I heard an employee yell at a group of 4 people to wear a mask, instead of simply asking. Manners should be a requirement to work with the public. Then I heard all of the employees talking poorly about non mask wearers in front of everyone else in the store. We decided to leave after this. The items were much higher than the other stores around as well anyway.

Loved my personal, virtual shopping experience with the owner while the store remains closed due to COVID-19. I explained what I was looking for and she patiently walked around the store to show me the different options. So many choices and cute things as souvenirs for yourself or as gifts for out-of-state friends. She even hand delivered to my doorstep! Love that they are a local small business doing what it takes to survive!

We purchased our favorite hot sauce, Widows Kiss, and an exquisite wind chime for our backyard. I also bought my hubby a wide brimmed hat for hiking. They have all kinds of fun southwestern gifts and souvenirs, but its not just for the tourists. This store is great for decorating our Arizona homes. Bring a piece of Arizona home with you. This store is a true gem to Old Town in Scottsdale. Owned by a second generation family, please support local shops.

We love this store and all of the staff there. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. My son had to buy gifts for an international conference he was attending and one of the women there gave us the best ideas for little trinkets to bring. The kids all loved them! It is our go to place whenever we need to buy gifts or whenever we have guests in town. It’s in the heart of Old Town and they’re open late!

I needed a birthday gift for my sister who is really into Dia De Los Muertos. I saw on their Facebook page that they had them in coasters. Because of Covid19 closures, I was unable to visit the store but Joy, the owner, went above and beyond to set up a virtual shopping spree so I could see them. She even shipped them out to my sister for me so that she could get them in time. My sister loved them. I will be getting stuff for my own house because of their great customer service and large variety of items.

Came in on the last week of June, late Monday night, and my wife and I had a wonderful time. A young gentleman went out of his way to ensure we got the best gifts possible. Thought I could pay his exceptional service back with a kind review. My family will be coming back in the future.

Great gift shop. I was visiting from NJ and wanted to bring souvenirs home. I ended up going back to this store to get everything. Other stores did not compare to this.

Horrible customer service. My sister was in town and bought my daughter a $4 ring that broke by the time we got home. I stopped in there today, with the broken ring and receipt, which was only two weeks later and they would not exchange it. Come on...it prob cost them 25 cents. The manager even called the owner and they said no way. I would never go in there again.
