Beware - do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They will sell you a faulty vehicle that will end up costing you thousands in just a few months after purchasing. I would never recommend this place.

My mother inlaw had her Honda Civic taken to their Easton MD dealership to be fixed, instead of fixing the car, they decided to declare it totalled and sold for scrap. They told her that she had no choice. She owns the car and no payment balance is on the car, no settlement from the insurance company had been signed or agreed upon. We are still in shock over the experience. They used to be a great family based company but like many businesses that grow quickly, they lose what made them great.

Will never allow this place to work on my vehicle again. Even though my vehicle is under warranty, I have been choosing to receive services on my car elsewhere. I would rather have someone I can trust work on my car, rather than someone who put incorrect parts on my car and screwed me over multiple times. Severely lacking in customer service skills.The lead mechanic is the worst. Claims he checks everything before it goes out, but when something goes wrong, he says he didnt check that particular one.Take your business to Preston Nissan. They have not disappointed.

Salesman was great. Sales manager was great. The service manager, is worthless as a screen door on a submarine. They charged for a covered diagnostic test that they knew would fail, because they caused the issue to begin with. When it was brought back to be fixed, the service manager became argumentive and unprofessional. He contradicted himself multiple times with belittling us. To top it off, once the part was replaced, it was for a completely different vehicle.I have made numerous attempts to get something done about this but I have not been contacted back for over a month. I tried the service manager first. What a waste of breath. Then my salesman. Nothing. The Hertrich Buick dealership manager. He listened, said he would help and then promptly moved on I guess.

If it wasnt for the manager Paul I wouldnt have purchased a car from here. The salesman Will was rude and unpleasant. They have also not upheld their agreement of fixing parts of the car that were damaged before it was purchased.

Found a good older Toyota Camry at a reasonable price. Allen found us a car, and the dealership even delivered it to my grandson at college. We then found that car was too small for his size (62, 200 lbs.), so Allen found us ANOTHER car (the older Toyota Camry) for the same price. Thats service DURING the sale!

My experience with Hertrich was phenomenal thanks to Will Decker he was friendly, and understanding during the whole process from test driving the SUV to driving off the lot with it.

They sold us 2 cars, ran my credit twice lowering my credit score 40 points for 2 years, check the true value of the car you want. Dont get caught up in excitement, check where you need to take your car for repairs, Lexus must be taken across the bridge hours away, know what you are looking at. Know what recalls are on your vehicle. Know the value of your trade in. You better know everything about what you want, what you can really afford. They are fantastic car salesmen. You need to be prepared and if you think you are buying extended warranty before signing papers make sure extended warranty is bought for repairs. New cars, new used cars are exciting. Slow down and be prepared. Dont trade your car for $1,000 when trade in value is minimal of $5,000. Slow down. We got caught up in the excitement. They did their job but not a morally good service for us.
