What a great moving company to work with. My sister in-law Joanne recently moved from her apartment into a new home. Pinks moving was able to work within her small window of availability with her job. The guys were very efficient and cautious. It was nice to know all the furniture moved made it in 1 piece. We have had bad experiences with other companies. We are so glad we found Pinks.

I really wanted to like them based on all the positive reviews. I really enjoyed Linda. However, NONE of the furniture was wrapped and almost every single this was damaged. The dresser in the picture was literally brand new and the whole side of it has damage now. What’s worse is the dresser was put in the corner so I couldn’t see the damage - it was hidden from me. That dresser cost as much as the movers did.Also, within about 15 seconds of being in my home one of the movers said the F word - I’m grateful my toddler wasn’t home because the language continued most of the time.

I have used Pinks twice now and will be using them again when our house is built. From initial phone call through moving day, the staff and crew at Pinks is caring, professional, and most importantly, careful. They care about belongings as if they are their own.Pinks pricing is reasonable and the moving crew is conscious of the fact that the customer is paying but the hour. The hustle, but don’t hurry, making sure everything is carefully handled and secure and safe in the truck.Our most recent move was on a very hot day and our temporary apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. No one complained and in fact we were having great interactions, conversations through out.Bottom line: Hire PINKS for your move. You won’t be disappointed.

They answered the second I saw theyre post online & Linda walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Painless and super easy! (as it should be.) Moving back to AZ was delightful until I remembered 3 full storages I needed to be condensed into 1 including a full pink truck & these guys did not stop ONCE. They came to my old house with the broken lease to pack the truck (with my belongings that will all go to 1 unit until I get the keys to my new place.) The guys managed through it & got it all done. I moved from Queen Creek AZ to Prescott AZ. I was pleased with the moved and the guys did a good gob packing the truck. I really didnt think that all my things would fit in the truck. Days after I realized the bad job they did Putting furniture together, the screws for my kids bunk bed and the master bed were all stripped. When I start taking them down to replace them, the wood was also damaged and not just that but the dowels were missing. That to me was bad because it was not safe for my kids. I wouldve appreciated if they told me about it instead of hiding it. Also the prices for the for the shrink wrap they use where astronomical high. I have to say though the guys were nice and did their best. Beside the mention above everything else was good!

I wanted to use Pinks. Heard about them from FB. The guy who replied to me on my inquiry took days to respond and no one answered the phone in the 15 times I called. No Im not going to leave a message. The guy who messaged me on FB ended up blocking me after I told him I had found someone else due to lack of communication. Get better at communicating with your customers.

Linda, my first contact on the phone, is amazing. Knowledgable, responsive, and funny. Nick and Mohamed, the movers, were great! They arrived early and were amazingly personable and efficient. The hourly rate beat every company Ive ever used, no hidden fees or gas charge, and the work was as good or better than any one of the three other local companies Ive used in the last five years. FYI - I dont have a lot of stuff and I dont have any appliances, TVs, huge pieces of furniture, so my moves usually take two-three hours, at most. Highly recommend for anyone with similar needs.

Jay & Johnny moved us today. They were fast, professional, and friendly! After looking at multiple companies, and feeling completely overwhelmed; Linda had an awesome conversation with us and helped us schedule our move. We needed to hire a local moving company to move our existing office to a new location. While thinking about who to hire, Mrs. Wonderful suggested Pinks as she met them when they moved a neighbor of our, and simply put, their staff treated her with respect and kindness.Thats all I really needed so I gave the professional and friendly staff at Pinks a call to go over the details. We worked with Linda who handled everything and made it smooth as silk.Come moving day, the large pink truck showed up and the guys went to work. Moving out of the old office was pretty easy as we had an elevator to use. I cannot say enough great things about this company! The office staff who scheduled my move, were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They got me on the schedule with short notice and sent me a confirmation email with all the details. On the day of my move, the movers were on time, they were very careful but also quick and didnt waste time. Came in looked at the items to be moved and went to work right away. 4 stars for 2 reasons.They did not wear a mask which would of made me more comfortable and very nice mirror was broken and getting 60c per pound is nothing compared to the high price for the mirror.

I don’t want to refer to hours because every job is different but they moved 2 apartments (including garages) into a house which was 2 stories in the same amount of time that previous movers took to move my stuff out of storage and into 1 of the apartments.They also have no trip fee, no admin fee, gas fee...what you see is what you get! $99 per hour for a 2 man crew and a beautiful 26ft truck!I can’t say enough good things about this company!

I cannot say enough good things about the Pinks Moving Company. Due to the Covid constraints we are all operating on now, we only had one day to go in and box and move from a two bedroom assisted living home. When the men showed up, they got right to work, packing, sorting and moving things to the truck. We also had an added benefit of a third person for whom we were not charged. And believe me, we totally needed his service. The company is Covid certified and they were very respectful in wearing their masks throughout the day.
