Store was super PACKED & extremely busy there was barely any employees working to cash people out ! so there was like 20 people per line ! I really do Recommend hiring more people/employees! so we the people have a better experience In the store and not lose our patients while waiting 30 to 40 minutes just to check out!

Stopped in for quick breakfast sandwiches. Very nice people. Made to order sandwiches. Cheaper than fast food place. In and out in 5 minutes

I’ve been coming to this market basket for years and this is the best I’ve ever seen it. The shelves were nice and stocked. The staff are so nice . But they ran out of Poland springs water

Great selection, prices and quality. Great deli, cheese, bakery, produce, and several ethnic food items that can be difficult to find (like Asian and latino ingredients). Lots of fresh prepared foods as well, from soups to sushi. This is our favorite grocery store in the area. Everything you could want.

I usually love coming to this Market Basket because everyone is so friendly and helpful, but I just had the worst experience at any market basket Ive ever gone to. All the younger kids that just got hired there were completely rude, and I asked two of them where the hot sauce was and they said hm not sure and just walked away. The girl that rang me out was chomping on her gum and texting at the same time and barely acknowledged me. Mind you, I have a 7 month old baby with me as well. Will not be coming back here, very disappointed.

I have shopped here several times.The staff are helpful and friendly.The interior is well maintained and clean. I find it important to maintain a clean establishment and they uphold those stands high.the price for items are insanely affordable and hard to beat.Keep an eye out on their coupons available near the entrance, it helps save even more money! I wish they informed customers more about it, I was amazed how many items I was shopping for had coupons available to use.

We are from Ohio. Never have I seen such a nice, organized, completely stocked, cashiers at every register, variety of products, store, like this one. I WISH we had a store like this.

Prices are better for the most part, but would like better cuts of steak for the few that’s willing to pay for it.

Overly crowded all the time, most of the kids working there are great however some slam around your groceries while bagging or ringing up or put heavy items in with bread. Many dont have any clue as to where things are or even what they food item is. As far as the kitchen Ive ordered multiple times pizza and several times they are burnt, sometimes hardly any sauce or regular cheese on an extra cheese. Then when we called to complain we got told basically we were wrong, no offer of a refund. Sad because when we first started getting pizza there months ago it was fantastic, the equivalent of Sals

Cote, who works making subs n what not, in the ala carte, is the BEST!!!! He’s does such a great job at making what u order n is quick n his orders come out nice n neat n just as u order. My mom n I come in every wk or so n if he’s working we wait for him. His personality is great to always has a smile n makes u feel like u have known him forever!!! This is my favorite Market Basket in the Seacoast region, largest, brightest, and cleanest. On my last visit, little attention was paid to one way aisles. Not important to me but if it is to you you may want to shop at another location.

Has no one else noticed that Market Basket prices have steadily increased over the past few years? Up, up, up! And the increases started almost immediately after thousands of us supported the chain and current owner for months as a family control struggle played out. Our thanks was steadily increasing prices. Now it is shortages of brand name goods....particularly paper and cleaning products. Shelves and shelves of generic MB toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates...rarely are there a few packages of Bounty, Viva, Cottonelle, Charmin, Angel Soft, Scott.... Fortunately these brands are available at other chain stores. Is there a brand name boycott against Market Basket? How odd.How many of you have checked out the MB sales circular, and then find the item sold out or unavailable when you try to buy it? A nice blue cheese was on sale over a month ago, I got a rain check, but the cheese is still not in stock.Today I found seasonal gourds for twice the price in MB which I bought yesterday at Trader Joes. And the gourds at Traders were larger and more varied.In short, comparison price and shop. MB is not the grocery chain it was a decade ago.

This is the cleanest and most well stocked Market Basket that I have ever been to, and I shop 4-5 different Market Basket stores regularly. Market Basket employees are consistently helpful and friendly -in every Market Basket that Ive ever been in. Kudos to the team at Market Basket in Seabrook, NH.

