Great experience! I walked in and was immediately assisted by Jachin. She was very patient with me, took the time to explain my options. She was proactive and they had exactly what I wanted. Very easy and I was assisted with setting up my product and felt supported.

Vanessa was wonderful! she helped with a problem i had. and it was a pleasure to help my mother get get first phone! she made it easy and understandable for everything that was needed and the charges described. she even saved me some money by fitting us with a better plan. this is my new go-to store. i live in a different county as well, just to put this review into perspective.

This store has become a den of thieves and liars. I was directed twice to add new phone number at no cost, find out later it was a lie. The employee add another line into a different group, add insurance to it, the added cost is $75 per month and she keeps assuring me all the time that my monthly bill will go down. !!! That the cost of adding an extra line is zero. Lying thru their teeth is the norm in this store.
George and Michelle went beyond what was needed to take care of my replacement phone setup. They were helpful and even stayed late to make sure everything was good to go. Thank you!

I had my doubts about dealing with AT&T after many years with T-Mobile.There 800 numbers mostly connect to Philippina call center which is the worst. The saving grace is the service that I received at their retail phone store on Seal Beach Blvd in Seal Beach. A friendly girl by the name of Mayra helped me out. She was awesome, not only did she have a great attitude, but she was extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed to say the least. She solved my host of problems very quickly. I left a happy man......

Mayra at AT&T was honest and great. I came in to buy a new iphone SE thinking my current iphone 7 is getting too old b/c it is so HARD to charge it with my cords. She spotted the problem, cleaned out the inside of the iphone where the charging cord gets inserted. Like really dug it out (lint and other normal build up), and iphone charges easily!She was honest. She could have easily just went with my request to buy a new iphone, but she did NOT!!Need more honest people like that in the world!She just bought my iphone 7 another 1 or 2 years of life. saved me $450. 1 less cell phone in the trash. Thank you!!!!

My phone has gotten water in it and was not working properly. I brought in another phone to transfer the SIM cards. Aspen was wonderful! She was able to transfer all of my data from my old phone to another phone before the old phone completely died. She was able to restore all of my old data. I didnt lose anything! Aspen was so helpful! So happy I went to this store!

I came in about a week ago and then you spotted me right away. She spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining what I needed to know it never made me feel like I was keeping her. I’m returning today to buy the AT&T TV as well as redefining my phone plan. Both Mira and Mia have extraordinary customer service skills.
Had to get a new phone because the last iPhone X max stopped working correctly. My phone has two numbers on it, one for business, one for personal. Personal number wasn’t working because the last person to work on my phone didn’t register number correctly. Came into AT&T in Seal Beach and had the best experience with Nia, the assistant manager. There is a reason why she is an assistant and will be a store manager one day. Best customer service I have ever experienced with AT&T. Literally saved a customer from canceling the four lines. If the company doesn’t understand what type of employee they have they will lose her to my business one day.

I came here to get my daughter a new phone and upgrade my wife’s. Pretty easy process and Juan and Mayra were really helpful. I think also worth nothing the store seemed COVID safe. All the employees had masks, and were using hand sanitizer often. Thanks guys you were awesome

Its been 1 hour ... only one person in front of me, they said it would be a 30 min wait. No one has followed up, no “Thank you for your patience.” I am Seriously thinking of taking my business next door to Verizon.My family and I are sitting here twiddling our thumbs like uninvited guest at a party.

Staff is friendly, but unhelpful with simple task such as getting you a new phone. After 2 hours we finally left with the phones we came in with as they were unable to trade phones in. The manager repeatedly walked away while his employee was asking for help and was more interested in whatever was going on on the back room.You are better off finding a different location.

I decided to visit AT&T because of my displeasure with another phone company. This store was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and understanding of my problems and issues. Left with new phones and I pads plus saving 50 dollars on my phone bill.
Quick SIM card exchange...didnt used to have to sign up to talk to someone to do this, but now you have to sign up for everything - even a quick question I guess. As we were waiting our turn (about 10 minutes) I charged my phone. The guy went to get us a SIM card and someone in line behind us stopped him to ask her two minute question; fifteen minutes later I stood up and told him I was leaving so he ran to get the card. Another girl came over to help us install the new card while he went back to that women. If you are going to make us wait in line for everything, than you should not pick and choose the order for helping customers. I was there for something that used to take less than 5 minutes and was there nearly an hour!
Evelyn and Regina are great! They helped us add two extra lines and it resulted in a net savings of $20/month. Not sure how that happened. Ill update the rating if the bill reflects otherwise, but today we are happy customers.
The young lady that helped me was very nice. My phone worked properly for the 20 minutes I was there. However, by the time I got home (15 min) the phone was locked up again.
I visited to do a warranty replacement of a car charger and it took almost 30 minutes, when it has never taken more than 5 minutes in the past. There was no line either.The girl helping me finally had to get her manager to assist for some reason. Maybe visit a different store if you need an accessory replaced through the warranty?

3 times came here trying to buy a prepaid contract and each time nobody paid attention or I was told I had to wait forever. Terrible customer service. They don’t need new customers.
Came here with my girlfriend. Overheard the various discussions going on. All 3 customers were complaining about different issues. It was typical cell store runaround. When my girlfriend was finally helped she asked about a prepaid flip phone for her Grandpa who is 90. The assistant manager told us to we should go to Taget. I think the security guard is there to protect the salespeople from angry customers. Lol
Worst customer service. Sales people are not knowledgeable, they tried, but never connected to right customer service at 800 number. Verizon wireless is better.

Worst place I ever dealt with. I checked into the shop at 13:45 on 12/27/2017. Young asian fellow asked my name and he put it into his notebook. Disappeared. One black young woman asked me why am I here. I requested her help on my email of At&t Galaxy smartphone. She never finished listening to me and brush me off. She said it is not AT&T problem. Her manner and posture were so bad and walked out. I do not think they are running a business.They are so rude and they are tainting image of At&t.
This place is a rip off, the sales lady sold me a tablet for .99 since I bought a Note8 and said, I have 14 days to return the tablet if I decided to return it, what She Did Not say that there would be a restocking fee of $45.00 if I return it, until I brought it back 2 days later. The feeling is like buying a car, they try to sell you everything, in fact the sales lady told me they get talked to if they dont sell you accessories when buying a phone. This was the worst experience of buying a new cell phone. I have been an AT&T customer for over 16 years. I probably will switch carrier once my contract is up.

I purchased a Samsung phone a couple of years ago and was given a FREE Mi-Fi. Yeah. Right. It wasnt free at all. I didnt know I was being charged $20 a month for the connection. I never even used it. I didnt realize this until I went in the other day and got suckered into buying Direct TV and got what I thought was another great deal on a huge Samsung tablet. I love the tablet but they AGAIN neglected to tell me it would need to be connected to my account as a cell and now Im being charged $10 a month for cell connection on my huge tablet that will never leave my house. What a bunch of LIARS and CHEATS! I cant wait to get out of my contract with AT&T and this is after 25 years of being a loyal customer. WHATCH OUT! THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES ON THEIR FREE ITEMS!
Simply the best AT&T store I have been to. Not sure if that is because it is an Official store or not, but I do know that if you go to an Authorized Retailer when you could be going here, you are a straight up fool.
Incredibly rude customer service. Sales person threatened to call police if I did not leave after asking questions about at&t service. Ignorant staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I went to get a sim for a bargain phone I picked up for various reasons. (I use my 8 LG tablet for a phone mostly. ) But what you can expect is a Direct TV hard sell. Ah well, I doubt they much money on my $5 sim.
