Great service! I was just looking, didnt really have intention of buying a new vehicle, but the staff sat down with me, listened to what I wanted and what my financial situation was, and I was on the road in my brand new Ranger in less than 3 hours. Easily the most painless car buying experience Ive had in 20 years.

I was very pleased with the service i received. The process was simple and easy. I liked the fact that you are updated on the process of your vehicle. And you can call if you have any questions. The color is perfect!!! Thats what I was most concerned about, because the color of my car is unusual. Also my car was finished in a timely manner. The paint job on my bumper and everything they did was great!!!

The staff was extremely kind, especially Andrew and the woman (her name escapes me off the top of my head) in the financing office for signing and finalizing the purchase. Andrew was informative, straightforward, and his customer service is outstanding. He even went above and beyond and returned my old out of state vehicle tags to the DMV/MVA himself. He also continued to check in to see how the vehicle was performing after the sale. Ive dealt with many sales people before and have worked as one myself, so when I say Andrew is one of the best there is I truly mean it.

Its the service.I must say Bonnie is wonderful who is in the service dept. She is very friendly and gets to know you. I know when I call her it will be taken care of. When I need service Bonnie always returns my call and also calls me with a price before they do anything to my vehicle.I also like to deal with Mark Malone the manager. It makes the sale easy and is very interested that you get what you want in a vehicle.

So I came to service dept. Such was serviced. While waiting I di an application for a used suv there on the lot. Raymond Brozetti was sales guy who took my application. I shared his contact information with a family member who is looking for a new vehicle, she calls and stated that I referred her to him. He decides to share my credit application results with her. She in return let him know that she no longer is interested because he just shared my personal information with her, he may do the same to with her information. Now I need legal counsel.

Service dept trys to up sale too much and they are scamming people into getting service they dont need example I brought my car in for an oil change and brake inspection it took them three hours to do a brake inspection and they didnt do my oil change I was told by Steve McMaster that I needed brakes and rotors all around and the price is 1000 lol all I needed was front pads so take your car toa good dealership not these scammers

Jermaine did a great job helping my wife and I purchase a new (to us) vehicle. He was very friendly and did not make us feel pressured despite us getting to the store late and not able to finish up the paper work to purchase the vehicle we were looking at until after their regular business hours. First of all let me state that I am usually not a Ford Guy, but I shopped all over the internet, and the best deal I found was a F150 at Frederick Ford in Seaford DE. I called to make sure the vehicle was on the lot, then headed over. after a lifetime of buying cars as needed I was ready for anything. What I got was the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. and cordial and friendly treatment. Mat was wonderful to work with. Ask for him when you go to Frederick Ford.

UPDATE:Had an issue with the title, spent about $96 to get it back from Texas to the dealer to correct and they refused to reimburse the money for their mistake. They agreed it was their fault, but stated it was the cost of doing business.OLD POST:I saw a truck Ive been searching for on their website, called and reached Michael who I explained that I lived several hours away and I wanted to come take a look at the truck. He agreed to at least give me a fighting chance by ensuring it stayed on the lot until I arrived the next evening. He set me up with Mr. A. Parker who went above and beyond of what I ever expect a salesman to. He answered every question I had, and he ensured everything went as smooth as possible. I met their GM Mr. Malone and usually dealer GMs are pushovers, but Mr. Malone was definitely a leveled person.

I went in to get the works which included oil change tire rotation etc. I had a wait of maybe a half hour.

Decent treatment from the service department. Only one issue, the spark plug wires werent installed properly and the engine stalled out on the way home. Towed to another shop close to home and they found the #2 hooked to #5 on the distributor. I dont know if its accidental or on purpose. But the mechanic should have known what the issue was as it ran worse leaving than it did before it went there.

After visiting many dealerships and having a horrible experience I was pleasantly surprised how great of a customer experience I had at Frederick Ford. Mark and Ray were the reason. They were professional, courteous, honest, and responsive. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend Frederick Ford.