Shopping is a breeze they are really friendly cash outs ! But the cafe I ran into a lady there her name was Shirley who was very rude I was waiting for service and she was doing something with the register tape and said what the @&$@ and then walked away and the young man waited on me and he was very pleasant his name I believe was Chris but the donut was delicious and coffee great love this market basket !

For just over 5$ I had one of the best Italian subs Ive ever had. Very good customer service, too!

Best place to grocery shop hands down. You can tell the store manager and its staff take market basket stores seriously. Food is always fresh customer service and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable of products and the store is super clean and organized with shelves always stocked up, I have never gone to a market basket to find a product out of stock. And the best part about market basket is the registers they must have about 30 of them and they are always open and ready to serve unlike its competitors stores. Market basket is there to serve its community and put smiles on its customers and they do it well not to mention no other grocery store can beat its prices I give market basket a 10 out of 10

Currently busy because of the end of year shopping but the staff seem to be in charge of the traffic and things are moving smoothly.

Slow,slow, slow, slow, slow check out. Cant say its any slower than any other market basket Ive been into.

One of the larger locations. Pretty neat though. They have an area right as you walk in that appears to prepare fresh meals that you can take over to a seating area and eat. Large selection of products throughout the store. Always plenty of registers open. One thing I will say is that this location seems very busy, there is always a large amount of people shopping whenever I visit. Time of day doesnt really matter.

I couldnt find any distilled water anywhere I looked everywhere and somehow I missed it but I asked one kid and he said oh I dont know where it is so I said okay not to worry Ill ask the next person and when I asked the next person he even offered to just go get it to me real quick while I finished shopping very nice of him went out of his way for a customer

This store has always been the best market in the area but since COVID impacted everyone, the management of this store has been great....attentive to safety of their customers.., their staff excels upon the needs of insuring shelves stock as well as possible and cashiers showing up to help everyone, especially seniors, navigate this less than normal process. Floor staff very friendly. Noticed a customer looking very confused when trying to find something in the freezer section, a stock person who was walking by noticed also and stopped to help the lady find what she was looking for. Nice. Its the little things that make the difference.

Typical Experience. Lots of people, not enough cashiers, low prices make it worth the hassle.

I love this store. My favorite MB location! The sushi here is the best and its made right in from of you. And the rest of Markets Kitchen in this location is great. They dont skimp on portions (like some other locations) whether its sushi, subs, or the meals. The bakery is great but Im not a huge fan of their a la cart items. This store has a great selection all around and, although its ALWAYS busy, there are plenty of registers open to keep it moving.

Went to the Deli got a sub sandwich, I was surprised how good and fresh it tasted. Best deal in town.

The second star Id because the cashiers are always incredibly nice. I had to stop shopping here due to the fact the produce is constantly garbage and moldy. The part that gets me the most, is that Im constantly moving out of the way for the produce department workers who are always sticking produce but not throwing out the old moldy produce? That, or they are stocking moldy produce and not noticing/caring? Such a shame because I loved market basket where we used to live, now Im forced to go to stop and shop and pay double because their produce is much more appealing. The end caps of the bread aisle has the same issue.

Good selection. Prices arent as good as they used to be before it changed ownership but are better than the over-priced alternatives. Meat and vegetable quality is good. Fruit quality suffers from age.

I love the market square bakehouse, this location is right in the heart of amesbury Town center with a bucolic beauty. The market square bakehouse solid menu and delicious coffee treats are also a not to be overlooked. I cant say enough wonderful things, I have never had a unpleasant experience in my 6 years of frequenting, and the staff is constant. friendly faces that arent changing every week.

Would it kill you to provide excellent customer service???No rotisserie chickens. Asked if there were more coming out. Was told yes. They will be out in a few minutes. They are being wrapped as we speak. I said tbanks and waited with my 3 young children. 15 minutes later i asked another man if i could just have 2 of the chickens, my kids were getting a little restless. Was told 10 minutes. But i was told by another man they were wrapping them. I asked if i could just please have 2? He told me they were being prepared to be wrapped. Really??? Or were you just too damn busy to do your job and get a couple of chickens for a customer who had already been waiting for 15 minutes??? Where has decent customer service gone in this country???
