This was the closest store to fix my specific device. Although, I had to stick around for over 4 hours, customer service here was great, helpful, and courteous. I communicated with Kerwin and Jose. Kerwin did my repair. Both are very helpful and willing to answer questions and explain everything you need to know.Got the hinge repaired on my phone but it turned out they had to replace the screen with it which didnt take but about 2 hours. It was the processing on Samsungs side in responding that delayed the completion of the repair.You can wait inside but there are no chairs. Its more a check in and drop off shop. Good thing is the store is walking distance near the beach and plenty of little shops and eateries to visit while you wait.Parking lot is limited as some stores in this plaza have dedicated spots with signs which leaves very few open spaces.Id recommend this store!

I scheduled a repair for my Galaxy Note 20 ultra on 9/13/21. It was a warranty repair due to the display panel being defective, and I was told to pick it up the next day. I show up 9/14/21 and end up being 45 minutes late to work because they damaged my phone during the repair process rendering the device unrepairable. I was told I would have a replacement in two days but it actually took two weeks.I went to get the replacement 9/28/2021, two weeks later, and not only was my device not the same color as the one they broke, it also wouldnt connect to a service. I tried explaining to the person at the front desk that I did not have service and his response was that it should take 24 hours to connect (which I know is not true) and that I should be good without a phone until then. He made it pretty clear that he didnt want to deal with this anymore. After a trip to best buy, a two hour phone call with T-Mobile, and a new sim from T-Mobile, they confirmed the device was defective. At this point I was over the situation and walked to the apple store and bought a new iPhone. This whole situation was a mess from start to finish and a major inconvenience. I loved my Samsung, but their lack of in-person, direct support when it comes to these issues (especially for a $1,300 phone) is just plain stupid.

I was not able to download my files from New Samsung A11 had to buy a new J7 to download the old files and they walked me through the entire process. I thought I was never gonna be able to get my files back but they helped me to get it back. They were professional and super nice it really made my day. Make sure you come here if you need any phone issues fixed THEY ARE THE BEST!

I’ve gone there twice and they’ve been outstanding each time.

My phone took about 24 hours to fix, but when I went to pick it up there were shards of glass between the lenses and the back cover. I had to point them out and they had to open the phone back up. A little confused why they need the phone passcode, I didnt know that going into my appointment so I logged out of some accounts on the spot.

It took several trips to this store to repair my Google mobile phone. But once Ron took charge my phone was fixed quickly and efficient and at a much lower cost than other repair shops.

Spoke to them initially via phone to get a quote and how long it would take to make repair. When I arrived at store less than an hour later I was requoted (fortunately the same amount) and then another inventory check was made. Finally, was told repair would take 2 hours when originally told 1 hour. Something about a required Samsung testing that needed to be done. Should have been told over the phone about this.When I called to check the status of my phone 1 HR 45 mins later I was told ~20 mins so I headed to the store which was ~15 mins away. Upon arrival I was told ~20 mins until it was done. What happened to the original 20 mins?Anyhow, the phone was finally repaired for a decent price so it could be turned in for a trade-in. Good workmanship but a little bit frustrating with the communication and time estimates.

Have had my phone fixed twice and my husbands once. Service is excellent and they are extremely knowledgeable. They run diagnostics first and communicate through the whole process. Both my husband and I have found this store and its employees really helpful. They confirmed that my husbands cell phone - that was thoroughly washed with the laundry - despite still having some functionality - could not be returned to normal. Then my older Android lost its ability to charge. Edwin ordered a new charge receptor. I left my phone overnight and they soldered the replacement piece in place. Phone works good as new. As back up, I now also have, purchased from them, a charger directly for the battery IF needed. Service friendly, prompt with clear education. I recommend them highly.

Unfortunately I have had to come here two times now, but both times the service was fantastic. The second time I submitted an appointment request online, they contacted me in minutes to schedule, and repaired my phone within the hour right before closing.

A customer of mine brought a $1,000 pair of heaphones that he purchased from me into this Seal Beach, CA location for evaluation. My buyer claimed they were not working properly and demanded a refund. He provided me a report from this store also affirming they were not working properly. So I agreed to a return. I received these back from the buyer today and found them to be in 100% perfect working condition! Not only are the technicians unqualified to test such expensive audio equipment, one technician Jet even went as far as making a falsified report to give back to the customer so I would agree to a refund. Such shady business practises and totally unprofessional. I suppose as long as theyre getting money they will say anything. Stay away from dishonest places like these. If they have no issues writing false reports for other people, they have no issue telling you false information to take more money from you.

My iphones screen got shattered during the holidays. I needed a quick fix since i dont live in the area. These guys were incredible. phone looks like new and in no time. Great costumer service as well.

Had my iPhone 7 screen repaired, immediately after the repair the screen had lower color accuracy and quality than before as well as terrible viewing angles and bad 3D touch. I did not complain at the time but I wish I had as almost 3 months later the adhesive holding the screen to the phone is failing and my screen is falling apart, I have not dropped it or submerged it in water... at least the glass isnt cracked but Id prefer to have my screen attached to my phone.Do not go here if you expect to have your phone back to the state it was in before you broke it.

Workers were nice but my screen worked better when it was cracked. The touch sensitivity is off. I cannot do anything when using the screen. Had to get a replacement phone. 🙄

They wasted my time twice, gave the part reserved for me to someone else and when asked why or what they would do the guy said I have no words not let me fix it or heres how I can make it right. I was very disappointed by the lack of service.

Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and received very friendly service. The manager Blake helped give me paperwork I needed and repaired my Samsung Galaxy S8 plus within the time that they told me! I would definitely rely on them to fix my phone again!

Excellent service

A few days ago while Kayaking, my iPhone 6 Plus got wet and did not turn back on. A close friend referred me to uBreakifix Seal Beach. When I walked in, a tech welcomed me and explained to me how difficult it was to repair a phone with salt water damage but either way, they were going to do everything possible to fix it.A few hours later, I received a call from Edwin saying that the corrosion was really bad and the phone was not turning back on. I was bummed to hear that because I had never backed up my phone. For a moment, I thought I had lost all my contacts and pictures. Edwin felt my pain and asked me if it would be okay to leave my phone overnight so he can try another water cleaning process and see if at least he could get the phone to turn back on so I could retrieve my data.The next day, Edwin called to say that after an extensive cleaning on the mother board, a new battery, and a new screen, they were able to access my data and backed it up right away before the phone shut down by itself. I was relieved!!!Since I had insurance, I got a replacement iPhone 6 Plus. As soon as I received it, I went back to Ubreakifix, they set up my new phone and reinstalled ALL MY DATA! Words cannot explain how thankful I am. Well done guys!
