Nice, but a bit pricey, parts 30% cheaper than stores,, but def nice people working.

My appointment was at 10 and they took it back on time. Was told it would ne an hour wait and was actually done a little shy of an hour. Price was reasonable. I would recommend this place for alignments.

From estimate thru service, a positive experience. I was expecting the worst case scenario with vehicle but the ST guys quickly identified the actual problem. Cost was absolutely reasonable. Not my first visit to ST and definitely not my last.

Great service! Adam was very attentive to my tire needs and took care of my problem very fast to get me back on the road.

While staying in a nearby campground, I noticed a crack in my front sidewalk tire in my RV. Since traveling here from AZ, I looked at the FMCA tire program, and Service Tire came up. Called and explained what I saw, they had me come in for an exam. Dennis found evidence of aging tires with belts separating from sidewalk. Made a fair offer to replace all 6 RV tires and get me in right away in spite of what was a noticeably busy Monday morning. Dennis and crew went out of their way to treat me well.

The after hour wants to pre authorize your card for $800. Can’t tell me the price for a Rim. They don’t even know if they have it in stock, but want to charge your card $800 and then finalize the bill Monday?? I have never heard this before on a after hour call. They can’t tell me how mauch it’s going to cost to service the rim on my trailer tire. Horrible company.

This place is a Joke! Talked to the branch manager directly who was going to order my tires & said they would be in in 1 to 2 days. Called back in 2 days… said the tires would be the is 1 to 2 days again. Now I had to wait through the weekend. Called on Monday & said he ran into a bit of a snag and the tires would be in by Wednesday.This was not an uncommon tire size and I dont appreciate being lied to because you dont know how to run a business!Take your tire business somewhere else of be prepared to be disappointed!!!
