Terrible costumer service. They don’t have phones. They treated me like I was supposed to understand why they fulfilled my online order when it actually isn’t have stock?! Drove 20 min to hear oops! Lol
George and Ali did a stellar job getting me re setup after losing my phone. They both have great personalities and made the process enjoyable, I should have gone straight there instead of being on hold with customer service for almost an hour, as I did not have access to report my lost phone online.... I literally walked in and was out in about half hour with a better phone and service package then what I had before.
Great customer service. I arrived emotional from frustration due to my phone not working and being lost in a new area. Props to Ali for being professional and handling an emotional client well, I left with a working phone and he also told me what steps I could take to lower my monthly payment. Exceeded expectations.

Don’t buy anything here - they are considered a 3rd party and won’t stand behind their products when they break after the first week. Sold me 2 devices (Jetpack Ellipsis) & they wanted to charge me a “restocking fee” ...uh... there’s nothing to restock. It’s trash. The company is trash. Verizon is just as responsible for having 3rd party trash vendors.
Robinson understood my needs which were to get more data and take advantage of the unlimited data plan, and also a reduced rate for 55+ customers!

Jacob at the Seal Beach Verizon store is extremely helpful and very patient. He answers all your questions and never made me feel rushed or stupid as I’m not tech savvy. He is a great employee and Verizon is lucky to have him. I will never go to another Verizon store and hope I have the pleasure of having Jacob help me.

Great place they helped me switch from a flip phone to an Smart Phone. The are very patient and helpful anytime I have issues they listen and walk me through the solutions. They have a great attitude I have bought alot of accessories from them they do not sell me things I do not need and are always there to walk me through it. I will by my next phone from them.

Its not exactly a In and Out Burger stop. Make sure you have plenty of time on your hands if you happen to drop by this place. Its a very slow paced place and when they went to process the order, the order wouldnt go through and it took a while, and when i asked why it is so slow, they said there is an airstrip close by and it affects there system sometimes. And be prepared for the new plan and upgrade sales pitch. Other than that, they have a nice selection of phones and accessories to meet your needs.

My I Phone 6 shut down and wouldnt power back up despite being well charged. I was in the area of a store and walked in 15 minutes before closing hoping they had a “Magic Bullet” to get it going again. Uziel stayed almost an hour past closing helping me out. We couldn’t get the phone working and decided on a new phone. I’m not a super techie and settled on a I Phone 8; he didn’t try to up sell me and yyexwhome process was smooth and efficient. A little over an hour after w as liking in I was back on the road with a much improved and newer phone with a lot more memory. Thanks for the great service !!

My Verizon bill is over $300.00 per month. Ive been a customer for over 15 years. Feel like I was deceived in many of my latest transactions. Turns out early termination fees apply to everything I have. Things I was led to believe were free (Jetpack, Hum, Tablet, upgrades) were all, at some point, added to my bill. Along with the threat of early termination fees, I find Im directly behind the financial 8 ball. I wouldnt do business with this store again if they were the only store that sold phones. The same goes for Verizon. My advice is to find the cheapest phone and pay for it outright, knowing ahead of time how much the monthly charge is for phone service. Either that or take a lawyer with you before you sign anything. Couldnt be more disappointed. Shame on people who prey on the trusting. ( You could probably substitute stupid for trusting in my case).

Sadly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. When I stopped by for an upgrade it took a staff of three including the manager LITERALLY 7 hours to figure out how to back up my phone. In the end they were unable to download my back up due to the IOS version.When I decided to switch my phone back to a more compatible version it had to be ordered because they didn’t have the older version (8plus) in stock . The manager verified with me he would be ordering me a new phone, took my order and never called.I would encourage this pseudo Verizon store to better train their employees. There is a lack of understanding and an obvious streak of pure ignorance in that staff has no idea what they are doing.I’d recommend going to an actual version store to avoid any hassle!! Lesson learned.

Sketchy! Needed to replace a dying phone, and was sold on a plan that would cost the same as my old plan but add a Verizon Hum unit. I had questions, and came back to the store because I really didnt care for this unit. Was told that the initial salesperson knew the deal and it would be best to deal with them. Sketchy when the guy there asked me for my account PIN on my way out! I came back a second time, after calling/chatting with Verizon on two separate occasions to see why that is--neither chat help nor a live voice could tell me any reason why I needed to talk to the initial salesperson. i returned yet another time and I returned my Hum (was refunded 80 cents after a restocking fee that is 80 cents short of the price of the unit!). I then realized that I might have been charged a set-up fee for that Hum, and not been refunded. (It is the case). However, on the third visit, Eric (?) said that he could refuse service to anyone and didnt want to deal with me. Whether or not I am entitled to a refund on the set up wasnt discussed--because he didnt want to deal with me. Dodgy place!
They were very helpful though the store was also very busy at the time. My suggestion is research what you are looking for before going in. While the staff are nice it is also their job to sell the product or programs their employer is pushing. If you educate yourself first then they can best help you get what you want.

Came in today to just upgrade my data. As expected there was a wait but Nick did his best to assist me and about 4 other customers and helping one in front of him as well while his coworker was a jerk the entire time ignored us and flirted his way to sale. I give nick props for his customer service. I’d give 5 stars but the store needs to promote Nick and dump the other guy working 4/4/19.

I purchased a 6 foot extension charge cord at this store 2 months ago but it already stopped working girl no reason. Im using my older shorter one again to charge my cell. The store wont exchange it, I would have to purchase it again and it was expensive. It wont be from them thats for sure. They sell you lousy quality items and then they dont stand by them. I just purchased one in Amazon for a fraction of what I paid at this store.
As another customer mentioned this is NOT a Verizon Corporate store. I have had nothing but trouble undoing what they have done on our account in regard to an upgrade. The corporate store in Lakewood as well as the VZW reps on the phone in billing cannot believe the mess that they caused to our account.I too felt as if I was dealing with a sleazy sales rep when dealing with the manager.What an truly awful experience.Unfortunately so many elderly people go to this store that are from the neighborhood. I fear many of them would have no idea what they are being swindled into.Protect yourself and only use Verizon Corp. stores. You can identify a corporate store because it will only say VERIZON on the building. Anything saying Verizon Wireless IS NOT a corporate store.Beware!
