I am so glad I came in to upgrade my phone and even more please to have Javier assist me. He is very professional, courteous and knows his products. I asked so many questions, wanted to see all different phones, case covers and through it all he was very patient and attended to my needs. I am happy with my new plan, new phone and overall a awesome customer service representive who took the time to help me. We need more Javier’s!

Ill tell ya! It was All good until I brought my phone back the next day! Because I found I didnt need it! They obviously left it turned on and sold it to someone else! Because after a few months! I found I was being charged different amounts each time from setting it up on auto-pay! I never give 5 stars anyway

Wish tou cougive negative stara! Terrible experience and customer service. The rep was told twice that our phones had screen protectors, yet while inspecting the phone trade-in he said “bad news the screen is separated from the phone” I then removed the screen protectorI had just told him was on the phone. The screen protector is now ruined (i still have phone waiting for the backordered phone) When i contacted Tmobile to change colors for a color that is available, they said i would need go back to the store in order to change the order otherwise is was a $30 charge, when i went to the store they said that i would have to return the original backordered phone once received and then order the different color. The store rep never provided details about what other colors might be available sooner, in fact the female rep only talked about color she wanted (blue or rose/pink) This store also screwed up our order last year which caused approximately 6 hours of phone calls to Tmobile before partially correcting the problem. Save your frustration and go with Att or Verizon, I wish I would have.

I was visiting the area from SC and needed a new phone. Joel was extremely courteous, patient and helpful, even going so far as to go to another of their stores to get the color I wanted. I couldnt have asked for better service.Thank you.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stopped by there yesterday with my grandmother. The sales rep name was Jorge I think. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The store had alot of phones showcased and actually had them in stock unlike other T-Mobile stores. In the end we left the store with a new phone for my grandma already set up and ready to go. He was very nice and even transfers the contacts and pictures to her new phone. This T-Mobile is the best one I have ever been to. 👍👍

This store was the worst T-Mobile experience I’ve ever had. Yes, I did come in at about 7:20pm and they close at 8pm, however my transaction was simple. I was just upgrading a phone, I had the iPhone I wanted picked out and simply needed to swap one phone for the other. Unfortunately, I was told the store was burglarized recently and there were zero iPhones on display (this was important because they didn’t have the color I wanted and I had no way to view any other color). Although this burglary shouldn’t be a reflection of the store I had to wait for over ten minutes to find out they didn’t have the phone I wanted because of a safe “delay”, no phones or even online examples to view, two employees that were trying to fast talk me (one of which could not stop looking at the time on his phone, the manager), no one could tell me the price to lease the phone for who knows what reason, and no one even offered to ship me the phone I wanted (when I brought up the idea the manager was like “oh yeah I guess we can do that”). I will NOT be returning and I will tell all of my neighbors and friends not to go here! The two individuals that “helped” me was the store manager “Joshua” and his side kick “Mina”. Stay clear of this location!

The staff at this store were so nice ! I went in to Inquire about services and possibly getting a line and Kimberly Valencia was so helpful ! This girl deserves a raise or something because she was so knowledgeable and catered to all my needs ! Couldn’t believe she wasn’t a manager ! I will definitely be going back because of her ! Glad to be part of the T-Mobile family now !

Miguel is useles and rude. After getting the run around from customer service, we were told to go to a store and have them check the sim card and phones, but his first response is sorry I cant do anything. Not lets see whats going on, or even lets see what we can do... nope just, NOT MY PROBLEM... T Mobile sucks

The store is horrible. Delt with the regional manager Z and she straight up lied to me about my plan and the cost. When I went back to get it fixed she told me she cant do anything to help me. I will never go back to this store again and if I was you I wouldnt waste my time with this store . Nothing but lies out of their mouths.