I took my Lincoln to Frederick Ford because of some rattling coming from underneath the vehicle. I went to the service agent to register. Then told her about the problem. She called the Service Manager over who asked me if we could take a ride so he could hear the noise. I liked that they wanted to ride with me to hear the noise. After riding for a couple of minutes, the Manager said, Olay, I got it. A few hours later the work was done to my satisfaction. Great job Frederick Ford!

My experience did not begin so well with Frederick Ford (reason for only 4 stars). My mother brought my car in for some work and she began looking at newer cars as she knew I was in the market. She spoke with a salesman (who is no longer there) and he began working on getting my upgrade. He miss informed us on some loan information after not properly taking my information. I began dealing with the manager Mark who was great! We went back and forth on the phone a few times and he got me what I was looking for. Unfortunately when I went in 2 days later to make the purchase, the vehicle I was looking at had been sold the night before. Mark was very apologetic as he was not in that night and was unaware. He worked very hard along with Andrew and they found the perfect vehicle for me for a great deal! Andrew was very knowledgeable and had the answers to all of my questions! I left yesterday with my new Acadia and I couldn’t be more happy!! I live an hour and a half from the dealership and there is no hesitation that when I am ready to trade in my Acadia I will take the drive to give my business to Frederick Ford of Seaford!!! Best customer service I have ever experienced buying a car! William (Bill) Stack went above & beyond the call of duty helping me to coordinate my trip & he even picked me up from the airport & drove me to the dealership when I came to see the car. The dealership looked great & everyone was warm & polite. I had to drive that car 500 miles to get it home & it drove like a dream! I highly recommend!

I was told to come into the dealership after speaking with Aimee regarding my trade and payment needs. She advised the sales manager told her that he should be able to get me at or close to my payment. Stopped in, and we were way far apart on the vehicle we had been discussing. With further research, I found them to be $4,000 over two other dealerships with near identical vehicles (and less mileage). I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great sales person. Not pushy and answers all questions. Also Sean sold me on the Escape by showing me the safety features. The leather upgrade was done within 2 weeks. The tags were processed in a timely manner. It was also a pleasure doing business with Coleman. Frederick Ford plays great upbeat, happy music throughout the dealership. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, IN AND OUT IN LESS THEN 2 HRS

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... I bought a 2017 F350 there For full asking price. Sunroof wouldn’t work and they refused work with me on the repair...told me flat out they would not help in any way. Mark the General Manager is the guy I talked to..I offered to pay labor and he cover parts (come to find out it was 276 in parts) and they wouldn’t even work with me. Make sure you get a pre purchase somewhere before buying because they won’t do anything after the fact. He assured me this truck was his friends and in great shape with no issues. I feel like I was lied to and got misled.

Frederick Ford fixed the problem with my 2 year old vehicle. They made it a pleasant experience. Thanks.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

While Gino was a good salesperson, meaning that he was knowledgeable about the various vehicles that I looked at, he continued to try to sell me a vehicle that wasnt entirely what I wanted. Then, after another vehicle was brought forth...that was agreeable to me for its overall features, the entire process of buying a car was exasperatingly SLOW. Plus if you want a good trade-in, forget it here...it aint gonna happen. I was offered $ 2K for 2007 Malibu ($ 2.5K tops), Kelly Blue Book has its value as much higher...needless to say I kept the Malibu...

I told him I wanted a new Mustang but I really didnt think it was going to be possible because my car was only 1 1/2 years old. I purchased a 2003 Ford Excursion from this dealership with water in the taillights and headlights, massive rust throughout the frame and components, and improper wiring. The salesman assured me that the rust was typical and normal of a vehicle purchased in Delaware. Fast forward to a recent trip to the mechanic, who advised me that he wouldnt let his own children drive in this vehicle. After an extensive review of the undercarriage and the potentially hazardous components he said it is unsafe and not fit for road travel, this car should be destroyed. Now I am left with a piece of garbage thanks to the unscrupulous employees at this dealership.
