After much research and reading online reviews, I selected PV Rugs to clean my two hand-made Turkish Hereke rugs. These rugs are not being produced in Turkey anymore and are really works of art. I was looking for a company that would hand-wash the rugs and handle them with care. I could not be happier with the service that Johnny at PV Rugs provided. He picked up the rugs promptly and delivered them looking brand new. I also had him measure and cut good carpet pads to ensure their long life. PV Rugs were very helpful and professional. They brought the area rugs that I was interested in to my home and I kept my favorite for a day to see if I liked it. They came back the next day when it was convenient for me, took it back to store for treating the rug with a protecting solution, brought back to me the next day and laid the rug with pad where I wanted it placed. Process was so easy with these big rugs! I will buy from them again.

PV rugs came and picked up my carpet, we reviewed what needed to be done, and they did it all exceeding expectations. I have a large area Chinese wool carpet that my dog chewed the corner out of. C6 add, clean the carpet, and made it look brand new. They also trimmed all my tassels. They also got it ready so I could store the, as I just got another puppy and I dont want him to ruin this. The owner and all the employees were wonderful to work with, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend PV Rugs and will do business with them again. I really never write reviews but I feel I must about PV Rugs. What impressed me was their great courtesy @ quick response to customers needs.I have had my rugs cleaned by them a few times but when we went in to have one of my rugs wrapped peofessionaly so we could store it, they not only came out to car to get it, they put it back in car not before they vacumed it, rolled it and wrapped it,,,,, would not charge us for such great service...... Thank you again PV rugs with times we live in your really the best.

Johnny with PV Rugs was professional and amazing with my Chinese Rugs. They cleaned 2 very large rugs, a long runner and another 5 x7 which I had for over 25 years. Large rugs had dog stains which were cleaned prior, but not ever totally. PV did a great, great job with disinfecting and cleaning so I can continue to use and display my beautiful rugs. Highly recommend!

PV rugs did a fabulous job cleaning my two Turkish rugs. The rugs hadnt been cleaned for at least 10 years and were looking dull and drab. Now I can see their true colors again! They also secured the tasseled ends and made rug pads for both rugs. Overall a great experience. Very professional!

PV Rugs is Amazing!!! I inherited 50 year old thick wool Indian Rugs but they had a strong smell of dog urine along with some overall staining to the cream colored center. I brought them to PV Rugs for washing and the smell is completely gone. They smell fresh again. The cream colored center looks new and bright with no staining. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Before taking to PV Rugs I almost tossed the rugs out. So happy I didn’t. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Moms surprise 40th anniversary present from dad was an oriental rug. Unfortunately with one thing or another it was never cleaned properly for nearly two decades and was looking a bit ratty especially at the fringes. When he recently died I decided to gift mom by having her rug given some long-overdue tender loving care.So I went on Duck-Duck-Go and started searching for a reputable company.PV Rugs was my pick. I liked their site as it was informative on just what would be done so I asked for a quote. Then I got moms okay for this as it was her property being removed for cleaning.When they arrived to inspect the rug it turned out it was somewhat larger than the receipt and tag had stated, so the quote was a little off. Entirely reasonable. No problem.I was told it would take 1-2 weeks but possibly more as that fell within Christmas and New Years. Mom was nervous about her rug being gone for so long; however it turned out they called back that the rug was ready after only two weeks!When they unrolled it on the floor....so beautiful! The fringes were white again! The muddy colors of the flowers brilliant pink! I was so excited -- it was almost like having a new rug again.Most importantly, mom was thrilled at the result.They even gave advice on which way the rug should lay for better shading and offered to move the coffee table back for us. At all times they were courteous and professional. You could tell the work they do is a work of love.I *highly* recommend this company and will be filing the receipt away with that of the rug or easy reference on where to go when it needs sprucing up again.Thank you, PV Rugs for making my mom happy. :) *two thumbs up!*

I brought my 12’ x 11’ Chinese Peking Rug here to be cleaning after being in a shed for 15 years. They did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. The rug is 100+ years old and beige so it was a difficult task! They did an amazing job at getting the stains out and making it usable once again. Even though the rug was machine made, these craftsmen treated my rug like it was one of their high end handmade rugs. And the cleaning made the rug look like new. There is literally NOTHING this company cannot clean! If you have a nice area rug with a horrendous stain, dont panic - call PV Rugs. They have cleaned red Gatorade, purple Gatorade, and even red printer ink out of my beautiful rugs. Please dont try anywhere else - they will fail where PV Rugs will succeed. After we stopped in at PV Rugs to see their beautiful selection of hand knotted oriental rugs, the owner, Johnny, personally brought 4 beautiful oriental rugs to our home so that we could see them in our space and decide which one we liked best. We selected a classic and luxurious hand knotted 8 ft x 10 ft rug from India that complemented our furniture and decor perfectly.
