which somehow took all 3 of them to figure out. Extremely rude service, wish i never got gifted a swarovski jewelry.

If youre going to collect something this is what you should collect. The staff here is friendly and fun and always helps me get whatever sparkly things I have my eyes on!
